While I hear the “a bunch of unrelated bad things keep happening to him” argument. I think part of what makes Lloyd truly tragic is his inability to triumph. No matter how many times he overcomes his father or any of the other numerous evils in Ningago, (most of which HE triggered by opening the Serpentine tombs as a child and unknowingly starting a chain reaction that leads to the apocalypse) He CANNOT win. Evil always comes back. AND, while the other ninja are able to find meaningful connections in family and relationships Lloyd is TRAPPED in under the responsibility of being the green ninja under which he LOST his childhood and his family. The unending capitalist cycle of producing more content DAMNS Lloyd as a character in the series by denying him an ever truly happy ending.

So yeah vote Lloyd or smth.
