Rewatched Nope the other day, and the amount of shit that I picked up on my second watch was INSANE. I need to make a comprehensive post/list talking about the parallels and foreshadowing in this film. It’s unmatched.

Nope might truly be the best movie of all time. There idn’t a moment, a single shot a single line, a single word, a single set piece or wardrobe item that isn’t intentional and utilitarian. It all comes together it all hold so much meaning. Every angle (lol) of the idea of viewing/seeing/voyueurism is covered. Its just so perfect. 2 fuckin hours of pure art.
