Transparency: 👇🏾 For the past few years I have really been digging deep into the darkest parts of myself to bring a lot of Divine clarity and healing .There was a moment I didn’t even recognize who I was and I’ve worked hard to bring me back. I was weighed under people’s projections of me and not who I really was. I didn’t know who I was. Or at least I thought I didn’t know lol. It’s not a pretty sight when you strongly work in your Divine Masculine energy and tell your Divine Feminine Energy to take several seats. They both become toxic when you are quieting one aspect of self and just surviving with the other. I stayed in the gym because I thought that’s what I was supposed to do. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy a good weight room moment, but to be honest I’ve been enjoying just being. Eating colorful foods, dancing for hours, doing yoga, swimming in the ocean and walking on my daily adventures. Not worried about my body image, just loving it the way it is. When you do what makes you happy and let go of toxic behavior you look and feel damn GOOD. A little thickness never hurts when you are doing the work to keep your soul happy. Sooooo my beautiful family be exactly who you are in the present moment, that’s the you that truly matters THIS is my expression of embracing ALL of me.
