Nissan Laurel 4 door hardtop 2800 Medalist, 1978. The C230 series third generation Laurel was the first generation to be offered as a 4-door pillarless hardtop. Though the Laurel was marketed internationally as a Datsun, for the Japanese market it was only ever a Nissan. It was designed to offer the same luxury as the bigger Cedric in a more compact package that slotted just above the Bluebird
