After seeing your challenge run post a while back I started a no crimson flask run and it has been super fun figuring out all the ins and outs of non-flask recovery, ways to burst down bosses, and how to get better at plain old dodging to not take the damage in the first place. I just beat Morgott and I am making steady progress at beating the game!

I have been mainly using Bestial Vitality and the Icon Shield with the Royal Remains set, and Blood Tax on a Heavy Nightrider Halberd.

You don't even know how HAPPY this makes me! I am very proud, a challenge like this is no joke, surviving with limited resources is tough!

Your build is great. Beating Morgott gives you access to your next major upgrade which is Godskin swaddling cloth, and the bossfight required for it is tough for survival, I hope you succeed.
