Night 5! It’s now my favorite part of Hanukkah: The part where my family tradition of extending the ah at the end of the word “Hanukkah” in the prayer until all the candles are lit and the shamash is in place begins to get comical.

No big meal tonight. Just leftovers from nights 2-4. :)

I gotta say, given המצב, I’m really connecting with the holiday in a way I never have. I’m so grateful to be with family this year. I wish us all the gift of peace on this Hanukkah and every day thereafter. 💜🕎🕎🕎🕎🕎
