2023 - 24.July: Three Cyanotypes

I discovered some very old paper I'd prepared for making cyanotypes. Using recent images and hourlong exposures, I was able to use my "expired" paper. I toned the images by soaking them in very strong Ethiopian Sidamo coffee from Vermont's 802 Coffee Company. When it's time to tone cyanotypes, I use the finest ingredients!

Smoke Summoners webcomic Chapter one will be posted in 4 days.

So for about half a year now I have been on and off working on the first chapter of a webcomic titled Smoke Summoners. Due to school and a number of other factors, progress has been slow, but things are speeding up and I should be able to pump out more content for it soon.

Plot

The plot involves a disheveled office worker of a main character, Mick, and his cigarette filled misadventures. On his way back from buying a pack of newports and a volume of his favorite monster girl-slop manga, a shadowy demon takes refuge in his body mid-smoke, leading to things in his life to go a little off the rails.
