It SERIOUSLY doesn’t get any more authentic than this! Travel down to Long Wharf Drive in New Haven, CT right on the waterfront you will find what they call ‘Food Truck Paradise.’ Described as a laid-back collection of food trucks serving Latin America eats from Mexico, Puerto Rico & Cuba. ALL SO YUMMY! 😋 my friend and I tried a bunch from a few trucks (as we jogged quickly from truck to truck bc it was pretty cold that day! ❄️⛄️) but the tacos were PHENOMENAL. Each truck has a bit of their own flair, particular taste - and most serve hot sauces and pickled vegetables on the ordering stand which are fun to add to the tacos. My fav to try from each were the shrimp tacos - but you seriously can’t go wrong.
