ooo i love the tiny doctor/surgeon idea! the doctor prey is just so kind and caring rubbing the walls of the gut and making sure the pred is soothed and relaxed, while also trying to find out whats wrong inside of them

Thank you! What I especially like about the "Medicine Prey" trope that its SO versatile and adaptable!

It can work with literally all types of preds, and it can fit into multiple tropes and scenarios so easily!

Here's a bunch of scenarios I like to Imagine:

1: As you said, a kind,caring prey soothing their pred, especially if the pred was nervous about the whole ordeal, maybe it's their first time ever eating someone and the prey is just gently guiding them through the whole thing.

2: Accidents! Maybe the surgeon prey was forgotten/left inside the patient, maybe it's a dentist who slipped into their patient's throat and got swallowed!

3: I remember seeing this in a cartoon when I was younger, but doctors that come in pills you can swallow

4: Scientist prey taking it upon themselves to cure their pred friend by shrinking themselves and going in to find the source of the pain/disease

Now that I think about it at least half of the vore that's featured in kid's shows is literally just this.
