goal i guess is to get back into going outside and not just work, if i can wait another few days tomorrow and thu then friday i can be on 60% of my meds then thatd be good. i feel good driving and on the move, everything is too expensive but i dont know maybe one day i could wake up early and sit somewhere and cry or read or something crying sounds really nice i wish i could cry its very rare i cry and last time it was when i ran out of a fancy work lunch bc group in loud settings also concurrent breakdown and i scared people on accident i was yelling and raging it was really embarrassing honestly like id really love to avoid that i feel bad for some of the randos lol they shouldnt have to be scared of me. and yeah. before that i was on robo and saw my dead friend who once took way too much a fair few times and idk i dont wanna yammer about it, but its around this time it comes up bc he died near my birthday and i wish i played more roblox with him so when i play roblox next he will be with me :)

i miss him sooo bad. i wish i knew what i knew now from abusing otcs i wish i could have helped him you know, i was just 14 and really dumb tho, i didnt understand the craziness of shit he would do on camera like take two grams of stuff u should not take two grams of and i was like oh thats normal lol everyone types all fucked up n blacks out and i translate that shit. but really what he needed was ppl who gave him info and help. i miss him and the story i remember about him the most is with his mother. they had a strained relationship, which idk how to describe but i know how some of it is, if u know then u know, near the end of his life he was smoking weed w his mom and they had a nice moment and im really glad they got to have a nice moment to chat and connect as people. i was too scared to talk further to his family, and i hate the few people who did make contact i dont know its just bad stuff and memories but he was the good part and i miss him so much.

and i feel like it wasnt in retrospect creepy when he thought of me like family unlike other ppl he was just a cool dude and i miss him so bad. today he would be 21 or 22 maybe 23 i dunno i think 22 or 22 this year one of those. i remember what his room looked like vaguely i have some of it saved because i love rooms i love peoples rooms ive always loved rooms. best holes involved rooms and i can say ive been in the backrooms ugh ok nows not the time to think about that lol but i remember his dads basement, his room in his mothers house, vaguely what the kitchen looked like and im glad i do. i miss him very much and i lost all our messages since i always get paranoid and delete accounts or feel the need to get away. its weird. i love rooms so much, when i was 12 i made a server dedicated to making a hotel complex, theres two accounts just owned by dead people and theyre kind of the only people left besides one person because same thing i needed to get away or i got paranoid but i dont want them to leave.

I've reached a point where I am two eps behind on Burrow's End and it's starting to feel like the point of no return. If I'm not faced with deadline pressure to watch something, I am well and truly fucked. All because I forgot what week the first ep was airing :( and I'd been so hyped :((

like...the thing is that i realize is that i don't even want to be DEAD. i want to be alive SO BAD but i want things to be DIFFERENT.

but things are never going to be different in the way i want them to. things are just going to be WORSE.

and that KILLS me inside so like the only possible alternative i can think of is to be dead.

like I want dinah back. i want my dad's health back. i want to go back to when things were simpler. i want to be younger again.

but those are all things i can NEVER HAVE. things will never be like that again.

i want to have energy. i want to be able to have a little garden i have the energy and motivation to maintain. i want to be able to drive places and go for walks and have friends i can see IN PERSON and we all hang out and i have a nice and vibrant life. i want to be able to make a living off my art and have the energy and motivation to do art regularly so that that can happen.

but i'm 32. and i'm so tired. all the time. and no medicine has ever helped me. i have so little motivation or ability to keep up with things. i have driving anxiety that doesn't seem to be going away and even if it did, i'm so tired all the time it isn't always safe to drive. i don't have friends that i can see in person and i am so socially awkward its impossible to MAKE friends. i have nowhere to meet new friends. my art isn't really good enough to make a living off of and being able to do that would require a ton of luck tha ti just don't have, iether. and again, i'm so low energy and low motivation i just dont have it in me to be able to keep up a regular art schedule to make this a reality.

i want things to be different so badly but nothing i want will ever come to fruition and there's nothing i can do about it. i try so hard every day to become better and i am a lot better thani was years ago! but ti's not ENOUGH and i dont think it'll EVER be enough. i think i'm just always gonna be like this. and i don't know if i want to live like this forever.

tbh i feel like the character would be the most wary around her would probably be raj bc he doesn't have good memories from his foster homes (i mean he literally got kicked out of his last one bc of his "dangerous" mutation (not dangerous but his foster parents got hurt bc he was scared and they were literally restraining him and trying to cut off his hair so honestly fuck them)) but i think him and dani could bond over hair braiding. something cool is that both indigenous people and sikh people have the cultural norm of "doesn't cut their hair" so i think they could compare notes on how annoying it is to brush out lmfao

i think she'd ask about his superhero name and he'd immediately start talking about the differences between tenrecs, enchidnas, porcupines and hedgehogs which would somehow devolve into him talking about the sonic lore and he'd be so happy that someone actually didn't mind listening to him ramble that he would attach to her like a baby koala.

i geniunely think that it should've been dani that the outliers went to rather than rogue. like, she can understand at least 3/4 of them. dani is the OG horse girl so she and calico would hit it off. deathdream's powers are basically a mix of dani's valkyrie death sense + her fear powers so i feel like those two would understand each other really well and dani could give him some advice and help him with his powers (and because she's confronted death multiple times, she wouldn't be as wary/nervous around him). she could understand ransom being used to sleeping rough because she literally ran away to live in the mountains at his age, too. and i mean skitter she doesn't have any direct connections but i think dani is just generally a Good Adult and would connect with her pretty quick too.

I think the biggest culture shock I experienced in Finland so far is around friendships, as well as the area where I learned a lot of valuable things about myself. I might not be entirely right about this as I've only been here for a short time, but those are my main take-aways:

Trying to build real friendships takes time, much longer than in my home country. It is relatively easy to get in contact with Germans in my experience, especially if you live in a bigger city and speak the language, ESPECIALLY if you are a student and just starting out in a new phase of your life. You will naturally hang out frequently if you match well and spend a lot of time together. It might take a few meetings before people will invite u to their home, but generally there's not much distance as soon as the ice is broken.

Here I feel like people are much slower and more reluctant to open up. But that doesn't equal rejection, it's simply a slower process and you will still be able to tell the difference between being rejected and being on the path of friendship. In Germany, it's usually a lot more fast paced and there is a small window you have to catch to get into tight friendgroups. If you miss it, no chance of ever going back, vibe gone chance gone. Also people who might have found you interesting could lose interest if you wait for too long (meaning usually a month or so) to get back to them.

I actually realized that this way of socializing stresses me tf out. I much prefer a more laid back approach where you can get to know each other without time limitations (of course prerequisite is that you have the time). It is a much more sustainable, thoughtful and respectful approach to someone elses time. You're not treated as disposable, but rather as a person someone actively chooses to get to know.

Likewise, if people feel like they either do not vibe with you or if they already have a very busy social life or life in general, they will let you know and don't pretend to have time or like you. This was quite a new thing to me and felt a bit cold, but I actually really appreciate it now, as it's saving you from stressful, draining interpersonal connections. It also made me respect some people immensely, because they know their own self worth and boundaries quite well.

It made me reflect upon my tendency to be a people pleaser, and the strong yearning I have to treat my own relationships the same way as I've experienced it here. I've grown so tired of superficial connections that are placeholders for true, fulfilling friendships. I used to think being lonely was the worst thing in the world. It kind of is still awful, but what's worse is being surrounded by a bunch of people you don't really click with or can rely on, which leaves you lonely as well. I do think letting go of this is something that will slowly seep over into my own life, as it is so freeing.

I also intend on staying, or rather coming back when I've finished up all my business back in Germany (I am not really rooted to the city I live in). People who I've told about this recent development were very worried if I would be able to be happy in a country that is (generally) much more reserved when it comes to social interaction, as I need social interaction regularly. I don't really think it's that big of an issue, as I think I can balance out people's passive approach with my more active one in the beginning. I have a high social battery, so I'm fine with interacting with a few more people, before people get truly comfortable to hang out on the regular. Yet I also prefer quality interactions over a bunch of small talk meetups I don't care about. I also still have my core friends who I talk to regularly on the phone, and this has been a tradition for years already before I came here.

What I am immensely struggling with right now is trying to make sense of all the connections I made in the past 10 years. This is the 6th city I lived in the last decade, and the 8th move. All my relationships feel so spread out and scattered. I am holding on to some solely because those people were there when I moved somewhere new and I didn't have anyone else. Like back in school, when I was friends with people because they were the only ones there. It's all a bit confusing and painful right now, as my values and perspectives are changing. I think there are a lot of people moving from the friends to acquaintance category right now. I'm completely redefining friendships for me at the moment.

DECEMBER IS OVER!!! New Year, What's Next?

Well chat, with literally three minutes to spare we finished out DCA December IN December, and then of course you got a little bonus thingy as well hehe :)

So! Having said that, wanted to take a moment to talk about some plans, what to expect to see from me next, and so on

Okay! Now to get into it, below the cut just so people dont have to scorll through my rambling plans & such (there is a POLL however that even if you skip my nonsense you should vote in pretty please ^-^)

So, despite some shortcomings with me getting a bit behind (curse you sinus infection & finals week) I'm really happy with how this went!

I'll be taking a break for a bit and def will NOT be posting as much as I did near the end there, BUT I'll still be writing per usual, especially since I have two weeks left to my break. Before I get into what you can expect to see, wanted to do a quick interest check on whether people would like me to do something similar for Valentine's!

Since I'll be back at college again I won't be able to do a full month again, buuuut, I should be able to handle 14 days worth, if the interest is there I would open up requests probably the last week of January so I had time to get started/ahead. So,

Rules would be the same as for DCA December, except with a Valentine's Theme!

Now that that's taken care of, here's what'll be going on with me as we start 2025!

I'm working on Holiday Spirit ch. 2, should be posting either today or tomorrow! Still aiming to get it done before I go back to school so expect quicker updates now that requests are finished :) (you can find out more about this story here)

Confused Spirit ch. 36 is also in the works! I'll be honest in that my sinus infection JUST cleared up a week or so ago, and additionally i've been facing a bit of writer's block with the story just bc of where we're at and I want to make sure it's really good/properly expresses what I'm going for with this fic, but I'm working on getting more out to you all soon, as well as working on getting ahead again while I have time, thank you all for your paitence with this one, it's very appreciated <3 (if you don't know about Confused Spirit, you can find out more here, it's my current main dca project :D)

DCA December will be reviewed for spelling and grammar mistakes and be uploaded to ao3 throughout January, if you'd like to read anything again (or you're wanting to get caught up and have a better reading experience) you can see the masterpost here, which will have the ao3 link once I get started on editing

I really want to improve on my art! You were doing it again. Prodding at the dips of your stretch marks morosely. And quite frankly it was pissing him off. He knew that look from ten miles away. Having enough of glaring daggers your way because you stubbornly kept your current mindset-one insecurity after the other-he resorted to picking you up, princess style.

"Kats!" you gasp, your rambling about how heavy you were going in one ear and out the other as he carried you straight to the bedroom with one thing on his mind; dealing with your insecurities the best way he knows how, by fucking them out of you.

"I'm a Pro, sweetheart. Carrying ten of ya is an everyday thing for me, so nice try, dumbass." he throws you onto the comforters, making you squeal in surprise.

You huff and squint at him as you sit upright, glaring your cute little glare as he readies the mirror. "What are you doing?" you finally ask, offended he brought you into its reflection to the point of near tears. "I'm huge," you start as he makes the strides towards you, "I'm ugly, I don't wanna see m'smff--" cutting you off by firmly planting his palm under your chin and squishing your pretty cheeks. Your pretty hues go wide, your pupils dilating at his stern look, a flush painting your features.

"Now, c'mere." he coos, beckoning you over when you've removed the last article of clothing, and you disobediently stay where you are. "Don't make Daddy say it twice, toots." he warns you, making your breath hitch as you squirm in place.

Katsuki is a patient man for his spouse. After several moments you eventually begin to cave, and you inch towards him. He pats his lap, watching you fiddle with your fingers apprehensively. "What did I say?" a growl escapes him, and you begin to stutter, your beautiful face much more lurid in hue; of embarrassment, shame, and arousal.

"Y-Yes, Daddy..." a meek affirmation escapes you as you turn around and hesitantly take your seat, gasping as he all but grabs them plump, pretty hips, and pulls them down onto his lap.

He purrs in satisfaction, his large hands engulfing your plush thighs. "There we go. Atta sweetheart." he praises, groping and massaging them.
