I played BG3 on PS5 before upgrading my PC and apparently since then I barely touched my PS5:
I also play on the Switch sometimes:
That's me just dipping in to TOTK to play Link: Horse Adventures

Nintendo is not your friend-o
emulation is preservation
also be quiet about your emulators and roms, I feel like yuzu doing as much as they did in the public facing sphere is at least partially to blame for it getting taken down, regardless of how you feel about the patreon stuff and the developers. The Less Nintendo knows, the better it is for everyone else.
#Nintendo#Emulation#I'm grabbing copies of the emulators that I like while I still can because this is BAD precedent for all the others in the fleet#if they can get yuzu and citra they probably won't stop at yuzu and citra#and it's not that forking won't happen but people will have to be a lot quieter about it now#still bonkers to say that a switch emulator is harming wii sales in this year of 2024#also with ryujinx does anyone have any good reviews on if it's as good as yuzu or no?

I suddenly stopped playing on my older Switch console a little bit (from July to Nov); at least according through my monthly stats which that happens. It was all me anyways, but still waiting for the “Switch 2” reveal I’d checked some leaks not too much. It was a good half run if not keep continuing through my Nintendo online membership.

The first two games on that list are hardly a surprise, but Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising as the third?
...no wait, it has a shitton of sidequests and I wanted it as complete as possible before starting Hundred Heroes. Yeah, actually that does makes sense, never mind.

My Gaming In Review For 2024
So alot has happened in my year and I have been doing more writing than I think gaming and my stats below show my point. New years resolution is im planning to game more. If you look at the previous year I did alot of gaming but between moving, my marriage ending, my 16yr old cat dying, getting into a nasty break up later into the year and then my computer quit working yeah its been one hell of a year I'm glad to see go. I also will be more active again I miss being here, writing, and doing videos however I do have to wait til the first of the year to try to fix my pc cause this laptop sucks and doesn't have half of the stuff I have. Also this is not counting emulated games I played this year this is just official not accurate. Just for a note March is when I moved which is why everything went down hill from that.

The Year in Squareblind 2024: July – December
By Neil Merrett The final part of the site’s year of gaming, self-reflection and joyously ‘wasting’; time in virtual worlds looks at whether there is a real online audience for 64 player Pac-Man, and whether the medium can do more than let us fantasize about punching our problems away. July By July, Squareblind finally got round to finally playing its way through Hideo Kojima’s esoteric sci-fi…

Fire Emblem Engage and Tears of the Kingdom were also my two most-played games in 2023, but now they've swapped places.
I promise I've played new games this year!

Bg3 really said this will be all you play this year huh 😂
And I love that Wildfrost ended up on both 💙
Wildfrost prob would’ve been my top game if it counted all the time I played it on my switch too 😂

How much longer do you think we have till chapter 3
I've been wanting to break something like this down all Deltarune-theory-style and this seems like the perfect opportunity! The release of chapter 3&4 also relates directly to this blog, so that's a plus.
In terms of development we're lucky that Toby Fox has been incredibly generous with sharing updates on where the game is, and whats left before launch.
Comparing the information we've been given in the last few newsletters to this timeline in the Summer 2024 newsletter, it's fairly easy to pinpoint where we are and what's left.
Public testing for the LTS update and game_change function has recently been completed!
As per the Autumn 2024 newsletter, the untested English PC version of chapter 4 has also been completed.
Chapter 3 has been translated to Japanese and the PC version has been bug tested.
Chapter 4 has just begun Japanese translation, and PC testing will begin when it is closer to completion (which according to Toby will take "some months" for the final pass of translation to be done)
The last bullet is a pretty accurate mark on where we are in the development. Somewhere on the "Console Ports, Japanese Version, and Other Stuff" part of Toby Fox's List.
We can also use the information from the Summer 2024 newsletter to know what's left on the To-Do list before launch.
Complete Japanese translation and PC bug testing for Chapter 4.
Create and bug test console ports (Nintendo Switch and PlayStation. Xbox is a maybe)*
Final Bug testing
Getting the game reviewed by rating boards.
Preparing soundtrack for release.
Creating marketing material and trailers in preparation for release.
"And more... ?" (I'm assuming this is just referencing the fact game development is unpredictable and anything could slow development, but who knows)
*⬆️It seems that it's not a big deal to make the console port, but instead bug testing will be. It also seems that they've begun work on console porting already, based on the autumn 2024 news letter ⬇️
SO...
Given the fact that we've never waited through all these end-of-development processes for a Toby Fox game it's hard to get an accurate time frame for it all. Although, Toby Fox has said Chapter 3&4 will definitely come out next year and I'm beyond ecstatic. I've yet to answer the question though... When do I think it's coming out?? I think we're getting Deltarune 3&4 around Q3 of 2025. (Q3 is just fancy talk for the months of July, August, and September). The main reason I think this is because Toby has put a "some months" time frame around completing the Japanese translation. PC testing for chapter 4 and Console testing for 3&4 is next, which will hopefully be relatively speedy given the fact they have outsourced a company to assist them. After that is a bunch of legal-console-game business stuff they have to get straight. I'm not predicting the end of next year because of how confident Toby Fox seems in releasing it in 2025, and because of the fact we don't have a trailer I don't think it's releasing in early 2025 either. But with the introduction of the frozen inu in the last newsletter, I think we're getting closer and closer to a real release date!
Toby has also been fond of releasing on special dates. Chapter 1 came out on Halloween of 2018. Chapter 2 was September 17th, 2021, which was the 6th anniversary of Undertale.
September 17th, 2025 will be the 10th anniversary of Undertale, and a date that fits well within the Q3 time frame I've predicted. If I were to put money on any date, it would be this one.
Let me know if any of y'all agree, disagree, or just have any thoughts about this... Or if posts like this are fun to read. Thanks for reading if you made it this far!!
Also... I like your gnarpy pfp

Sympathy Kiss (SympathyKiss / シンパシーキス)
Release dates (Nintendo Switch) Japanese: November 17th, 2022 English: February 27th, 2024
"About a year has passed since Akari Amasawa started her new job as a designer at Estario, a mobile app maker. While she doesn’t dislike her job, she’s not deeply passionate about it either. After her yearly performance review, she’s given the opportunity to join the Estarci team.
The company’s namesake app, Estarci is a news app that made a big splash when it launched, but has since fallen behind rival apps, including apps run by Estario itself. Management has decided to give the app one last chance before shutting it down for good, and Akari and all of her new co-workers will need to give it their all to save the app from the chopping block.
Will Akari find true love? Will she find what it is she wants to do in life? Will the app get shut down? Wait, was Akari only given this opportunity because the company was looking for an excuse to fire her?!
Business and pleasure mix in Sympathy Kiss, a thrilling office romance and slice-of-life drama!"
This is a commercial game for the Nintendo Switch! You can buy the physical version here, or the digital version here.

Before i start uploading some Christmas Pics, i decided to show off the Recaps of Switch titles again. And this time, i have been playing some different titles recently for this year, 2024.
First off, let's start off with the most played games, I've played Animal Crossing New Horizons like I've always had. Then I had played Smash Bros Ultimate when I was playing online with some friends and practiced for the tournament, which now I'm no longer doing Smash Bros Tournaments for a while, I'm just going to stick with playing online with friends for fun. Even if I had to play item less battles with people to practice with. And next, I've been playing Fall Guys a lot and got used to this Epic Games title. And the best part about Fall Guys is that I don't need an online membership to play Fall Guys, I just needed an Epic Games account. But the weird part about Fall Guys is that I haven't played Fall Guys in so long ever since I used to play it on the PlayStation 4, but now I have two separated Epic Games accounts. One for my Switch, and one for my PlayStation. I know the game is Cross play and can play online with anybody. And I would love to have people play Fall Guys with me a lot. And I thought Fall Guys is much better than Fortnite in my opinion. And every time people ask me if I play Fortnite, then I tell people no because I'm more of into Fall guys. Much like with Roblox how I'm more of into Minecraft and VR Chat. But yeah, I always love to have a competition when it comes to Fall Guys. And for the favorite video game I chose, is ever since I have been into one of these Crisis moments, I thought Turok will be the only solution of my favorite Switch game for this year. For the Months I have been playing the Switch the most was around April. That's the month I have been playing the Switch on the most anytime I have nothing else to do.
Let's hope we'll look into Next Year's Switch titles.
