The same ringtone buzzed again during rehearsals. Its ding had sounded so many times already that it had started to get repetitive really quickly.

Minho frowned as he looked in the mirror, retouching his rolled sleeves just once more for what he secretly knew it had been more than twenty times. In the span of ten minutes. Maybe even less.

But Minho wasn’t ‘grumpy’.

He so wasn’t.

His day had been normal so far. He had no reason to be grumpy. Not one what-so-ever.

He had woken up in between your arms, and even if he had ‘complained’ about it, he loved being the little spoon. And also, his cats jumped on the bed and, just for once, none of them landed on his face.

There had been just one thing.

You had rushed outside this morning. You claimed you didn’t have time to have breakfast with him, because you were late for something he didn’t really get. “My girlfriend?” The way Minho enunciated the title felt a bit possesive. Jisung eyed at him weirdly for a second. Even he felt weird himself.

Jisung nodded sheepishly, turning his phone back on but quickly opening a random app.

“Yeah. I owed her a call back.” He shrugged, nonchalantly accepting that he had opened Subway Surfers, and started to play.

As the catchy music came from Han’s phone, Minho shook his head.

Not grumpy.

Not at all.

But the thought that you had been texting Han and didn’t text him —instead of him— did funny things in his chest.

Now, keep in mind that Minho would never describe himself as a jealous man.

He trusted you with his cats, of course he trusted you regarding your relationship. But he had barely got a hold of you all day. And Han had. By call and text. Like he was doing now.

The rest of the gang blabbered something while some kept going over the steps of the choreography and the others rested on the couch, doozing off or on their phones. Han quickly noted down everyone’s orders, not before being squinted down by Minho. He held back a shiver.

“Clingy prick…” Jisung mumbled, leaving quickly.

He walked out of the JYP building, waiving and half bowing to the staff members and other artists in the building.

Jisung entered the boba place next to the building, smiling at the cashier as he read down the orders on his note app, and stood aside, waiting for the drinks.

“Hey!” You smiled widely at him, taking off your scarf, merely leaving it hanging on your shoulders. He clapped your hand, playfully slapping your back.

“Working hard?” Jisung snickered, pointing at the bag on your other hand.

You side-eyed at him, giggling softly.

“Took some snacks before heading off.” You shrugged. “We can sneak these in, right?”

Jisung scratched the back of his neck. “We’ll… come up with something.”

You both struggled carrying the drinks, teasing each other and betting who’d make a mess first. But all giggles came to an end when the security guard stared at you.

“Name and business?” He asked in a low huff.

Your body stiffened.

“She’s my sister,” Han chimed back. You were in fact far from being his sister, but that didn’t matter when the guard seemed to nod. “She’s just helping me carry the drinks inside.”

“And the bag? What’s inside?”

You cleared your throat, smiling. “Clothes for him to change once he finishes training.” You lied.

Thank God for his imagination. And for his stupid idea of shoving your scarf and his hoodie into the bag of snacks.

“Ok. You may come in.” The guard smiled politely.

Only after the both of you had gotten into the elevator you allowed yourselves to let out a sight full of relief. You two then smirked, high-fiving.

“Thank you, bro.” You teased in a snicker.

He cackled. “You’re welcome, sis.”

You both laughed and joked until you reached the training room.

“The person you dream of is back!” Han cackled.

“Noona!” Felix grinned happily.

“Yeah, that’s me!” You cackled at Jisung’s faked frown.

You smiled and greeted everyone as you entered, leaving a certain bunny boy for last.

You sat next to him on the couch, and without missing a beat, he took your legs and layed them on his lap.

You took a sip of his drink, and he stared at you, almost with a squint.

“You’ve made me jealous of fucking Han Jisung.” He stated matter-o-factly, making you practically choke on the tapioka pearls.

You coughed. “What?”

“You texted him all evening. And me? Not even a good luck kiss this morning.”

“Aw, are you grumpy, kitten?” You grinned teasingly, speaking only towards him in a soft tone to his ear. You pecked his cheek.

I was gonna talk about all of book 1 but the reaping kinda got long so here’s my thoughts on the reaping day

So the Curtis gang all grow up in district 12 and if you thought they were poor before, they’re like barely surviving now. They died when Darry was 16 in this tho. Darry does a LOT of illegal hunting to keep them alive. He makes Soda come with him a lot because if something happens to him he wants them to like- not die-

The rules of these games are that they pull a guy and a girl but anybody can volunteer for anybody

Darry did everything he could to keep his brothers safe while he was a teenager. Soda wasn’t allowed to take out tessera, but when Darry turned 18, there was nothing else to do. They’ve both determined Ponyboy will NEVER take one out. So if I did the math right Soda should have 8 entries and Ponyboy has 2.

Ofc it doesn’t end up meaning much anyways because the time comes and Ponyboy gets reaped. Darry legit almost passes out and Soda is frozen for a couple seconds. But after a couple seconds he comes back to himself and without thinking he volunteers

Ponyboy freaks out, and Steve is like ‘what the fuck are you doing-‘. Darry doesn’t know how to feel ngl but he isn’t surprised. Honestly though nobody in the gang has any hope in Soda, they’re trying to pretend they do though

That would be the end of it, but when they ask for volunteers, who else steps up by Steve Randle. Soda immediately panics and begs him to take it back but Steve already had his heart set on this and there was nothing anyone else could do.

Goodbyes are…a lot. Soda was crying even before he made it into the building, and it got worse the second he saw his brothers. Ponyboy shouted at him for a little bit before curling up in his arms and sobbing. 

Darry was straight to business. He told Soda to stay away from people and hide for as long as possible. He told him not to worry about him and Ponyboy, that they would be fine and waiting for him if he came home. If.

Finally Darry pulls him into a hug, telling Soda how much he loves him. Then, the three minutes are up and Ponyboy are dragged out of the room. Ponyboy fights, and manages to crash into Soda’s arms one more time before he’s dragged out. Soda cracks open the door and peeks out, immediately shutting it when the last glimpse he gets of Darry is his holder brother crying.

Dally, Two, and Johnny all come in at the same time. Two and Johnny don’t say much, just wrapping him into a hug. Two starts to promise that he’ll be okay,  but Dally yells not to say that

Dally proceeds to tell him he’s fucked once he’s in that arena. Once the games start there is absolutely nothing he can do for himself. So, he needs to make every second before that count if he wants to stand a chance. He’s handsome, he’s charismatic, he can get the audience to fall in love with him and that’s what he needs to do. He’s about to tell Soda something else, but time runs out and they’re dragged out of the room before he can.

His next visitor is a shock to him. Paul Holden, who’s the mayors son, comes in and calmly sits across from him, they make pointless conversation until Soda asks why he’s there. Paul says he doesn’t know. They sit in silence for the rest of the time, and Paul leaves willingly when the time comes. As he’s leaving he tells Soda his brothers will be fine, and that they’ll eat as long as he has something to say about it

After that Soda just spends some time alone trying to compose himself. At least for the moment, he makes peace with the fact that he’s probably going to die next week. His sadness turns into anger at Steve

Eventually he gets taken to the train, on the way him and Steve walk by eachother. They don’t talk but the tension is already there. Steve hadn’t cried at all yet, his dad didn’t even come to see him and the gang already knew what he was doing and didn’t try to talk him out of it. (Darry had come in crying, and thanked Steve once he learned of the plan. Steve promised to bring his brother home)

These boys tear up the food table in the train. They both feel super sick after. They meet their mentor and escort though. Their mentor is a drunk like Haymitch is, and Soda takes it as the first of many signs showing how absolutely fucked he is.

Neither of them like the escort much. Steve hates her and Soda thinks she’s well meaning but she also keeps talking about how lucky they are to be here. Eventually they both just leave and are left alone in the hallway.

They have the first genuine argument they’ve ever had. Soda yells at Steve for putting himself at stake like that, and for putting them into a situation where they have to compete for their lives. And then Steve says that they’re not competing because they’re getting Soda home, and that just makes him more upset

The fight ‘ends’ when Steve says it was Soda’s fault they’re here anyways cause he’s the one who volunteered first. Soda asks if he should’ve just let his little brother die and Steve doesn’t respond. Soda storms off to his room, Steve goes to his, and this time they both cry into their pillows.

would feel more comfortable over time letting you take care of him

Tenma being like AVENGERS ASSEMBLE, except it's SOCCER PLAYERS ASSEMBLE (summon the soccer players...?) and them just being terrifyingly and chaotically effective... I can see that happening. Very much so.

This actually sort of reminds me of this idea, a sort of AU of Accidental Reverse, in which the whole of Raimon is sent back to the past? The entire team. And they just. take the world by storm. The reason Fifth Sector doesn't go down within a week is because Raimon decides to have some fun first. They,, may sort of,, take over the Japanese economy (Shindou's fault) and the soccer world because they're ''fighting fire with fire''. AKA they COULD stage another revolution through the means of soccer and show everyone what real soccer is, OR they could fight Fifth Sector for their influence and power OR infiltrate them from within and take over the whole thing (in secret, of course. Endou might suspect. Endou will take it to his grave.) because that's more fun.

I haven't decided yet if Tenma would actually be sent back in this one too, because on one hand, we want the whole team together and happy and a force of nature, but on the other it seems very funny to have the entire team doting on baby Tenma because ''he's so small!! He's so sweet!!!! Must protect!!!'' Like Shindou casually drafting a message that will wipe out a massive branch of Fifth Sector on his phone while taking Tenma out for ice cream. Like, yes.

Whoops, I got a bit off track there lmao. Back to the original idea - I can actually see Endou doing something similar? Getting pretty much anyone who's anyone in the soccer world together with just a few messages, for whatever reasons. And since it's been ten years... questionable skills, anyone?

Tj klune books ranked by me based on pure vibes, re-read potential, angst to humor ratio and MY OBJECTIVELY CORRECT OPINION:

Tales of Verania - LISTEN! LISTEN!!! These books are insane and I don't even know if I mean it in a good way tbh. The characters are all on crack. It's both corny (HAH if you know you know) and raunchy. YES the humour is a bit out there and sometimes the sex scenes/jokes are almost too much for my virgin eyes. Are these books "good"? You're asking the wrong question! They're fun and you WILL have fun reading them!!! It's very self-aware, tongue in cheek also sometimes a little too cheesy for my liking.

Oh, also, there are lesbian and emo dragons and magic and monologuing villains and a prophecy because OF COURSE THERE IS. These books will not change your life, but they will make you laugh and maybe cringe and feel. I am thinking about rereading it for the vibes. 10/10 would recommend BUT ONLY if you can get silly with it!!! No doom and gloom!!! (Okay, maybe a little doom and gloom....)

Green creek - ANGST. WEREWOLVES. GAY POSSESIVE WEREWOLVES. FOUND FAMILY

It's been a minute since I have read these books but oh boy they had me in a chokehold for MONTHS. Full disclaimer I have not read the last book AND STILL I am fully confident in recommending these books.

Ngl there is more weird shit in these books than I care to list. IT DOESN'T MATTER. If the tales of verania characters are on crack then these ones are living in a straight up soap opera. People leave. They hold grudges. THEY HAVE AMNESIA? They have enemies as well. Buildings blow up, people die ohymgod the melodrama never ends and. That is. SO FUN. albeit a different kind of fun but still. Fun times all around. I have finished reading these books and immediately reread them which should tell you everything you need to know. 10000/10

The extraordinaries - imagine you're watching a movie where a scene is coming up that just gives you THE WORST second hand embarrassment - now imagine it isn't a scene in a movie, it's three books and it's every page of all three books. Just sheer unadulterated second hand embarrassment.

Now if you look inside yourself you might find that your feelings are misplaced. The main guy isn't embarrassed and neither should you be! Life is all about falling on your ass and making an idiot out of yourself in the process and it's okay! It's okay. At least that's what I kept telling myself while reading these books.

No, but in all seriousness. These books are good fun. The greatest thing about tj klune is that he will take ANY theme and make it gay. We have gay superheroes. Gay werewolves. Gay magical beings. Gay ghosts! I as someone who regularly wonders why the media I am consuming isn't more gay, am a fan. I want him to do it all. Gay cowboys! Gay astronauts! GIMME IT.

These books I will not reread because I fear I might just die from the second hand embarrassment. It's so bad. But! It's also good! Educational fun. Wholesome love. Some minimal melodrama. 7/10

Oookay. Time for the stand alone books!

The house in the cerulean sea - okay don't hate me but this ain't my favourite. It's everyone else's tho! So I'm sure there is something to it. I think this is what you think of first when you hear tj klune - everyone knows this one, everyone loves it. It's like the popular kid in school. I, as a stubborn contrarian cannot abide this.

Still there is a lot going for this one. It takes you on a journey in a way a book should. And I personally love old gays being in big gay love so I can't complain.

But I will nonetheless.

So the thing about this book is that it's very innocent. And there isn't much angst just a minor misunderstanding that is pretty much quickly resolved. The big confrontation at the end is also quickly squashed by *checks notes* people talking to each other? I mean. It's nice! I would like it to work like that irl. In stories however.... I like a little more angst and anguish personally. There are also a lot of kid characters in this one which is FINE tj klune is actually pretty good at writing kids realistically (even special magical kids) but it's just not for me. I say that but I will be buying the sequel next month so jokes on me. The whole book was just a little too on the nose for my liking but it's still a very cosy read. Also someone pointed this out but WHY is this book so British? None of his other books are set in Britain and this one is set in a magical world so what's up with that?

Despite all my complaints I have reread this book twice. I don't know either. 8/10

In the lives of puppets - first tj klune book I have ever read and seeing as I have since then read everything written by this man I think you know this one is a good one. IT'S SO GOOD. It has everything!! Robots. Found family (families always find each other in tj klune stories). Asexual main guy. ROAD TRIP. Wholesome fun and existential crises for the price of one! 9/10 docked a point only because I don't think I'll be rereading it again. Also the romance was a bit weird BUT! It did grow on me. Like mould.

Under the whispering door - you would think this one would be an easy 10/10. Doomed love story (also gay 'cause of course it's gay), lessons about redeeming yourself, coffee shop and ghosts and and. Honestly it's been a minute since I've read this one. But what I remember is the ending.

Call me pessimistic but I don't think love should bring you back from the dead SORRY. IMMA SAY IT. Main guy should have stayed dead! Think like "the love was there, it didn't save anyone but it was there" vibes. Expect! Here it did save someone! Ridiculous concept! I buy ghost dogs but I WILL draw the line at being brought back from the dead. (The dog isn't brought back in case you're wondering). And it's such a shame because I really like the themes about death and redeeming yourself and it has such good potential! Unfortunately it suffers a serious case of not-working-for-me. Listen can I explain to you why this book didn't hit the same as the rest? Noo. All I know is that I read this book and immediately forgot about it. And unlike the house in the cerulean sea it looks like so did everyone else. Seriously tho. Anyone a big fan of this one? 6/10.

an only child, taerin was born into a well off family, with one parent a doctor and the other a lawyer working for the aeternals (her father's words, not hers). financially, all was good they never struggled, but when it came to parenting that was well… things were more challenging. see the duracell bunny? that was her, big ball of energy unable to stay still for more than five minutes, her attention always shifting from one thing to another.

from an early age, her parents enrolled her in every sport and extracurricular activity they could find, realizing that keeping her occupied was the only way to channel her hyperactivity (aka have some peace). ballet, soccer, gymnastics, swimming—taerin tried her hand at everything, but none really held her interest for more than a month or two. she'd learn the basics and get bored… that was until she tried kickboxing.

it was love at first punch ig? she was only 9 and entering the ring was the only thing that had her eyes light up. a month, two months, six, a year.. by the age of 12, while her friends were worrying about homework, taerin had already mapped out her future— she wanted to become a professional boxer, and nothing else mattered. surprisingly, her parents found themselves supporting her dream, their girl had finally found something she enjoyed! but that didn’t stop them from worrying about yet another thing, her powers.

for both her parents whose powers had manifested at an early age, taerin's were taking their sweet time, to the point where they began to lose hope. meanwhile, taerin couldnt care less tbh powers or not, she already knew how her life was gonna unfold

that was until they manifested, two years later during a fight. she still remembers it vividly, the look on her opponent’s face as they flew across the ring, breaking the ropes and crashing into the wall behind.

it wasn’t a competition, just a pre-selection match, but after that incident, taerin was ruled out of any future competition. her enhanced strength was deemed too much of an advantage, making it unfair to the others which made sense but yeah.. her dream of going pro had been shattered.

after that? well..it was despresso ahah.. she had no other choice but to return to her studies, forcing herself to endure a few more years. she struggled but ultimately ended up graduating high school. then she was OUT! tho obv this time her parents did not support that decision

their relationship deteriorated from that moment. her parents threatened to cut her off if she didn't stick to her studies, but stubborn as ever, she refused to listen and instead, decided to leave home. from working at pc bangs and restaurants to hotels and bars, she took on job after job to provide for herself.

ngl shes a bit of a tsun she does want to build friendships shes just not good at it. she still struggles to control her power so she lowkey avoids people, not wanting to accidentally hurt them the way she did before. shes v serious about her work tho, v professional dont try to mess w her job. taerin's a tough one to crack but once u do, u wont regret it.

Really can't get over the scenery in this episode it's so soft and pretty.

Ursa was so ready to be impressed that her babygirl kicked Maul's ass and so disappointed when that wasn't the case lol.

Does seem like Sabine had a difficult childhood even before the whole Dutchess fiasco. Maybe that was why she decided to go to the Imperial Academy in the first place? Who knows.

My genre-savvy called a lot of the beats this episode, which made it just a smidge predictable for me the first time around.

Not gonna lie, Rau sneaking through the complex is actually kind of hilarious.

Ngl, the dialogue in this scene is just a bit weirdly written, I dunno what it is but it bugs me.

Sabine's theme is in french horns now, it sounds like. This iteration of the theme is less mournful and more action-oriented, with flute trills and timpani percussion.

The cracking ice is mostly symbolic I think. I did worry at the time of airing if someone was going to wind up falling in.

I don't think it's a coincidence that Saxon winds up in a position like Dooku's or the Grand Inquisitor's in the Season One finale, lightsaber blades held crossed at their throats.

But Sabine, having been heavily influenced by the Jedi in her life, chooses mercy over revenge. The moment is even punctuated by a snippet of the Force Theme. Aaaaaaaah I love it, I love that Sabine has let Kanan's influence soak into her so much, has become so much more Jedi than Mandalorian and been made better for it.

Oh, his arm's intact, okay then.

I have... Thoughts™ about the entire Mandalorian mindset of needing chaos to become strong and refusing outside help to fight its battles and how the whole Proud Warrior Race thing so often works against them rather than for them but I'll leave them unsaid for now.

This status quo change was honestly completely unexpected, and frankly, the episode is eons better for it.

So! This episode is not nearly as good as the previous one, and it's bit predictable, as I said. It's not bad, though, and it's obviously a necessary one for Sabine's growth and character arc, and the overall Mandalorian arc. I was weirdly a little bored this time? Aside from the cute Sabezra bits and the fact that they were bold enough to change up the status quo by having Sabine stay on Krownest, I really feel like this could have been so much stronger as an episode.

Maybe if we axed one of the fillers and made this a two-parter? Idk.

The episode is still decently entertaining enough and has lots of lovely quality Sabine content for those in fandom whose primary investment is her. She gets to really shine here, and show off how far she's come as a character. Which is great.

I think at the time there was a genuine worry that Sabine was being written out of the show. I know I needed a little bit of time to process the thought of her being absent the next couple episodes. But again, they made a narrative choice and stuck with it and I admire that. So I really can't hate this episode. :)

you wouldn't think this would be the question to throw me, bc like. this would be so easy to answer for Dev, i have so many silly fuckin thoughts about him. but for Niall, i dunno. i tend to take him a little too seriously, i think. i still have fun with him and have lots of niche headcanons about him, but i dunno that i would call any of them "crack" headcanons, yk? a gen headcanon i have about him tho is that when they were kids, think somewhere between second and fourth year, Dev made him a charm (almost like a keychain) for his wand out of a tiny seashell bc Niall's magic smells like salt water and feels cold when he casts, and it's still on his wand to this day.

14. Most heroic moment

ok ok so stay with me here but for Simon Snow and the Five Blades, my headcanon is that the main problem Simon has to face that year (other than Baz) is this cliche narrative where he has to find something called the Eternity Stone, which is less a stone and more like a huge marble altar, that's leeching the magic out of the school's foundation, and Watford is so dusty that most of it is held together by magic, so as more and more of the magic is pulled away, the school literally starts to fall apart. in order to restore balance to the Stone and save the school, Simon has to track down five sacred magical swords and, yeah, long story short: one of the swords he needs belongs to the Pitches, bc of course it does, and Niall is the one to help Baz sneak said sword out of Pitch Manor after he eventually agrees to give it up, which, i wouldn't exactly call "heroic" but he did help save the school just a little bit. i would prolly have a better answer for this question if i spent more time working on headcanons for some of Simon's other school years but ngl the Five Blades and the Six White Hares are the only ones i've really given any notable amount of thought to.

i think the answer here depends on who you're asking, like Simon would tell you, albeit lightheartedly these days, the worst thing Niall ever did was enable all of Baz's bullying, but Dev would look at you like you're spewing chunks and say Niall doesn't have the bones to do bad things. but if you asked Niall, he would prolly tell you it was ignoring calls, and later, after the mobile ban at Watford, letters from his mother for a while.

Niall's mental health is really fucking bad, dude. he's been seeing a therapist for years, but he has such low self-esteem that he constantly brushes off and hides and downplays his issues, to the point where he doesn't even realise how bad shit actually is.

I suddenly remembered the time I was in play school (baby nursery- pre K). I was the kind of kid who used to fight kids to get into the teacher's lap. Like I legit used to cry if someone other than me even tried to sit in the principal ma'am lap. Now I can't stop thinking what if Ateez were Play school teachers with a kid like me💀.

Baby me would be hanging down Seonghwa's neck, fighting kids like a rabid gremlin when they try to get on his lap. I might be a wee bit scared of Hongjoong and Mingi at the beginning though. Joong gives math teacher vibes (hated maths since birth) and Mingi would've been a wee bit scary simply bec he's so tall and a little intimidating at first.

I picture kid me climbing up Yunho like a Monkey on a tree somehow. He's only a lil bit taller than my uncle and I once climbed up to his face and bit his nose. Baby me and Wooyoung would've been besties.

Yeosang, I guess, would've been the pretty teacher that baby me (and adult me ngl) would be too shy to talk to while San would've been the teacher whom I used to tell all my family shit. Like "Teacher teacher, mom bought a new bra today."

The concept of twilight and sunlight mers instead of humans and machines is so intriguing!! You can make so many fun designs with this!

OK! But those Sun and Moon designs tho DAMN!! I LOVE that Sun glows and can light up an entire room! I was confused at first when 'turning on the lights' was mentioned, what lights? And then HE lit up and aaaa it's just so clever!!

And Moon having tentacles but covering them up with his "hat" is so cool but also hits so deep... And his yellow stars and deep blues yeeees, truly a living night sky~

I really like how you described Y/N too with their white scales that reflect the surrounding light and their black fins, they're so beautiful! And the bells being sea shells is so pretty gosh!!!

After finishing chapter 18, I think I can confidently say that in terms of traitor, it isn't going to be Annabeth either. Considering how she has put herself at risk for Percy's/the quest's benefits. That means that the only options left for traitor would be Grover, or a thrid character. Ngl tho I think it's gonna be Grover with my theory that it's gonna be a multi-book build up/Grover betraying Percy happening in a later entry. SERIOUS STUFF BESIDES HOWEVER Holy Hell did it crack me up that Cerberus is a Rottweiler XD You may not know this, but there's acctualy a german city named Rottweil where that dog is from. I go to school there, so suddenly having heared the "name" suprised me a bit. Not expected at all XD Although the reason why I had attention drawn to it could also be that the audio book speaker (bc I'm too broke for physical copies) BUTCHERED that name holy hell. Like comedic levels of butchering. Nothing against them ofc, they are great and it's a mistake easy to make. Just extremely funny to a native speaker. But also Annabeth apperantly being good with dogs is such a random detail ??? Love it, absoloutly love it. I never expected to say this but somehow the whole entering sequence was so funny ???? Character Ask: Buffy

General opinion/How much I care about them: THAT'S MY GIRL THAT'S MY FAVORITE GIRL THAT'S BUFFY ANNE SUMMERS!!!! she's so funny she's so brave she's got so much love and rage and despair inside of her. She kicks so much ass and suffers so much and cracks so many stupid jokes 💕💕💕

A ship I love: it's Fuffy for me, that can't be a surprise after 100k words of published fic and my entire truly insane tag for them. But yeah. Yeah. I like them a normal amount (<- lying)

A non-romantic relationship that I love: i already talked a little bit about Scooby friendship so for this I'm gonna say Dawn! They're so funny together, when they fight it feels natural, but they love each other SO much and when the show puts their relationship center stage it always works for me

The NOTP: NOTP feels too dramatic for how I feel about Spuffy but ngl it's weird sometimes to be in this fandom experiencing total and complete lesbian immunity from Spike. Literally just over here like 😐. I mean objectively I get it! I see the appeal of his character and that ship! It does absolutely nothing for me, and the only parts I find very compelling are just what that relationship says about Buffy herself. Sorry :/

My biggest headcanon about them: I can't keep just saying "they're bisexual" for this answer I can't I can't (she is tho 💕) - okay but aside from that I really do think guidance counselor would have been a good career for Buffy. I think if you follow comics canon to at least just the establishment of the slayer school, then a lot of the same soft skills she would have employed as a counselor get put use training newbies (outside of a life and death apocalyptic time crunch I really do think she could be good at it)

An idea for a fanfiction I would like to write/read about them: (if I have none in my WIPs I'll make one up on the spot!) God I have so many fics I wanna write 😭😭😭 I've talked a bit about it before but my Very Ambitious And Intimidating Dream Fic is this season 4/5/6 rewrite that begins with Faith being held captive by the Initiative in s4. In the s5 part of the fic I really, really want to explore how much would be different (and how much sadly the same) for Buffy if she actually had a supportive partner and a backup slayer while dealing with losing her mom and fighting Glory. It makes me crazy to think about it.
