Painting in PJs Often times the thing you are scared to do is the very thing that I need to do because it becomes the antidote to all the things that scare you too. So last night, with my ever busy spinning head that's been worrying and anxiety driven, I said the heck with it I'll paint because i just knew that's what I really needed to do in order to align with myself and soul, in order to get out of my head. In PJs. And it's not the act of painting that made all the different (it actually did, but my point follows. Keep reading→), but the act of deciding to listen to what your inner creative voice is telling you is what made all the difference. So, in PJs. Again and again through painting I was able to realign with my truth and trust the process wholeheartedly. Painting always teaches me it really is the process that matters and it is the process that leads you to the place you are meant to go. It really is true. You are going to be ok. Trust the process. So yes in PJs.
