I've been exhausted lately (long covid, issues with finding a new visa, etc) and I started dressing like an old Japanese man. Exclusively jinbei, samue, etc with a tenugui around my neck, I shuffle around a lot, etc. Honestly I would suggest if you feel overwhelmed and overworked, spend as much time as possible dressing and acting like an old Japanese man. They really seem to have this life thing figured out.
