Flowey: "Hey, my blog is stressing me out, can I hang out on yours for a bit? It's quiet,"

Frisk: "Of course, pop a squat handsome,"

Flowey: "Thanks,"

Flowey: "No offense, but I like that you don't have many followers, you literally talked about being 'happily taken' and there wasn't a single peep,"

Frisk: "No offense taken at all, it's probably for the best that I don't have many followers, being on your ask blog is more than fun for me and I gotta focus on school work anyway,"

Flowey: "Exactly. Plus, you're already too popular in real life, you don't need more people watching you,"

Flowey then literally faceplants onto the table, he is tired.

Flowey: "Honestly, I'm starting to think we should just tell my blog followers the truth, they'll either be weirdly supportive like MK was or... more likely... be disgusted and run off, either way they'll move on to the next thing, and forget us like the others,"

Flowey: "We're not actually going to tell the truth though, I'm just thinking out loud,"

Flowey: "Hm?"

A Dark, Dark Laboratory

It was a very peculiar door. A lot of things were peculiar about this place, Frisk knew that very well by now, but even this felt... wrong. It felt out of place. The door was stationed against a cavern wall in a drab and otherwise empty passage. The ceiling hung low, the area claustrophobic compared to those surrounding it, this feeling only heightened by the door. Frisk had a hard time tearing their gaze away from it. Something about it exuded both interest and malice, a different kind of malice than they had experienced thus far. A lot of monsters treated them with hostility, sure, but coated within this hostility was a sense of playfulness. A playfulness which Frisk took full advantage of, choosing to coax these monsters into dropping the fight rather than responding with hostility themselves.

“No,” Fen says as he watches a figure float out of the debris of the CORE entrance. The wolf whips out his free hand to flash a spear of black lightning into it, “something much worse.”

There is a blast force, and the smoke is install parted from the figure and it’s…

The Boss Monster you see before you has horns curled in an unfamiliar pattern, his eyes colored red and surrounded by a black sclera, wearing robes that are obscenely ornamental and gauche, but that is where the unknowns end.

His face is the same as His. The locket (two lockets!) on his neck are known to you. The markings, however different, a trademark of his uniqueness among Boss Monsters.

You can’t believe your eyes. You don’t believe your eyes.

The God of Hyperdeath’s eyes are locked firmly upon Fen.

“You.”

“Frisk, I don’t think I can beat him but we need to stop collateral damage NOW! if you can glitch the timeline out of existence at will, now is the time!”

It takes a hot second to peel their eyes off the Boss Monster "whOA! Mamma Mia... ...,"

They then shake it off, and stiffen up at Fen's wild suggestion, they have only one idea, and it's something that they've always wanted to try.

"Alright, I...just hope it takes, give me a moment,"

They then run back inside to the Resort lobby, acting fast before they have the chance to get anxious.

River Person: "TRA LA LA! TRA LI LI! HELLO HELLO!! I NEED EVERYONE'S ATTENTION! ALL OF IT! IT'S NEWS ABOUT THE EARTHQUAKE!"

At their call, Mettaton rolls in with delight.

Mettaton: "OH GOOD! ARE WE GOING THROUGH AN APOCALYPSE SCENARIO? I ALWAYS WANTED TO GO OUT WITH A BIG BANG!"

River Person: "Yes! But first, there's something I always wanted to say! My name is Frisk Bulalacao!"

They then grab onto their cloak and pull it completely off from their body, holding it tightly in their fist.

"AND THE RUMORS WERE RIGHT!" they then prepare to shout as loud as possible-

"I'M A BIG OL' SCARY HUMAN!!"

"Hahahaha! I was right!! You owe me 400G!" a nearby monster laughs and the other monster next to them swears in anger.

Not completely satisfied and fueled with adrenaline, Frisk practically prances over to a temporarily stunned Mettaton and plants a big passionate smooch on his rectangle screen.

"I wish I could have gone on another date with you, Tony, we really could have given them something to talk about,"

They then let out a dizzy laugh as they already feel the beginning effects of the Unraveling again, noticing the room and everyone in it steadily losing color.

Not wanting to see everyone glitch and fall apart, they rush back outside to Fen.

"Sorry for the wait! I had to strip... not literally,"

*Spinette crawls on Chara's chest, seemingly looking for something. She then uses Flowey to get to Frisk and does the same. Spinette moves to Flowey and sits on top of his petals before writing with purple strands*

Y U NO BOOBA

*Spirit Chara let's out a loud laugh*

She is disappointed at the lack of a warm, soft place to sleep. She can be very direct with what she wants.

Both Chara and Frisk giggle and loudly laugh too, through their laughter, Chara manages to translate for the Queen.

Flowey: "Well uh...I don't know how to break it to you, Spinette...but my vessel is a flower, I don't own what you seek and I never will,"

Frisk, through their giggles: "But I do! You can rest on me,"

like honestly just give your non binary characters traditionally "gendered" features. just do it. it's not like being androgynous ever stopped non binary characters from being misgendered.

frisk undertale and kris deltarune were androgynous and are only ever referred to by "they/them" and ppl are still arguing over how the "main character is not the player but their own person" message didn't apply to their genders bc they refuse to wrap their head around different pronouns. raine owlhouse was paraded around as "disney's first ever nb representation" by everyone and their mother but bc they have short hair other countries dub them as male. this also happens to most anime nb characters bc of how japanese pronouns work. halara raincode literally has the color scheme of the non binary flag AND their in-game profile says that they, and i quote "have no specified gender" AND several characters remark on it in the actual game but bc theyre voiced by a female voice actor ppl still call them a woman.

like literally at this point just give your nb characters huge tits and a massive beard. if ppl refuse to accept the existence of non binary characters in media, then there is no way to make a character non binary "enough" to convince them otherwise. no matter how much you hammer in their androgyny in an attempt to detach them from "male" and "female," there will be people determined to assign gender roles to any trait you give your character.

creators being hesitant to give their non binary characters traits that could be associated with a binary gender is why every goddamn genderqueer character that the creator wants you to take seriously in popular media has shoulder length hair and a board-flat figure and a perfectly neutrally pitched voice. like. just do what you want at this point. the character is non binary because your story said so and people who misgender them would have done that no matter how androgynous they look.
