Parents have so much to do on the daily basis, and sometimes its’ not feasible or possible to take their teen(s) along. To add to this occurrence, at times, teens don’t want to “hang out” with their parents and opt to “just stay home, alone”.

Suddenly questions arise, “Is my teen ready to be home alone?” “Does my teen know what to do in an urgent situation?” “Will my teen invite friends over?” “Will my teen be comfortable alone for hours?” “How do I give my teen space without worrying myself?”
