Wanda Maximoff x Reader x Jeff the landshark

Summary: Jeff meets the team

A/N: Here is part 2 of my Jeff AU. In celebration of today being a year since I first posted a fic there will be a double bill of Jeff! The final 1 year celebration request includes Jeff too so you can expect that later on. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this part, it's practically a crack!fic 😂

It is unusual for everyone to be sitting in the lounge area on a random Friday afternoon. But you have put it off for long enough so it is time to finally rip off the band-aid.

You are standing facing the group of heroes who are all looking at you expectedly with Wanda standing right behind you. You look over your shoulder and see her give you an encouraging smile, waiting for you to start talking.

Taking a breath, you begin. "Okay. I know you're all wondering why we've asked you here today." And before you can get anywhere the Avengers must think this is the cue to start a guessing game.

"Wanda's pregnant!" Tony exclaims.

Some of the quicker thinkers widen their eyes and reflexively look at you.

You point at him to quickly shut down the thought, "No."

"Really? There have been some weird noises coming from your room lately," Sam thinks aloud.

Once again you are stopped before you can comment.

"You're moving out together?" Bucky asks.

You're about to decline the accusation but then they all come flooding in.

"You finally proposed?" Natasha questions.

"Wanda proposed?" Steve opposes.

"Oh wow, I really thought it would be you to pop the question, Y/n. What a twist," Carol, who you don't even know why she is here, says.

"You got a dog?" Peter speaks with a hopeful look in his eye.

"A cat maybe?" Bucky decides to add his own input. Along with Bruce who follows with, "Perhaps a rabbit?"

You turn to see Wanda amused by the whole thing. Turning back around, you have to raise your voice to be heard, "QUIET!" This manages to restore some order to the meeting you called.

"Thank you," you relax. "None of you are right. Actually I guess Peter, Bucky and Bruce were close."

You see Peter raise his hand for a fist bump but Bruce mistakes it for a high five so it turns into an awkward closed hand around a fist situation. Bucky is too far from either of them to celebrate the small victory.

"There is a new addition to the compound, his name is Jeff," you announce.

"Who names a hamster 'Jeff'?" Peter asks.

"No way, it's going to be a parrot. Or some kind of bird right?" Clint 'The Hawkeye' Barton guesses.

Once again this starts off a new guessing game - What animal could it be?

"Monkey," "Raccoon," "Fox," "Guinea pig," "Chameleon," "Duck!"

You begin to question your life choices, how did you ever end up in this situation? Maybe you should have set this gathering up like a game show at least then it might have been fun for you too.

Instead of stopping them this time you take a seat until they hopefully tire themselves out.

"No, no. From the noises I heard it's definitely a goat," Sam remarks.

You decide it's hopeless when the discussion doesn't look like it will cease. Giving up the waiting game you nod your head to Wanda rolling your eyes, you can tell she is holding in her laughter for your sake.

She leaves the area and after a few moments she returns with Jeff. It is only when the pitter patter sound of footsteps close in do they realise you are no longer standing directly in front of them. Instead you are next to Wanda with a new being between you.

You could hear a pin drop now that everyone's gazes are fixed to the little guy.

"Everybody, this is Jeff," you introduce your new roommate.

The attention seems to make Jeff nervous, you don't know if he has ever had this many eyes on him. Possibly when he was captive in the lab. You realise this could be traumatic for him so you guide him to step behind you.

His two front feet grip your leg as he peers round to see everyone still looking at him.

Wanda sits on the floor close to him with a hand resting on the fin on his back. "It's okay Jeff, they're all friendly," she reassures him.

"Is that a fish with legs?" Clint asks, "Oh man, I was way off."

"He's a shark," you say matter-of-factly. When you see everyone's expression change to a worried or frightened one you clarify further in hopes to calm their nerves. "A landshark!"

It doesn't work.

"Y/n, what the hell is a landshark? You better start explaining and fast," Natasha all but threatens you. You can see one of her hands has disappeared behind her back meaning she is defensively readying a knife behind her.

"He's not harmful, he's really friendly," you say. Then you remember some things you have read about sharks so are quick to add, "Also sharks are misconstrued as being vicious when they're actually not. They get a bad rep even though they're basically puppies of the ocean. Did you know, more people are killed each year by coconu-"

"Y/n!" Natasha interrupts.

"Right," you say, gathering your thoughts and glancing down at him. "He's nice and friendly and really playful. A bit of a clutz too. We've had him hidden in our room for about two weeks now."

This seems to bring Tony's attention away from the shark to you, "Oh really? And you didn't think to mention this to the person who pays for everything around here?"

"We were going to tell you after the first night he stayed but didn't bother because we didn't think he would be here for this long. Dr Cho was trying to get a specialist in to take a look at him but there were delays," Wanda momentarily takes over for you.

"Oh, so Cho knows. That's great," Tony comments sarcastically, "as well as the specialist, right?"

"Yes. Plus two others who work with the specialist," you add much to Tony's dismay.

Jeff seems to be a bit more comfortable because he has come out from behind you. He tugs on your pant leg wanting to be picked up by you so you oblige and feedback to the group what you have found out so far.

"They finally looked him over a couple of days ago. No one knows where he has come from or why he looks the way he does. The working theory is that he was experimented on which fits with what Wanda saw in a flash the first time she came in contact with him."

Jeff starts squirming in your arms so you nod to Wanda to continue while you try to settle Jeff by whispering words of affirmation to him. Telling him none of these people will hurt him as you rub up and down his back.

"From the tests and interacting with him so far he seems to be able to understand us and in addition to being able to breathe air he can breathe underwater too. The more time we spend with him the easier it has been to communicate," Wanda finishes, while she scratches under Jeff's chin which helps calm his nerves.

Everyone looks on in silence as Jeff pulls away from you slightly. You speak in a low tone asking if he wants to say hi to the team. Which, reluctantly, he agrees to.

There is a strong bond between you, even if it hasn't been too long since you found him, so he knows he can trust anyone you want to introduce him to.

You go to place him on the ground but he whines a little while clutching your shirt. Instead, you stand back up and he turns in your arms facing the expecting crowd.

He raises his little hand in a wave speaking in a small voice, "Mrr."

In a second everybody's eyes soften and you hear a collective 'aww' sound out.

Maybe you should have started with this.

They are all about to rush over but you stop them from doing so with a hand out in front of you while taking a step back. Wanda moves swiftly standing between the incoming horde and Jeff.

"One at a time," she requests.

Peter makes his way over first and greets Jeff introducing himself.

It definitely must be a sight, all of this.

A young couple holding a shark as if he is a baby. It is only inevitable that someone asks, "So, is Jeff like your child then?"

And of course that person has to be Natasha.

…

The Jeff you are looking at now is unrecognisable to the Jeff from half an hour ago. He has lossened right up.

After everyone introduced themselves Peter decided to show Jeff his web slingers and, against yours and Wanda's wishes, hung Jeff upside down from the ceiling. The excited noise and wide smile was enough to make you step back. But not too far back just enough, in case you needed to catch him.

After that he spent some time with Carol who showed him a glowing fist. Natasha smirked at Wanda and you as she twirled a knife around her fingers, Bucky doing the same which turned into a contest.

When they weren't looking you picked him up and moved him away from the crazy movements.

As the only member with kids Clint simply spoke to him like he was a baby, Steve said he didn't have any tricks for him but maybe one day he would show Jeff his shield. Sam asked Jeff if he wanted to pet Redwing which he happily did.

Even now Tony has been playing tricks with him, making a coin disappear then reappear from behind Jeff's ear. He had to borrow a coin from someone first, it would have been more surprising if Tony had any small change on his person to begin with.

Next is Bruce who tells Jeff there is someone else he should meet then transforms into the Hulk. Jeff looks at the green giant in wonder then puts his arms up to be picked up so he can be the tallest in the room. When Hulk sees Jeff he crouches down so he is eye level with Jeff, sniffing and surveying him. He chuckles, calls Jeff 'a puny baby' then picks him up and places the landshark on his head.

Shortly after everyone takes their leave. Clint is on his way home to his family, Natasha goes to train with Bucky following behind her. A Hulk-less Bruce returns to the lab with Tony. Steve, Sam and Carol are discussing a mission they are assigned to lead and Peter says he has some homework he needs to finish.

"What a day huh Jeff?" You breathe out, exhausted. Jeff looks at you like a small child while trotting around, jumping on the couches and back onto the floor excited about all the new friends he has made.

"I think Jeff is going to be just fine here," Wanda says to you as you both watch him, side by side.

"Hello good people of Earth!" You hear a familiar loud voice sound from the entrance disturbing your peace. And when he makes it in front of you, he is his usual happy self.

"Hi Thor... What are you doing here?" You ask, confused.

"I'm here for the meeting, of course," Thor says in his cheery voice.

"I didn't know you were on the mailing list," you say a little tiredly trying to think back to the email you sent out.

"I didn't know he knew how to check his email," you hear Wanda's side comment next to you.

"Well, I am the strongest Avenger after all," Thor boasts, "I should be here for all the little talks and what nots."

"Right," you say a little unsurely. "Err, the meeting is over now but it was to introduce a new resident to the compound."

You see him spot Jeff who peeks his head over the backrest between you and Wanda. He is looking at Thor in awe with his mouth agape much like he did when he saw Hulk.

As he climbs over the back rest you stand and Jeff stands next to you in front of Thor his head tilting back as he trails his eyes upwards from the hammer Thor is holding to his face.

"This is Jeff," Wanda says.

"Jeff the landshark," you add.

Thor has seen plenty of creatures in his lifetime so it's no surprise he doesn't react in a negative way. "Oh, how wonderful! Welcome to the team, little landshark!" Thor's voice booms excitedly.

You don't get a chance to tell Thor that Jeff is not a part of the team, only that he is staying with you in the compound because, before you know it, he lifts Jeff onto his shoulder and walks away with him.

Sighing heavily you place your hands on your hips when you hear Thor talking about a battle, going into excruciating details about how he killed a group of enemies. You are a little wary of how Jeff is going to respond to the gory details of war.

Wanda stands and moves behind you. She wraps her arms around your waist, kissing your shoulder. "He-" Wanda was about to say something but is cut off short when you both hear an excited squeal from Jeff in the distance so she rests her chin and giggles against you instead.

"I was going to say he's going to love whatever story Thor brings up, but that's kind of obvious now," she says, smiling into your shoulder.

You sigh again, "I know. But now he's going to want us to talk about all the fights we've endured and I don't think it's good for him."

Next, you hear some scuffling making you cringe because it sounds as though some equipment has fallen and crashed to the ground. Not long later you hear the sound of fast little footsteps making their way in your direction.

Then you hear Thor shout, "JEFF! GIVE THAT BACK."

Well this can't be good.

Before you can move from your spot Jeff runs past you with Mjolnir clutched in his mouth. Wanda has stepped beside you and when you glance at each other you see she holds the same shocked expression as you.

You both then turn to see Jeff's figure running out of the entrance doors. Wanda is clearly amused but you speak aloud the question on your mind, "How is he worthy and I'm not?" You ask, insulted.

Wanda wraps her arms around your neck, her fingers playing with your hair, "It's okay honey, you don't need a hammer telling you anything I don't already know."

She is leaning in to kiss you but a new voice enters your ears.

"Sestra! Come look! There's a dog in a shark costume out here!" Pietro exclaims, "And he's holding a fake hammer too!"

It is official.

Jeff has met the whole team.

“What if he doesn’t like me?” You say out of nowhere, fiddling with your fingers anxiously.

Tangerine’s hand moves from the steering wheel to your knee, offering comfort as his eyes temporarily left the road to look you over. “He will.” He reassures.

You and Tangerine were heading to Lemon’s house for a get-together dinner, this will be the first time meeting him and you felt sick to your stomach. This was a huge deal to all three of you, mainly because you all desperately wanted validation from one another, like you all valued each other's opinions.

You’ve met ex-partner’s parents in the past, but time, it feels way more nerve-racking, like you were on the final battle on Super Mario. You desperately wanted Lemon to like you, as he’s so important to Tan.

“How do you know?”

“Because... I do.” Picking up your hand, bringing it to his lips and placing a soft kiss on the back of it. “If in doubt, just talk about Thomas.”

“Wait- what? Who?” Eyes widened as you felt like you had missed a very important piece of information.

“The tank engine, you nob.” Chucking as he stared ahead.

“Oh my god, my brain almost exploded. I thought you forgot to tell me about someone.” Feeling slightly relieved. You knew of Lemon’s infatuation with Thomas, you were just too anxious to remember. “Do I lie?”

“About what? I’m not a mind reader, you can’t just say random questions and expect me to know, you pillock .” Laughing genuinely, looking over at you again.

“About what I do for work?”

“No.”

“What if I say I’m an assassin? Then he’ll definitely like me.”

“He’ll never believe that… you’re too sweet.”

Tan pulls up into the driveway, once he stops he turns to face you. “You’re going to be fine, he’s a lovable idiot most of the time.”

Tangerine knocked on the front door while you stood next to him tightly clutching the box of cake in your hands.

“Welcome brother, welcome my brother's girl, come on in.” Lemon's voice boomed as he greeted you both.

“Calm down, nobhead.” Tan wryly chuckles as you both walk past and into the house.

“Hi, it’s great to finally meet you.” You sweetly say. “I made this. It’s a lemon drizzle loaf, I thought it was appropriate.” Awkwardly laughing as you gave him the cake.

“Oh, I don’t like cake.”

Oh shit. “Oh- I um-“ Your heart fell out of your arse.

“Nah, I’m just kidding!” A deep laugh came from his chest. “And it’s lemon? That’s lovely, thank you.” His eyebrows wiggle as he looks over to Tan, as if he’s saying ‘you got a good one.’

In some weird and unexpected way, it actually made the situation lighter. “Thank god.” Clutching your chest at the initial panic.

“You dick.” Tangerine slaps Lemon’s shoulder.

“My bad. Alright, so everything’s all ready.” He extends his hand gesturing the way to the dining room. Tan pulls out your chair for you, then takes a seat down next to you while Lemon slumps into his opposite.

Conversation flowed easily over the course of dinner, maybe with a little help from a glass of wine or two. You had all finished eating a little bit ago, but hung around the table drinking and talking.

“What is it you do for work?” Lemon questions looking above his class.

“Oh, I um- have a small business.” You say while taking a sip of your drink to deflect.

“I love that, being your own boss. You got a cool girlfriend man.” Lemon sluggishly says to Tan, clearly had a little too much to drink. “Talking of bosses… at the office, he’s been busting my balls recently.”

You were a little tipsy, but not so much that your brain was off. Turning around to look at Tangerine as your eye’s squinted. “Office, eh? Been on any work trips lately? Johannesburg? Bolivia? Tokyo?” Lips turned into a smirk as you looked between the brothers.

“Uhm- huh?” Says a perplexed Lemon.

“I know what you guys do.” Bursting into laughter.

“What?! What do you mean.”

“That you’re contract killers.”

“That doesn’t scare you off?” Seems like Lem had sobered up from that shock you gave him.

Shaking your head ‘no’ turning around to smile at Tan.

“Why didn’t you tell me that?” Lemon glares at his brother, kicking him under the table.

“I did… wait- maybe I didn’t.”

“You’re a right dick for that. I’ve been worried all day that I’d scare you away.” Lemon looks at you, apologetically smiling at you.

“God no! I was actually worried too.” You simply say. “I didn’t think you’d like me because I’m not in the same line of work.” Wryly laughing.

“Fuck no. You’re too sweet for that shit.” Nodding at the cake, as if to prove his point.

The three of you continued to chat about random crap as you enjoyed dessert, it felt like you were on the verge of developing a friendship with Lemon, and you loved it- feeling like you and Tangerine had just made it through a big milestone in your relationship.

4. Why did you give them the name they have? Whats the in universe reason for their name?

Im gonna be honest IM BAD AT NAMING THINGS 😭😭 So I happen to choose Akari because it's a common girl's name and it sounds pretty (surely if it's a common name it won't have a weird meaning RIGHT???!!!) At first I was scared bc apparently the "aka" in akari can also mean red which like, Akari's obviously not a red girly 😂

But her name actually ended up having a beautiful meaning to it (Thank God) The "明" in her name stands for "light" or "brilliance" I believe. Coincidentally, I also have "明" in my name too. I believe it's associated with smartness (at least in chinese culture) So I believe Akari was given that name by her parents because she is the light in their life, and they want her to grow up as a brilliant person.

18. Imagine meeting your oc what would you imagine you'd say to them or do with them

It's gonna be SO messy and complicated if she knew that I created her. In all seriousness I don't think Akari would like me at all. Anyways that aside.. If things were a little simpler, I'd love to just hang out with her, play dress up and do cosplays and other fun stuffs. I could give her words of encouragement about the things that I wish I could tell myself too, but in reality I think I will just go :

She can do it because she's fast and I'm as slow as a turtle.

20. Share a random piece of trivia about the creation of your oc (scrapped idea or changes you didnt expect to make)

Initially, her vibes was a lot darker and edgier, but somehow she got softer and pinker the more I drew her.

Tbh Akari looks way cooler here, but her design feels a little messy. There were many cool ideas but nothing came out of it. In the end she's just kinda there. I originally wasn't gonna ship her with Giyuu bc I was a giyuu x shinobu shipper back then and thought they would be canon XD (I just prefer them as bros now) It doesnt help that I was so busy with school and its the pandemic, so my creative juices were little to none. But one idea that has always stayed is Akari having a good relationship with the girls, especially Mitsuri. After that I forgot about her...

Then I took a year off university, so more time to draw. I was on my way to moving on from kny, until I saw the swordsmith teaser and was like "Okay this show helped me get through pandemic, why not post some art to pay tribute at least." one art became more and suddenly I realized I wanna revisited Akari again bc omg this oc has so much wasted potential I need to fix this 😱 Guess I wont be moving on from kny soon 🤡

I thought about different breathing styles, illusion, star breathing etc. I decided that Akari is a battle seamstress character so I thought of silk breathing bc you know silk but I was like: "ok shes a seamstress who does seamstress powers?? thats it?? she needs something more specific" Eventually I settled for Camellia flowers bc I think its perfect for her in every way.

Can I just say, it's so lovely to get all these questions! ✨ I love this so much, thank you! 💝

First: I'm ok! Work is always stressful these days, I don't think it's going to give me a break until at least September. 😂 But it's not the worst right now. Tomorrow is my birthday and I just the best piece of chocolate cake humanity has to offer, so I'm cool right now. 😇 Just wish tomorrow wasn't Monday. 🥲

Second: I have read 7 books this year so far, but nothing that's stood out as being great, sadly. :( Still haven't had a 5 stars. I finished a thriller called None of This is True by Lisa Jewell which was pretty good, if you're into thrillers. 4 stars, maybe.

In terms of fanfiction, I've have been reading random pieces of non-Kc fic, as per usual 😂 But I have also read The Little Wolf by @morningstargirl666, which is absolutely fantastic, if you haven't read it yet. It's a retelling of the show's canon about the Original family and how they were turned into vampires, with special focus on Klaus' werewolf heritage, and it's so, so, so good! And so much better than canon! It actually gives depth to the siblings' relationships, and it has so many little nods to what we know of them in the future. Beautifully woven! I have also read Till I Tasted You by @kirythestitchwitch, which is a canon divergent AU where a spell goes wrong and Caroline ends up finding out Klaus is her soulmate. It's hot, it has absolutely nom-nom-able dialogues and A+++ interactions between KC, it features Damon getting his ass kicked! I don't know, it's just the whole package. 🤌

Third: This would be a very weird question if I hadn't spent an irrational amount of time thinking about that. 😂 I guess it really depends on what kind of universe you mean, because it varies. But I would very much like to have telekinesis like Prue in Charmed.

Fourth: That's a tough one. I'm an extremely critical person of my own writing, so it's hard for me to feel proud of stuff I've done tbh. 😂 But I think I was pretty proud when I finished The Wolf 2. It's not my personal favorite thing I've ever written, but I think it's probably my best written story. I really like the final part of that story, the way I managed to tie it back to TVD, I think it was very full circle and made the story a lot more unique. I also had a lot of fun writing the Mikaelsons and Caroline back in Mystic Falls after the time they spent in Nola. 😂 So maybe that.

Final: It's... going. 🥲 I took a pause after writing two chapters back to back, tried to work on some other stuff, and then I circled back to it. I've actually just started the next chapter, have a couple of scenes. I don't think this first chapter will be a long one, but I think it will take a lot of editing tbh. 😂 I haven't been at most inspired right now, so not sure how much of what I've written will stand the test of a re-read. I had plans to get a chapter out before the end of the month, but I'm not sure I'll manage it. 🥲 We'll see how this week goes. Pray for me.

Aa thank you!! I just answered about half of this ask when my answer was deleted (my own fault :') so here's attempt number 2 haha

7. What is your deepest joy about writing?

I think it's having a way to express my love for the characters and settings I write about, as well as getting to express my love for language itself! So: getting to use a medium I love to convey my love for... the world and its people (and stories, and characters), I guess? :)

Getting to share my writing with people (and finding a community because of it!) is definitely a great, of not the biggest joy as well — but I personally feel like that's more a joy of the result of writing, rather than writing in and of itself? If that makes sense!

25. What is a weird, hyper-specific detail you know about one of your characters that is completely irrelevant to the story?

I genuinely can't think of a single one, because I feel like every single detail I come up with about a character ends up being relevant to a story in one way or another! For example, I have this one OC who always wears some sort of knitwear. It started out as a random character detail I really couldn't find a use for other than characterisation, but the knitwear (and its varying states, as well as whether it was handmade or store-bought) eventually came to symbolise the state of his fraying marriage!

So: none, because the minute I come up with a hyper-specific detail, my brain decides it's Very Important, Actually and immediately finds a way to weave it into the story or its symbolism 😂

32. What is a line from a poem/novel/fanfic etc that you return to from time and time again? How did you find it? What does it mean to you?

Ohh I have a couple, but I think this quote (a bit more than a line, sorry!) from the locked tomb series really stuck with me. To the point where I put part of it in my bio!

"Bury me next to you in that unmarked grave, Joy. We knew that was the only hope we ever had–that we would live to see it through . . . and pray for our own cessation. Oh, we'll still hate each other, my dear, we have hated each other too long and too passionately to stop . . . but my bones will rest easy next to your bones."

I'm not sure what it is about this quote, but something about it (especially with the context of the story and this whole messed up relationship) makes me go a little bit insane over it whenever I read it haha. I think when I read this for the first time, I finally realised I was done for and proceeded to fully fixate on the locked tomb until my Tolkien obsession took over. So it marks the start of a pretty intense love for these books, I guess 😂 (I'll spare you the full analysis on this but ohh, there's so much to say about it even without the context of the series!! The imagery, the slight shift in tone towards the end!!)

Re Marjorie/ dead grandparent discussion, as someone who has a lot of dead family and recently lost the most important grandparent figure in my life… here are the things I’d ask (my recently deceased figure started going dotty and I talked on the phone with her less cause I couldn’t handle it cause I already live with my dad who has early dementia and it was too much to deal with at the time). While they still have cognitive capacity, or even if they aren’t all there but can be redirected:

- what’s their favourite place? If it’s close enough, go there with them and make memories there. It’s much nicer to go to a park or a museum to feel close to someone than it is to visit a cemetery imo

- what’s their favourite flower? When you see pink roses or red tulips, you’ll always think of them.

- if they have a signature dish or favourite recipe, ask them to write it down for you in their handwriting. Then cook it with them or for them depending on their ability.

- ask to have a movie day and watch their favourite movie together. I was able to buy an old western on dvd for someone and he was so excited and watched it multiple times. Then we watched it together and he kept talking over the tv to tell me how he had a friend who looked like this actor, or ‘it really was like that you know! They just shot people!’ And random shit like that, far more interesting than the movie.

- same for books if they can still read. Or ask if they like/d poetry and what were their favourites when they were your age and what they like now. Anything like that.

- ask how they met their husband/ wife, what life was like when they had their children, how they felt when they became a grandparent and if it was still as exciting the 10th time as the 1st (some will say yes, some will say no. But it usually generates a new funny story if they say no 😂)

- ask if they used to dance and what sort of dance they did. Apparently one of my grandmothers was quite the dancer and had a lot of attention and competition on who could jive with her 😂😂 I wish we had pics!

- if they wear a perfume or cologne, take a photo of the bottle. I wish I knew the perfume one of my aunts wore. It was her signature scent that smelled like her but none of my cousins know what it was either. I’d love to smell it again and spray it on a blanket and hug it (idc how weird that sounds)

- when they’re annoying and telling the same story or same rant for the thousandth time, zone out but really look at them - their eyes, their hands, mannerisms. Just study them. I only really noticed their eye colours just before they passed tbh.

That’s my advice / Wishlist if I had a Time Machine anyway. Some of the questions can open a can of worms, like ‘how did you two meet’ and finding out he had a wife beforehand that was just never mentioned even to his children and no one knows if it’s true or if he said it cause he was losing his marbles lmao.

...Where was he? The hotel room was so nice, he would've been forgiven to have thought that it was something his grandparents had gotten, or Kat's folks. Talk about luxury. And I consider Interesting NPCs to be canon- IDGAF- that beautiful trans darling asking for aid for you to help her transition makes me cry. Not being able to magically transition?? Kaidan would likely have to hold me back on storming up to the White House or whatever official in the area he lived in and giving them a piece of my mind. I do enjoy the idea of the boys being like, college roommates or something, that's super cute. The three of them having to hide me because I just question EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. But I'd help with what I could, even if it's just a rubber ducky moment where he reads stuff out to me just to find what in what is wrong.

And I know you specified Kai, but I do enjoy thinking about what my other husbands would do with me around 😊😂 Lu-Lu would be pestering me about magick versus science and, me being me with loves for both, would go back and forth about discussing the utility of both in the world, despite how little the advancement is in society. Definitely talks about the Dwemer- probably asking if THEY were Dwemer and wondering if I got shunted by the Heart somehow, despite being no where near the Tribunal or Solstheim. He'd be all over learning about various aspects of Skyrim, the gods, the social structures, the wars- horrified of course of the ongoing war, but all the more curious to how people handle it.

Inigo and I would be fast friends, as always in every universe. We both have that sense of humor that most people find a little kooky but we fit like a glove together! And I could definitely see myself opening up to him about the horrors of war that had been going on, worrying about my family and if they were okay, etc. He's very relaxed but also has a lot on his shoulders, and I'd definitely wanna be there for him too.

OH but man that raises the question about Bren- would he be in this universe? If he is, I feel like he lives nearby and finds me after I get lost around the nearby area, takes me in, takes care of me for a while until the boys find me. I don't want to leave him behind in another universe, thas my uncle. Him family.

The biggest question would be why was I sent here? Because I all ready have that figured out for TESSDE, but in a modern setting, in this world, what would the gods have for sending lil ol me a whole world- an entire universe- away? That's the big one. I don't want it to be a punishment because TESSDE is about finding your place in the world no matter how much it seemingly doesn't want you, and I'd wanna keep that. But I'm not sure how I could twist it for a real world.
