#finally after 15 years of mental health doctors looking at me im been seen#not formally diagnosed ill need a couple more sessions with this doc then ill be put on an assessment waiting list#which can take a long ass time apparently#but being informally diagnosed by this doc who speciallises in neurodivergence is like#my mind is obliterated rn lmal#it explains a lot tbh#we'll see what happens in the near future#apparently a lot of docs will have written me off for autism bc im good at making eye contact lol#ANYWAYS as usual im oversharing online bc i have no one to talk to about it irl so 🤪#autism#(potentially)#oversharing dont mind me#ignore me
