I think Twi would probably have the funniest reaction because it would be so unexpected to him. i hc twilight is a very strong muscular guy and Wars looks like the kind of guy people who look like Twi could snap like a toothpick despite him actually being VERY strong, so I think if he disarmed Twi that fast poor Twi would be just SO confused

What would you say your favourite musical is, for music alone? Not lyrics, just the way it all sounds?

Ohh this is not easy to answer! To be honest, I misinterpreted your question at first - I thought you were asking which musical would be my favourite if you retracted all vocals, and I had to judge based on the instrumentals alone. In that case, my answer would be The Lord of the Rings, to absolutely no one's surprise. There are many instrumental parts and underscored scenes, and the music is expressive and varied enough to reflect the plot extremely well.

But now that I've read your question again, I realise that the vocals may be included, just not the meaning of the lyrics. And this is where it gets complicated - I don't have a favourite genre of music in the first place, it's all vibes-based. If I like the music, but not the plot, a musical will never end up on my list of favourites, and the same is true for the reverse. If music and plot fit together, I can listen to music I wouldn't pay attention to otherwise, but good music can't save a bad plot. For me, they cannot be separated because they're closely intertwined and they depend on each other. So I'm afraid I don't have an answer to your question :/ as soon as I know the plot behind the music, I can no longer evaluate it based on the music alone.

haha well. technically we met last year but I'll say the og rock opera translation comrades who are @nereb-and-dungalef and @nonlinear-nonsubjective bc this year I did meet both of them in person too (not at the same time... yet...). no one with whom I would rather spend 14 hrs on a discord call, making dire threats over minute points of grammar and syntax. extremely beloved ❣❣

14. Favorite book you read this year?

I feel like I've forgotten everything I read before july which must mean those books can't have been my favorites? so I'll say crime & punishment. having a great time in the dostoyevsky spiral in general but so far c&p has rewired my brain the most. would recommend <3
