Already feeling much less sick, but also having lots of rib, thoracic spine, and lower back soreness from coughing. This always makes me nervous because the final straw that took me from herniated disc to spinal stenosis + discectomy in 2018 was getting some kind of respiratory thing that made me cough like crazy...but I just keep reminding myself that compared to then, 1) my currently herniated discs are not as bad since I did have two surgeries about it, and 2) I have a lot more core strength
