Using tumblr is like living in a low class apartment building. You just get used to the landlord not fixing things, and then someone new moves in and you’re helpfully like “oh yeah don’t drink the tap water, it’s got stuff in it that makes you sick” and then your neighbor you’ve had forever goes “oh they took the stuff out actually” and you’re like “what? when was this?”

Hey! I'm Winnie! I recently got into Re8 a couple months ago and it got me interested in playing Re7.

Re7 was my first horror game and it became my most favorite game ever!!! I made this account to post what I do but to also interact with the community and hopefully make some friends who also like Re7+Re8 and making art! I'm still relatively new to Resident Evil, so I'm still catching up on all the games, but I've played Rose's dlc and all of the Re7 dlcs! I also have a stack of a bunch of other art to post! those will be coming sometime soon

He was seconds away, mere seconds from tearing James to bloody pieces, but the moment the sounds of barking and howling canines filled the air, Alastor froze stiff as a deer caught in a hunter’s sights. And then— the bullet, several guns had been fired but one struck the mark, burying itself deep in the demon’s already open wound. The air shook with the wild shriek of an elk, and screeching radio interference, before he rapidly shrunk back to his usual form, stumbling back with a hand to his chest.

His ears were flat against his head, but there was no more anger in his gaze now. Instead, there was a clear panic held in his crimson eyes. He was caught in the grip of some horrendous flashback, some lingering trauma he’d normally kept buried deep beneath the surface. One last look at James, their eyes meeting for only a moment, before he sharply turned and fled the room, a flash of white briefly revealed beneath his coat, his tail held high just the same as a fleeing whitetail deer.

He hadn’t even bothered to try to use the shadows in his escape, his mind was too frazzled and panicked. Instead, he’d simply taken his chance to run, careening briefly into a wall before he was gone, dragging himself down the hall and disappearing into his own bedroom. And he wouldn’t be leaving his room anytime soon now, hiding away to nurse his wound. James had won this round.. but his victory wouldn’t last once Alastor had recovered himself, that was for certain.

The poodle demon watched the radio demon's sudden shift in demeanor after the barrage of the shadowy crew , causing Alastor to turn tail and run instead.

"On his heels men!" snapped the captain , sicking the pack of ebony shadow dogs after the deer with his frightened little deer tail until he was completely out of the room.

Only then did the shadows disperse and the strong visage of the stoic admiral dropped. Sore, he headed right for the bar!

Alastor hummed softly to himself, his hands busy with something still hidden from view. It was a moment of serenity, a private moment in his room with his back to the door, and yet..

“Is there something you needed from me? I was having a private moment.” His hands hadn’t stopped moving, still tending to whatever it was, and he hadn’t turned to face whoever stood in the doorway, but he knew he wasn’t alone anymore.
