Huĕ streetlife colours by monsoon

There is a lot of charm visiting the former imperial capital of Viet Nam. But be prepared for rain and humidity.

But the great experience is that colours get very sharp and vivid several times a day. It opens for some very nice photo opportunities.

Food journey in the rain

It also means to always have a rain poncho available, good shoes with great rain grip, looking for shellter, and be sure to get hot food whenever possible. The humid weather changes how food taste. And sometimes into complete different taste when it cools off.

One of the interesting learnings in the central cuisine of Viet Nam is that it opens for some new and interesting methods and spice use and aromats in food made to counter that effect.

The monsoon in Viet Nam starts in April, and ends in November/Desember in the Huĕ/Da Nang-midregion. Outside this season, the area is hot and humid.

Estaba necesitando, con urgencia, con un espacio para escribir sobre mis aspiraciones futuras. Esta tarde fui al psicólogo, llevo ya casi 6 años en terapia y me pregunto qué he aprendido en este tiempo porque estos días me había sentido estancado. He aprendido a comunicarme asertivamente, a expresar mis emociones, a validarme, a vivir mis duelos. Y sin embargo, a veces no me comunico efectivamente y soy incapaz de expresar mis emociones. Me da miedo que nonlas tomen en serio o que me ridiculicen.

Mis aspiraciones futuras tienen que ver con minpasado. Cuando tenía 16 años quería dedicarme a hablar de literatura y a escribir xanciones y poemas. Por eso me metí a estudiar lengua y literatura. Luego, cuando tenía 19 años, mi papá se murió y tuve que trabajar haciendo danza aérea. Ahora me pregunto quién soy. Me gustaría regresar a la literatura he ahí la razón de que esté necesitando, con urgencia, un wspacio para escribir.
