Welcome to the SEASON FINALE! The time has come to bring this season to an end, and we've got lots of things planned for this event alone before we welcome in the new season.

This engagement party will take place at one of the ballrooms at The Pearl Hotel, which is a fancy (and the only) hotel in town, found in Stoughton Estates. Cocktails and cold cuts will be served at 6 pm while the dinner will be catered by The Royal Cove Yacht Club, so guests are expected to be at their seats before 7 pm. There's no assigned seating, though the future bride and groom and their families will be sitting together.

There will be a buffet with a vast selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts to choose from. An open bar can also be found, which will also serve mocktails, and will be available until the event is over. Flutes of champagne will also be handed out, especially right before the speeches. If you were tasked to prepare a speech for the happy couple, you will be tapped by the hostess a few minutes before so you can prepare. The ballroom is incredibly spacious, the biggest in the hotel, so it won't feel too stuffy, despite the large number of people expected to attend.

Everyone is encouraged to stick to the ballroom for the entirety of the event, but you may go out to the lobby and the accompanying balconies of the hotel to see the scenic view of Royal Cove Beach. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors but you are allowed to do so in the designated smoking area outside the main entrance or in the hotel's parking lot.

Nightrest Music Fest is an annual celebration of good music and serves as a kickoff for the summer. With nonstop musical performances from singer-songwriters, bands and DJs, locals and non locals alike, that ends well into the night, it's considered the place to be. Due to the recent deaths, a portion of the total profit from this event will be evenly donated to the deceased's families.

This event will take place in Royal Cove Ampitheater (found in Stoughton Estates) which is located next to the Royal Cove Yacht Club & right on the shore of Royal Cove Beach. Gates will open at 11 am sharp, and you have to wear your wristband or passes to enter the grounds. Food stalls will be available throughout the entire day and night, and there will be an open bar that'll cater to everyone starting 7 pm. You may bring your own alcohol & recreational drugs (just don't get caught). VIP backstage passes are available for all artists & can also be bought for a higher price. The festival will end at around 1 am-ish, and it'll be concluded with a round of fireworks to be set off from the Royal Cove Beach.

Matthew Phillips was the first to make basketball something of a beacon in this town; his son carried it on, bringing the name of Nightrest to the big stage for the first time. Now it's Colson Young's time to shine. The town will all be out, donning their orange and white as they cheer on the local star, a kid fresh out of Wardwell, making a name for himself in the Final Four of March Madness.

While the pressure is certainly on under the lights of the stadium, the atmosphere at Rhee's is much different. Sure, eyes are glued to the television screens, all tuned in to watch the big occasion, and the crowd shouts at the ref and cheers at every basket— but the drinks are flowing. Bud Light is even on special. Wings can't come out fast enough. And the town, for an evening, has something to smile about. Something to cheer for.

While we want to stay true to current events, we cannot predict the outcome of March Madness, nor the teams advancing to the actual Final Four. In our universe the following will be true:

Colson Young is #22 for the University of Texas at Austin, playing for the Longhorns. He is a freshman. His position is Shooting Guard.

Texas will face off against the Gonzaga Bulldogs at 7:00 pm.

The final score of the game will be 76-73, with the Longhorns winning. The game will end around 9:15 pm.

A second game will follow, at 9:35 pm. The Kansas State Wildcats will face off against the Creighton Bluejays. This game will go into overtime, ending at approximately 11:45 pm with a score of 86-85, with the Wildcats winning.

Three fires happened at three different locations in town on the 12th of March. One was a residential home in Stoughton Estates, one was The Stowaway, a well known bed & breakfast, but the diner, Mama's, suffered the worst of it since it was completely burned down. The town banded together to host a Charity Gala, and though the event ended in a massacre, now well-known as the Gala Massacre, that claimed the lives of eight people and left two injured, it was still deemed a success because Mama's is now reopening, due to all the donations from that night. Out of the ashes, the town will rise again, and what better way to do that than with a celebration that'll bring the townspeople together once again. Planned by Arabella Reyes, in close collaboration with Minnie Walsh, the owner of Mama's, we welcome everyone to MAMA'S GRAND REOPENING.

This event will take place in TWO LOCATIONS: Mama's (found in Fog Gate) & Medusa (found in Low Point). There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at Mama's at 9 AM, and due to an excess of donations, everyone who comes will have a big plate, completely free of charge! The big plate consists of their well-known burgers, pancakes, bacon and eggs, as well as a milkshake with your flavor of choice. The new and improved Mama's will be much larger than it previously was, but with the expected turnout, even more tables and chairs have been set out outside. The diner will continue with its theme of looking like a diner straight out of the 50s, but another change that it will go through is that it will now be open 24 HOURS. This will be an all-day celebration so your muses can come at any point in time!

Medusa will continue to have their speakers blasting, and their drinks flowing later that night, as per usual, but it will also be considered as an informal welcome back party for Jieun Park, to celebrate her completion of her treatment in Grigg's General after the Gala Massacre. Everyone is invited to come over, to spend their Saturday night letting loose and to celebrate the fact that everyone's still alive.

This is Catherine Graves coming to you live with breaking news.

Multiple fires have broken out in Nightrest; one at Mama's Diner, another at the Stowaway, and a house in the Stoughton Estates neighborhood has also been affected. Reports are coming in that the first location to set fire was The Stowaway, however initial details suggest that all three may have began within the same 20 minutes, starting roughly at about 9pm Sunday evening.

The local fire department is hard at work combating the flames and awaits reinforcements from Greater Salem. Nightrest residents are encouraged to stay home at this time until all flames have been extinguished and potentially affected residents accounted for.

Oh, we are getting a call now. This reporter can confirm that The Stowaway was empty this evening. Kane and Maureen Beckford, owners and operators of the bed and breakfast, have confirmed with law enforcement that they were out of town attending a fundraiser for a local politician. No guests were reported on the books.

This story is ongoing and we will report back as soon as more details are uncovered. If you have any information regarding the fires, please contact local law enforcement.

Surprise! It's an impromptu mini event. Over the course of the next few days, time on the dash will focus on the events unfolding in Nightrest occurring on Sunday evening. Some things to note during this time:

Mama's Diner, The Stowaway, and Marissa Harrison's home are on fire. Marissa's home has yet to be linked to her, though this information will likely spread via neighbors and friends shortly after the news broke.

While encouraged to stay home, your character does not necessarily have to listen. If they do choose to go to one of these locations, there will be a barrier set up. Only firefighters and others already contacted by the admin team may be beyond the barriers at this time.

There is nothing confirmed regarding how the fires started.

White specks begin to fall from the clouded sky, a gentle start to what the news has projected to be the biggest storm of the season. Residents from all the nooks and crannies of Nightrest have started their last-minute scramble. The shelves at Mike's have nearly gone empty, any sort of milk long since gone. The line at the liquor store is out the door. And the cars have started to pile into the Wardwell parking lot, ready to begin their however-long stay.

"With the accumulation and wind speeds we're about to see, it's projected that most neighborhoods will experience loss of power," the weatherman forewarned, all the while still wearing that tv-ready smile. "For now we remember you all, stay put and stay warm."

During this event, characters will be isolated to one location. Wardwell will act as the primary shelter for Nightrest, one of the sole properties with power due to a generator; those staying there will have access to warm meals and a shared living space with cots/excess beds from the dormitories. Characters may also choose to stay at their home or someone else's.

Due to the inability to safely travel, in-character threads may be limited. With that considered, and the short timeline of a mini-event, text threads are recommended. But let your creativity run free with phone calls, Facetime, whatever you think of.

We are also choosing to ignore the current weather in Salem. During the period of the storm, please consider the temperature to be around 10°F. The total snow accumulation will be approximately three feet.

At 8:00pm, the town will gather on the sands of Echo Beach. There will be a picture of Louis pulled from his Facebook that he hated but his mom loved. Candles will be passed along to people that knew him well, some that will claim to, and others that had never so much as uttered a word in his direction. It will be sad and performative; a way of grieving that's been taught and accepted. Something picturesque the news can air.

Louis would have been so uncomfortable with that sort of scene. Would have mumbled under his breath about needing a shot of whiskey.

So when the good ol' fashioned memorial wraps up and the rest of the town goes to bed, a group will continue on out at Halftide Rock, Louis's lighthouse watching over them in the distance.

Halftide Rock is an overlook in the Stoughton Estates neighborhood. Rocks separate it and the shoreline, so the actual amount of beach is limited. A bonfire will be set up at the top of the overlook on a patch of dirt and rocks and someone will have music playing from their car. Two kegs will be provided, though bringing your own provisions is never frowned upon! And Hank Dorsey was kind enough to donate half a dozen bottles of Tullamore Dew, Louis's regular order.

Rumors have already been circulating around town regarding Louis, but now that the case has officially turned into a homicide investigation the chatter has only gotten louder. By the time the event has started, characters may have heard the following:

The tongue is believed to have been cut out with a sharp object.

People claim to have last seen Louis getting gas at Mike's. Others claim that, no, he was at Run for Cover in the 'Self Help' section.

His car, a silver 2016 Subaru Outback, has not been located.

Louis talked about his previous stint as a collegiate swimmer, something he had needed to discontinue due to a severe injury to his rotator cuff in his left shoulder.

On July 22nd, an engagement party was held at The Pearl Hotel, but the event sadly ended in a massacre that claimed the lives of four people, left three injured and one incarcerated. The bright side is that the answer everyone has been asking for the past three months has finally been answered. Who's responsible for the murders?

It seems mostly everyone in town is ready to put the past behind them, which is how we'll be welcoming a night full of fun (and alcohol) for everyone involved! Welcome to the first event of Season 3: a HOUSE PARTY hosted by Dilara Kaplan & a WILD WEST PARTY!

This event will take place in TWO LOCATIONS: Dilara Kaplan's home (found in Stoughton Estates) & Medusa (found in Low Point). The party at Dilara's home will start at 7 pm, and alcohol and food will be provided, though everyone is encouraged to bring their own! However, at MIDNIGHT, cops will have been called with a noise complaint, and the party will come to an end.

Medusa will continue to have their speakers blasting, and their drinks flowing later that night, as per usual, but it will be a themed party: WILD WEST. As usual, the doors of the nightclub will open at 9 PM and will close at 3 AM. Everyone is encouraged to dress up according to the theme, and this will also be considered as a late birthday celebration for Zhou Mei. To follow the theme, the nightclub will be decorated like a saloon and there will be a mechanical bull placed alongside the dance floor. The nightclub also doubles as the venue for those who came from the house party and don't want the night to be over yet. Everyone is invited to come over to spend their Saturday night letting loose and to celebrate the fact that everyone's still alive.

Everyone in town remembers the fires that happened at three different locations three weeks ago. One was a residence in Stoughton Estates, one the Stowaway, a bed & breakfast owned by Maureen & Kane Beckford, and the last being Mama's, the diner that's considered a staple of the town. The diner suffered the worst of it, nothing more than the building's foundation left after the embers were put out and the body of Amoni Brown was found. The community decided that this would not be Mama's end, choosing to gather together for a charity gala in order to raise funds for the rebuild. The Royal Cove Yacht Club has opened its doors and the whole town is invited to help, with each donation big or small counted and greatly appreciated.

During this event, characters will be at the Royal Cove Yacht Club where there will be an open bar, funded by many of the local businesses supporting the reconstruction efforts. Tickets must be purchased to enter the premises, but the sales from the tickets will be directly donated to Mama's. Attendees and non-attendees may choose to donate further, with a station set up in foyer. Due to the night being an upscale affair, servers will be walking around to serve a multitude of delicacies such as Caprese Salad Kabobs, Tuna Tartare, and Prosciutto and Fig Bruschetta— though all guests may sample the menu from the yacht club through established buffet arrangements: one for appetizers, a carving for prime rib, and, of course, a vast selection of desserts.

Flutes of champagne will also be handed out, though the open bar will be available until the event is over. The prestigious yacht club is spacious and close to the water, so there'll be a scenic view of the ocean, but everyone is encouraged to stick to the main dining room and accompanying balcony where all the festivities will happen.
