I went to see Barbie with my friends and I was so unbelievably pissed the whole time. Taking mushrooms always turns me into this hardcore feminist in a way that I get so overwhelmed with the unfairness of it all and I was watching the whole thing with disgust

#not like I expected it to say or do anything worthwhile #but the fact that it laid intro ‘feminism is when you wear makeup out of spite!’#so heavily…I really just wanted to see a fun legally blonde type of thing #idk. I guess that’s the same #but instead it’s more #patriarchy #which gets women murdered raped and enslaved around the world #is a funny battle of the sexes lol!#hes so sad bc he doesn’t get to hang out :(#I turned to my friend when he was crying ‘it’s okay jakey just jump.’#she was rolling her eyes just as much #she didn’t even have those dolls growing up she wasn’t blinded by nostalgia #alright whatever #no one wanted to hear my dyke feminist rant about the fucking barbie movie so yeah
