Journal. There are many reasons to journal. It's great to get all of the clutter that is in your mind onto paper. It is also great to be able to look back at your old journals to be able to see where you have come from, where you are going, what your thought process currently is and how it has changed and is changing, etc. I find that when I have beautiful tools, I am much more motivated to do the work and heal my life. One of my favorite journal prompts that I share with my clients is to write a Letter to the Universe.
