Do you ever think that DC had a meeting going: Ok who do we turn gay to please the demographic?

Not Batman or Nightwing obviously. They’re the main characters with title comics.

Not Barbara. We can’t have Dick’s love interest be lesbian. Plus people might mistake her for Kate bc Batwoman is already lesbian.

Not Jason. He was already controversial when we brought him back.

Not Steph and Cass, they’re already kids of villains. We can’t have people accusing us of changing them and making them to appease the wokes. And Cass is already Asian so we shouldn’t add another thing. On the same thought, Duke is out bc he’s already Black.

Not Damian bc he’s a kid and a main character. And also bc we’re making Jon Kent come out and we can’t have them dating because ‘reasons’
