I thought of a Drabble , where Neo finds Ruby but finds too late that a broken girl is a person who doesn’t hold back on their punches.
Neo grinned as she watched Ruby from behind one of the trees, hand on the handle of Hush as her semblance went to work creating mirror images of herself and Ruby’s friends. While her initial attempt to kill Ruby may have been a failure, she had pulled back far enough away to watch Ruby yell at her friends, ready to use her emotions against her.  A wicked grin crossed her lips as she used her semblance to conceal herself as she followed the images as they searched and called out for Ruby in mimicked voices.
“Ruby!” The Yang image called out. “Ruby! Where are you?”
“Yang?” Ruby’s voice came out as a shaking mess as she quickly turned around. “Yang, I’m sorry-”
The Yang image struck out at Ruby while the Weiss, Blake, and Jaune images started to ready their own weapons. “You really think you can get away with yelling at us like that?”
Ruby pulled back with her semblance and grabbed hold of Crescent Rose, arms shaking. “Yang? What are you doing?”
“Its your fault we’re here!” the Weiss image said as it struck at Ruby. “You’re nothing but a failure! You cant do anything right!”
Neo watched as Ruby moved to avoid each strike, making sure each of her semblance images tried to surround Ruby. She quietly snuck around, readjusting her semblance to keep herself hidden as she moved around to Ruby’s back, letting the blade out of the tip of her parasol as it glinted in the light. Her eyes widened as she pulled herself back to avoid the blade of Crescent Rose, the images she created of Ruby’s friends shattering as each one was sliced.
Ruby glared in Neo’s direction. “Show yourself!”
Neo huffed and let her semblance drop as she smirked at Ruby, retracting her blade. Her smirk dropped as she found herself avoiding strike after strike from Ruby, quickly pulling out her blade to defend herself from the younger huntress. When the scythe blade got close enough, she used her semblance to shatter and appear behind a tree out of harm’s way.
“Quit playing around!” Ruby yelled out as she took a couple shots at the trees around with some fire dust, setting the forest ablaze. “You want to kill me? Then do it!”
Neo took a breath to steady herself and create a few images of herself. She looked around the tree she hid behind and motioned for her images to make their way to attack. Once again, she used her semblance to get around Ruby to attack from behind, ready to strike and to finally get revenge for what happened to Roman.
Metal struck illusioned metal in a sharp *clang* as Ruby turned into a whirlwind of strikes, moving her scythe around with ease and slicing through trees as easily as she sliced through each illusion. Neo raised her parasol to avoid getting hit herself, her semblance dropping as she held the scythe blade.
“Quit playing around and fight me!” Ruby growled as her silver eyes seemed to grow dimmer.
Neo nodded and pulled her parasol back and started to strike at Ruby with each opening as she avoided the scythe blade. Her once easy victory no longer seemed as easy as her openings became less and less as Ruby swung her scythe around. No longer did Ruby seem to have any fear, each strike imbued with rage as she let loose.
Neo gasped as she used her semblance once more to pull away from Ruby to avoid a hit from the scythe, glaring and creating another army of jabberwalkers. Her own hands started to shake as she tried to hold Hush steady, motioning for her jabberwalkers to attack and freezing as she watched a single strike slice through them like nothing, scythe blade at her throat.
“Why do you hate me so much?” Ruby asked as she held the blade to Neo’s neck. “Why do you want to kill me?”
Neo frowned and used her semblance to make herself look like Roman, a tear starting to run down her cheek. She took the moment to strike again at Ruby, only to be stopped by the scythe blade and pushed back as she illusioned dropped.
“That’s what you’re mad at me for? It wasnt my fault he was killed! He wouldnt listen to reason and got himself killed by a grimm!”
Neo glared and rushed at Ruby, striking over and over at each opening she had while trying to avoid each strike from the huntress.
Thunder boomed in the sky overhead as the clouds started to move in, rain pouring down over the two as their fight continued. Each clash of steel was met with a strike of lighting around them and the loud boom of thunder. The fires in the forest quickly went out and smoke filled the rainy air around them.
“Ruby!” called out a yell from Weiss. “Ruby! Where are you?”
Neo took the moment to strike at Ruby, hitting her square in the chest and watching the girl’s aura flicker as she fell back and lost her grip on Crescent Rose. She hesitated to kill Ruby as she listened to Weiss call out again, this time much closer than before and moving quickly. With a silent sigh, she put her blade away and looked behind her to see if it was too late to run. Then, she felt a shot and her body shatter with her semblance as her aura flickered, gasping from the shock. She had taken her eyes off Ruby for only a second, long enough to get shot at without warning.
She peeked around the tree she hid behind and Ruby was gone, not even a trace of rose petals to show where she’d went. Neo slowly lowered herself down against the tree and waited for the sounds of flapping wings to disappear from overhead before checking herself over. Ruby had once again gotten away, but next time she’d make sure to break her before trying to fight.

would love your opinion of the newest episode of DW, if you get the chance.
HAHAHAHA YES I HAVE MANY THOUGHTS
Alright okay so
I only have one complaint, which is that that wasn't a faerie ring. You could still have the shamble, no problem, but it should have been over the top of an actual faerie ring, which should be a mushroom (or, at a push, stone) circle. Not some cotton that would blow clean off the cliff edge in three minutes.
HOWEVER
This is the first time I've seen Doctor Who do a time travel story using, not Doctor Who time travel lore and rules, but Welsh faerie rules. (First time I've seen anything do it, in fact.) In Welsh myth, people who enter faerie rings or get entranced by the music become suspended in time, out of sync with the real world. They think they danced for a night, but when they return it's been 100 years, and they crumble to dust as soon as they eat/drink/step on land/etc.
In this case, this is what I think happened to Ruby. She spent that time in Annwfn, seeing what would happen if the binding on the ring was broken. When she 'dies', she returns to the spot and lasts long enough to give her younger self the warning, then crumbles to dust.
But, a time travelling Ruby is not the woman who follows her throughout the episode. That, in fact, is a gwyll.
The gwyllion were hag faeries, usually of mountain tops (though Pembrokeshire's liminal cliffs are 100% from Welsh mythology - it was said that if you found a faerie ring on one but only put one foot in, you could see the faerie islands in the sea. And that faeries used to visit the human markets in Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. So while gwyllion are unusual there, it's not an impossible relocation.) They were malicious and sometimes vicious faeries who delighted in making people lose their way, could strike an uncontrollable and ungodly terror into travellers, and who feature in more that one myth as an old woman that someone tried to approach, but they always appeared at the same distance away, impossible to catch up.
CAN YOU SEE THE PARALLELS
And the best part!! Is that this is why she defeats UNIT!!!
Kate tells Ruby that her agents have necklaces of silver and salt to keep out the supernatural, but that's just generic fairytale shit. That doesn't work on gwyllion. Salt drawn in a line would provide a barrier, but the UNIT soldiers aren't trying to trap or block the gwyll; they're trying to capture her. What works, very specifically, is a knife. Iron or steel for preference of course, but it needs to be a knife.
But UNIT has no Welsh employees and the soldiers have guns, not knives. And so they all become entranced.
(This is also what I think the gwyll 'says' to everyone to turn them against Ruby. She doesn't say anything - she sings.)
This is also the first time I've ever encountered any mainstream media doing Welsh faeries and understanding the tone to strike, which is 'unknowable, unstoppable and fucking terrifying'. I think I've only ever read it in Catharine Fisher books, and she's a Welsh author so... yeah, obviously. But I basically vibrated with delight and excitement for the entire episode.
Oh my god, hang on, Roger ap Gwilliam! Okay, I have two theories about him.
My weaker theory and the one I don't like is the kind of boring and obvious one, which is that he is himself not human. A lot of Welsh folklore features the devil, and I get that vibe from his role in the story. But, I'm not keen, because I can't see the link to the gwyll.
But my strongest theory, and the one I have chosen to believe, is that he's a human who made a deal with the Fae for power, and then reneged. There's a Metric Fuckton of stories about humans fucking up Fae gifts in some way, and the punishment is usually something ironic but always results in the loss of the gift. It could be a faerie harp that makes everyone dance, and the Fae tell the giftee not to abuse it, but they cruelly force everyone to dance so long and so hard that the faerie returns, takes back the harp, and then takes the human's ability to ever make music again, so example (by taking fingers or eyes or tongues as well, often.)
So I think Mad Jack strikes a bargain for power - but, then tries to abuse that power (nuclear war). But part of the bargain is that the Fae cannot approach him directly ever again. In the real world, they therefore tempt him into the faerie ring and bind his soul there, problem solved - until the Doctor accidentally lets him out, and gets his own soul stuck. Ruby, therefore, becomes the instrument through which they manage to take that power away once again - and then, her final Fae gift for her service is that they use the temporal anomaly of the faerie ring to send her back, at the end of her life, and give her a second chance. This time, with Mad Jack's soul left bound in Annwfn.
The fun part is, RTD is a writer who understands the power of not explaining everything and leaving some things up to the viewer's imagination, so none of this is ever going to be explained lol. But yeah, that is a gwyll. The moment she appeared, I said out loud "Oh holy fuck, gwyllion." That was a gwyll.
As a final observation, I loved seeing Siân Phillips, and I choose to believe they filmed those scenes in a pub because they could only get Siân if they agreed to just come to her local. The woman is a queen.

The Husbands of River Song is not and has never been about the Eleventh Doctor being a deadbeat, distant husband (gross mischaracterization by the way) and the Twelfth Doctor being the "better, more mature, affectionate" husband.
It was about River Song. It was about River and how the events in Manhattan took such a toll on her. It was about letting us see River dealing with grief the way The Snowmen showed us how the Doctor coped after losing believing he had used up all his time with River.
Looking at THORS now with The Ruby's Curse in mind, I get the instinct (for lack of a word that I cannot remember) that the Manhattan incident Blue Roach read from River's diary was not the Manhattan episode that we saw in series 7.
On that note, I'd also like to bring up the fact that the Doctor grounds River and River grounds the Doctor. As Tree talked about in one of her tags, River's empathy is more cognitive than emotional and after musing on it for a bit – considering that the Doctor can no longer go to Manhattan (which may have changed in later series but I wouldn't know at the moment because I have yet to overcome series 7b) and that River does spend time with her parents in Manhattan post-TATM, would the latest Manhattan incident in River's diary be the funeral for Amy? Amy's death? Perhaps even Anthony's? I mean, we already know Rory died five years earlier than Amy. So, knowing how deep River's love for her mother is, it's not too farfetched to say that River spent that time with them. River was by their bedsides as they drew their last breath.
Then Rory's gone, Amy's gone, Anthony's gone. Where does that leave River? Where is the Doctor? (sulking on a cloud on top of Victorian London? trying to figure out the mystery of his newest companion? all while constantly mentioning a certain Professor Song who actually turns out to be his dearly sort of departed absolutely beloved wife?)
Without her parents (and her husband) to ground her, she goes on this maddened, grieving space Robin Hood spree. She seeks fun to fill in the void and takes up marriage as a hobby/side quest. Does she look for the Doctor? Perhaps. Yes, actually. Considering she crashed her latest sort-of-husband's ship onto a planet where she purported the TARDIS to be.
But... she's stealing the TARDIS. She could have just called the Doctor, yeah? So, she doesn't want the Doctor to know then. Well... yeah, considering she has two sort-of-husbands in hand.
So, River would just have gone on from one space Robin Hood spree to the next had the TARDIS not sort-of-stranded herself on Mendorax Dellora to make sure her Water stopped being stubborn and reconcile(?) with her Thief?
Also taking note of how River has read stories about them and knows that Darillium is purported to be their last night together (I could also bring up the fact that this is why I find it easy to digest the "River meeting regenerations of the Doctor younger than the Tenth Doctor makes sense and doesn't break cannon nor ruin SITL/FOTD" but that would take a whole other post). Does this River believe her time with the Eleventh Doctor has ended? The same way series 7b Eleven believed his time with older versions of River has ended? Is this all part of some grand fuckup in communication all thanks to their tangled timelines?
Maybe. Maybe not.
But has River not just been running from her family's death? Has River been running from her supposed last night with the Doctor?
"But River doesn't run." Oh yes. Yes, she does. She knows when to stand her ground. She knows when to charge. And she knows when to run.
"That's out of character for her." No, it's not. She's not invincible. She's this well trained assassin, yes. But invincible? No.
Invincible from the tendency to be blinded by their emotions? Obviously not.
River lies. And River runs.
She is not afraid of her death. She is afraid of the day when her husband, her Doctor, looks into her eyes and looks right through her. And it shouldn't kill her but it does. It did.
So she ran and ran until her bigger-on-the-inside Mum gently reached out and put her back together with the only person left who could ground her. Who she didn't recognize at first but still fell in love with (and would have loved even if he hadn't been revealed to be her actual, long missing husband). Who finally found out their last night wasn't just any night – it was a twenty-four year long last night. Who finally gave her a breather from all the running she'd been doing.
And oh what a night that was (it was the talk of the universe).

I'm not sure if you've ever talked about Doctor Who, but the episode The Pyramid at the End of the World features a little person named Erica (played by Rachel Denning) working as a scientist at a biochemical research lab, playing a large role in the plot of the episode. The two newest episodes The Legend of Ruby Sunday and Empire of Death also introduce a new character with dwarfism, Morris Gibbons (played by Lenny Rush), a kid genius working as a scientific advisor at UNIT (an organization for extraterrestrial research and defense). I personally really like these characters, and I would love to hear your thoughts on them
Tumblr media
Hello!! I'm behind on Doctor Who, so I've not met the character Erica in depth, but I watched a few clips and quite like her! She seems well-liked by her fellow scientists and respected in her field! It's always great to see a little woman in stem!
Tumblr media
And I quite love Morris Gobbins too! I've watched a lot of interviews with Lenny Rush and I'm so excited to see another young LP rising star! I believe Warwick Davis was his age when he began his movie career, so it's lovely to see the next generation! I really need to watch the latest couple Doctors because the show is only getting more diverse!!

It’s 2:30ish y’all
Alright I’ve listened to the newest episode and good fucking lord.
“My knight in stolen armor.”
Kevin. Mr. Kevin Fibert.
Mx. Harley Takagi Kaner.
You are not allowed to drop this and then rip the rug out from under us and Juno not even a minute later.
I don’t like the Dokana group and I find them deplorable, but the one executive who keeps checking in on Juno and performing the tests has a touch of endearing nerdiness and maybe it’s just cause I’m autistic but I find that interesting.
Honestly the capitalist hellscape that the executives are a metaphor for is terrifyingly close to what could happen in the future.
Hearing Jet’s voice even though it was incredibly brief was probably one of my favorite parts of the episode, especially with it being one of the Ruby’s happy places.
The episode did not end well but I’ve got faith that we won’t get a purely sad ending. Sure, it’ll probably be bittersweet but everyone’s grown too much for them to end up dead by the end of this.

Ruby Sunday's Birth Mom Being a Normal Person is so Important to Me - A Sorta Love Letter to Doctor Who's Newest Finale
I have seen many mixed reactions to the reveal of Ruby Sunday's birth mom. Some have been very positive and some of been very negative. It's a whole spectrum.
And my personal stance is... I am in love with it.
Just as a concept, I love it.
There is something so special about a story that highlights the importance of love and connection for the human race. This story was such a perfect example of that. Ruby's birth mother was important and powerful because Ruby made her important. Time is memory, memory is time. Ruby's memory of her mother made her birth mother the most important woman in the universe. It's a touching perspective on how relationships form and how they appear to others.
For example, to everyone else, my mom could be seen as insignificant. She is just a person. Maybe they'll talk in a grocery line, maybe they'll bump into each other, or maybe they'll never see or talk to her. To them, she is nothing special. But to me, she is the world. She was the woman that supported me throughout my journey with my sexuality. She helped me through every crumbling friendship. She is the one who has sat through even the shittiest of shows and movies because I mentioned that I wanted to check them out. She is everything to me. She is my universe because I made her so.
This is how Ruby's birth mother looks to us. To us, she is a simple person. To most people in the show, she is one person out of a billion. To Ruby (and the Doctor, by extension), she is this grand mystery. This huge power that emerges from the unknown and the longing to understand that unknown.
In a way, I think that the writers of Empire of Death wanted us to be disappointed in the reveal of Ruby's birth mother. They wanted us to have these grand theories because we were doing exactly what Ruby was. We were feeding into the curiosity and giving the idea of this being more power. And then, we find out who she is. And she is nothing to us. But she still means so much to Ruby. And Ruby is the only one who can truly explain why that woman is important, even without the mystery or the power.
We all have a connection like that. Every single one of us. It could be with a parent or a sibling or a friend, but it is there no matter what.
The Doctor Who episode "Empire of Death" is a story about love, family, the power of longing, and unexplainable connection that we can feel with someone.
And I personally find that to be absolutely fantastic.

There's an interesting, telling parallel that I wanted to point out from the most recent episode - a couple of conversations that stood out to me for what they suggest about how far Juno has come.
Way back in Train From Nowhere, trust was a big and repeated theme; Nureyev kept asking for it, Juno kept listing all the reasons why that would be a bad idea, all leading up to a conversation with Valencia:
VALENCIA: It's not going to work between you and Rose you know. JUNO: What makes you think - VALENCIA: Opposite sides of the law. Had you playing right into his hands, giving him the Ruby 7, giving him whatever's on the train that scares you so much. Rose and Engstrom. They're just thieves, Steel. The only difference is that one of them makes you feel all funny inside.
Valencia makes the suggestion that Juno doesn't truly know Nureyev or his real motivations. And while Juno does choose trust, eventually, he also makes the demand that Nureyev turn over the Ruby 7 to the HCPD after all of this is over... just in case she's right. Just in case there's a trick or a trap underneath all of it.
Compare that to the newest episode, to Nureyev trying the exact same thing:
NUREYEV: You think you know me. The nameless thief. You presume, just because I've told you my real name and let you peruse a few carefully-curated passages of my life story, that you have access to a "real" me that nobody else does. Is that right? JUNO: This isn't gonna work, Nureyev. That journal was true. I know it was. NUREYEV: How could you possibly? JUNO: Because I know you.
Nureyev wants Juno to doubt his motives - doubt his honesty. He wants to rile up that untrusting, suspicious side of Juno and make him hesitate; he wants to instill even a moment of uncertainty that might mean Juno will leave him be.
It would have worked on Juno in season one. Even if he didn't believe Nureyev and saw through the ruse, there would be a part of him ringing alarm bells and keeping his distance. But this Juno? Who has chosen, deliberately, to trust? This Juno is resolute. He knows exactly what Nureyev is trying, and why, and he knows Nureyev well enough that he doesn't even pause. Doesn't give the idea so much as a second of consideration.
Worth noting, too, that Nureyev doesn't double down. He doesn't push harder or go back to that argument; he knows Juno, too, and Juno didn't take the bait. Juno so thoroughly didn't take the bait that the entire strategy goes out the window.
Juno loves him, Juno knows him, Juno is not going to be swayed on that. Juno trusts him. He will not be talked out of it.

Ruby 7 spoilers below the cut!!!
(seriously, it's about the newest episode, don't read until you've listened to it, I don't want to be responsible for you getting spoiled but I have to talk about it 😭😭😭😭)
Imagine being the Ruby. Getting lost from your home planet. Traveling thousands and thousands of miles through space on a bit of rock, scared and alone. Just a scared little goop. A little squish.
You land on a planet run by these weird creatures that talk with their horrible meat and bone mouths and have weird technology and societies and you just want to help and be understood and they just think you're really scary.
Over who knows how long, you learn to blend in. You adopt the shape of one of their strange vehicles. But still, you do things no other vehicle can do. People steal you from your homes. People take you to strange places. They make you do dangerous things. You get hurt. You get caught and experimented on.
You spend so long here with people who can't speak your own language that you begin to forget who and what you are. You still have fun, and you get taken on adventures with a human that makes you feel alive again. But every day you watch him killing himself slowly, chasing a high that can never make him happy. You feel love but there's no way he'd ever understand how you feel or what you think of him.
Or that you want him to stop.
And, in a moment of need, your best friend in this terrible strange world sells you to a man that keeps you for years in his dark and dusty garage....
You get stolen again. More adventures. You're used to it. It's fun but you've done it all before.
And then... finally....... You meet someone who can understand you.
He's a human still. But there's something special in him that can speak your language. You start talking to him all the time. You can't stop. You're babbling. You sound crazy. The other humans around you think you're acting strange but really, you're just beginning to act like yourself for the first time in millennia because this is the first time you can.
You spend months around him. Years. You become his family. You love him. You root for his successes and mourn his failures.
And, at the end of all of it, when he's finally home safe again.......
You realize that's what you want too.
Home.
No more being stolen and controlled by others who don't or refuse to understand you. No more living in someone else's home. No more pretending to be something you aren't just to survive.
It's a long trek. Hundreds of thousands of years.
But you have to do it. Talking to someone in your own language for the first time in so, so long reminded you what it was like to be home. Truly home. He can't do it anymore.
You love him. You love your family.
And you will remember them all always.
Farewell, Ruby.
You will be missed 💚

Not really an ask but a mutual complaint. I don't get why because 14 settled down and 15 is "healed" that we're supposed to be OK that they got to find love and happiness easily but 13 didn't.
We’re supposed to be okay with it because no one likes 13. The majority of the fandom either won’t give her a chance because of bad faith criticism or are the ones making it. I had someone tell me before I even started watching her, after I mentioned that if I were to watch Dr who, it’d be her, tell me that I wouldn’t like her because the writing was atrocious(it’s not).
13 can’t even have a relationship with the woman who she said she wants to spend eternity with (or smth of the like in legend of the sea devil), can’t kiss, can’t hold hands, can’t even hug! Yaz and 13 hug a single time unless I’m remembering wrong, which is as likely as it isn’t with how much I’ve watched her era.
But 14 gets to settle down with Donna and her family. He gets to have a tardis and his old bestie from like 1000 years ago, he gets to heal. He gets what everyone and their mom wanted 10 to get. He gets a happy ending.
And 15 gets to mention his trauma in a light tone, he doesn’t have the crushing weight of guilt every other doctor had, no, he’s healed! He gets to go on silly little adventures with his best friend who is actually super mysterious and that’s a totally good thing to hold up like a treat to a fucking mutt. They get to hug! 3 times in one episode. I remember that specifically because every time it happened I felt a pang of annoyance and pettiness.
This isn’t to say I don’t like 15. I really do like him, he’s fun and he’s really the only reason I’d continue watching the newest season. I just- can’t juggle my love and loyalty to 13(srsly I’ve had to stop myself from starting fights multiple times in the last 24 hours) with seeing him get what she never did.
I understand why they brought David tenant back. He is a great ways to get views, the majority of people really love him and I know at least my mom watched she specials especially to see him, my friend started watching Dr who bc they love him. I just wish they would’ve given 13 a happier ending. I wish they would MENTION yaz. Even if not by name. It’d be easy- really it would, have them spend some time in the tardis- have Ruby touch something and 15 be like “no touching- only one human is allowed to fly her” or smth like that (idc if that’s wrong. I don’t. Don’t comment telling me if this is wrong.)
We’re supposed to be fine with 13’s ending be bittersweet, when the doctor after her gets an almost too perfect happy ending, and 15 gets to be healed from his trauma (not how trauma works) because they don’t care. They don’t care about 13, they don’t care about yaz, they don’t care about thasmin fans, they don’t care about fans they got with her, they just don’t care. And that’s- fine. But I won’t watch his series

It's been a busy month in May just keeping up with the programming schedule, which has been getting quite lengthy these days! You can always check out what's coming up in the schedule in our upcoming events article.
We've added The Re-Slayer's Take to our routine coverage, with individual articles for each episode. You can explore the topic area starting with our category for the series. In accordance with our spoiler policy, we update as episodes hit the public feed.
The new Critical Role Abridged also provides us with illustrations for many characters, creatures, and objects! As Encyclopedia Exandria has chosen to use only official art—that is, art that is commissioned by the production—this gives us opportunity to finally have images on many of our articles, like Cyrus Wyvernwind and Green Seekers. On the subject of images, many images from The World Of Critical Role have also been added to the wiki to grace our articles, like Sorrowsworn.
Beacon's launch also gave us arcs for Campaign 3: Bells Hells! This allows us to (finally) organize our episode list into narrative arcs rather than in chunks of 25 episode, and it gives us the ability to organize character articles in this way as well.

something i havent seen many people mention about the newest doctor who season is that we aren't really seeing much of the tardis at all. its very strange! the tardis has historically been a place for down time and character moments, and even whole episodes! the tardis is its own character and its so severely underutelized in this latest season with 15 and ruby.
its probably part of why the season feels like its going by in the blink of an eye too, we dont have any down time or character on character moments like we've seen with so many doctors and companions past, so it doesnt let us see ruby and the doctor in the tardis, talking about their next destination or the outcome of whatever the plot of the episode was. its so strange!!!
then, of course, because the season is only 8 episodes, we probably won't be seeing much of it anyways with the pace we've been going at

SPOILERS FOR THE NEWEST DOCTOR WHO EPISODE ‼️
I was intrigued by this specific particular: in the time window, the tardis is somehow present again in the vhs, except it's in a different spot than earlier. Now, it shouldn't be there, right? So... how did it get there?
To me, there's a possibility that it might recall wild blue yonder... when the tardis groaned and left. The doctor also wondered where it could have gone.
Perhaps there's really a correlation, as it was a warning of some sort... or perhaps Donna did more damage than we thought with that cup of coffee.
Either way, those groans are those of a scared creature. The tardis felt something was wrong.
It's still confusing, and there are, of course, missing pieces, but it's still a place to start from.
I still wonder how Sutekh managed to free himself. We know he has waited for the longest time, and as Harriet said, the doctor had no clue of what was happening (we know he was hella baffled by the sounds the tardis made).
The episode ends with Ruby seeing her mother again in the time window, and we know that a mysterious woman will be fundamental in the next episode in order to stop Sutekh. These connections seem interesting, yet I have no certainties.
Got any theories?

Top five moments what made you go "yeah that boy is not straight" about Bojan? (for science)
Ohh, man that's a very good question
(Also please no one take this seriously, he is straight until proven otherwise, this is just for fun)
On number five we have a classic example of gay panic, aka Bojan pretending to think Jere meant Ruby and then coming back and calling him baby back (he is so me fr)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Then at number four we have-leaving your friends to do an interview without you, while you are getting lunch with your bf. Absolutely smitten 10/10
Tumblr media
At number three we have famous Tavastia gig one. I mean. Com'on. You know he had a realization ™️ here. You can see it clesrly on his face
Tumblr media
At number two is ofc: "Jere what is ljubav?" While looking at him like this. Like my bro, my bestie. This is not how you look at your friends. That is not a tone of voice you say "ljubav" when teaching them new words in your mother tongue(trust me I'm slavic I know). I have heard ljubav be uttered with less adoration at a wedding.
Tumblr media
And at number one we have THIS FUCKING MOMENT. The touching, the eye contact the sheer WONDER on Bojan's face. This is literally the face of someone seeing their soulmate and going "God I love you sm I cannot believe you are real". No, you cannot convince me otherwise
Tumblr media
If you made it this far, thank you for joining us for Rio's newest episode of making everyone queer. Thank you anon for that wonderful question, I loved answering it
