How the heck do people just do things!? like people always just say, " ya hold on, I'm just gonna go take a quick shower," like it's nothing! showers are a freaking long process! for me even just getting in a shower is a long prosess it goes like this.

1. mentally prepare self for getting ready to start getting ready for a shower.

2. force self to get soap, dandruff shampoo, regular 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner, just conditioner, tooth brush and tooth paste

3. get towel.

4. walk over to shower

5. force self to take all clothes off including my like 7 different spots bra's.

6. stare at reflection in mirror and get annoyed that I don't look more like the gender I want to look like.

7. mentally prepare self for going from dry to wet.

8. put stuff in the shower.

9. turn on water.

10. get in shower.

11. get used to being in the shower for a minute

12. think about the oc's and the world that is in my head and make more characters and give characters trauma

13. force self to scrub and wash hair

14. wash body and scrub the paint off skin

15. think about my oc's more

16. force self to shave self.

17. hate self for being different and not looking the way I want to

18. give oc's trauma to cope

19. mentally start preparing to go from wet to dry.

20. brush teeth

21. start to turn off water

22. get out of shower

23. grab towel.

24. dry hair out

25. dry off body

26. start to put on clothes

27. grab towel

28. grab shower stuff

29. take shower stuff and towel back to room

30. put stuff away and hang up towel

31. lay on bed mentally exhausted

how the heck can people just do that!? and that's only taking a shower. it's si freaking hard to just take a shower that by the end of it I just want to go to sleep that's why I usually just take showers at night. am I just the weird one for struggling just to take a shower? do other people not get so tired when having to do things as "simple" as taking a shower or stopping work to go eat something? do other people just eat when they're hungry and not get annoyed by it? how can people just do these things and not feel mentally drained by the end of one seemingly small task? what is wrong with me?! dose anyone else have this problem or am I just crazy and I am genuinely asking for feedback here. anyway I hope you have the day you deserve 💗 love you

i don't care how uncomfortable you are around cis men, queer cis men still need places to go, and sometimes, those spaces will be shared with yours. disabled and neurodivergent queer men and queer men of color especially need a place to go. the queer community isn't the "fuck cis men" community. that is the rad fem community. if you think cis men and people who read as cis men are inherently "too scary" or shouldn't be allowed in queer spaces, you joined the wrong community.

reminders for today:

if you or someone you know might need it in the next few years, purchase plan b. the shelf life of plan b is 4 years, and we might not be able to access it as easily as we can now in the days ahead.

if you are larger/plus size: go online and purchase ella instead of plan b. plan b is less effective if you aren’t under 160 pounds.

if you can, purchase books that project 2025 is looking to ban.

if anyone asks about your religion or lack thereof, keep it vague. this administration will look for any excuse to persecute you.

your friends are trans or queer? for the next four years they’re not. don’t expose anyone’s status as a trans or queer person to anyone else, even if you think you can trust them.

did someone you know get an abortion? no, they didn’t. they were never pregnant.

in short, don’t be a snitch, and keep to yourself these next four years. we’ll make it through this even if it seems hopeless at times.

we can survive this. we’ve survived before, and we’ll survive again.

Sometimes that person's pronouns will include they/them and in that specific case you are allowed to keep using those pronouns for that person. In any case where you learn a persons pronouns and that person doesn't use they/them, you should no longer use those pronouns for that person. If you continue to use they/them pronouns knowing that person doesn't use them, you are now misgendering that person. Kindly stop doing that please. Thank you, I love you.

don't present androgynously

use "binary" pronouns in any capacity

identify partially with a binary gender

have a "gendered" name

don't experience body dysmorphia

don't experience gender dysphoria

DO experience gender dysphoria/body dysmorphia but aren't sure what gender or body would suit them

just experience body/gender apathy instead

can't be open about their gender identity yet

you're all absolutely valid.

don't ever feel like you're "not nonbinary enough" because you absolutely are! 💖
