What a difference a year makes!!! This time last year I was on pain meds with stitches around my foot and a screw in my heel! (Mine you I didn’t know there was three cuts because my parents didn’t ask!) If I talked to you on that day I don’t have a clue to this day with what I said!! Opps!! 🤪🤪🤪 Lol This has probably been the best year I have had with my foot, while not totally pain free yet, I am walking and that is a plus!!! That last steri-strip is holding on. But now that the others are gone the scar is beginning to show itself. Things are better on the outside. Knee is weak and still needs strength. Rest of it is tender and still swollen by end of day. #surgeryrecovery #nicescar #scar
