My last package was damaged and covered in oil from leaking bottles of haircare product I didn't order, my current package was "delivered" but not really, my next package is stuck on Buttfuck, Georgia for the foreseeable future, and I have two outstanding Christmas presents being sent to friends which haven't shipped yet so chances are they won't be getting them until January!
