CANADA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS
CANADA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS
Provincial Nominee Programs permits the provinces and territories of Canada to nominate skilled professional workers who want to immigrate, eventually settle down in Canada and contribute effectively to the local economy in a fruitful manner. Canadian provinces and territories who wish to participate in this exercise, sign an agreement with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This pact lets the provinces select applicants based on their respective requirements.
Canada’s PNP Programs essentially accommodates prospective immigrant filing a petition through a specific province or territory in Canada and the related province has the legitimate right to nominate individuals via the Canadian Provincial Nomination Program. Québec is an exception to these programs as the province has its own pre-defined cluster of selection criteria.
The continued influence from The Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) had made possible for many provinces and territories to settle down into a treaty with respect to skilled immigration agreements involving the particular requirement of recruiters and capital investment necessities for each geographical region. Hence a number of provinces in the nation have acquired their own specific business immigration schemes that are focused to motivate trained manpower to settle in these provinces.
Each and every province or territory of Canada has its own exclusive Provincial Nomination Programs, suitably molded to positively cater to the specific requirement of the province or territory, to draw business individuals, investors, and/or qualified manpower. The aspirant will require zeroing in on the specific Canadian province that he/she wishes to move to, through the provincial nominee schemes (as mentioned below):
Alberta Provincial Nominee Program
British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program
Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program
New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program
Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program
Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program
Northwest Territories Provincial Nominee Program
Nunavut Provincial Nominee Program
Ontario Provincial Nominee Program
Prince Edward Island (PEI) Provincial Nominee Program
Quebec Provincial Nominee Program
Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program
Yukon Provincial Nominee Program
In one’s own right, as a potential aspirant to the Maple Leaf Country you would be given a nomination from the administration of appropriate provinces, which is though subject to an obtainable employment offer from a provincial recruiter/job-provider. To be eligible to shift to the nation as a provincial nominee, you must present an application to the involved province or territory wherein you hope to stay, through its nomination course. For receiving a PR state of any explicit Canadian Province, you need to get an appraisal for your profile by the provincial visa and immigration authorities.
If you have a confirmed job offer from a provincial employer, Rise Consultancy Edu would lead your application through rest of the processes such as filing for various approvals from Human Resource Canada and provincial government and making certain that you follow provincial nomination procedures applicable through the skilled migration scheme. It will be succeeded by due preparation, and submitting your petition under the applicable federal submission procedure meant for the provincial nominee candidates.
Rise Consultancy Edu and its certified authorized representatives, have several years of relevant experience in supervising and safeguarding the needs of the prospective provincial general skilled immigrants, and also the provincial investor and business class applicants.
With a view to submitting anapplication, through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), the candidates should, among others:
Havereceived a nomination from a specific Canadian province or territory, and afterwards submit a submission to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), to obtain the nation’s cherished Permanent Resident Canada position.
Each and every concerned province & territory has its own particular nomination guidelines, and it could amend these without any prior notice. Given this, it is vital that the aspirants check province’s& territory’s websites for the latest updates.
How to Apply Canada PNP
Once the above criterions are met, you are required to present a submission to the CIC for PR, as soon as a province or territory acknowledges your profile.
Follow these major steps to submit your submission for provincial nomination under the Express entry pool.
File your application into the express entry pool.
File your application with the qualifying province.
Wait for confirmation for intent to nominate from the province.
File the application/provide required documents to the provincial agency.
Received provincial nomination
Update the information related to nomination the pool application.
Wait for invite.
File on-line permanent residence application with CIC, along with all documents and required fee.
Wait for file transfer to nearest visa post and complete rest of the formalities including medical and visa issuance.
What are the key benefits of applying to a Canada PNP program?
Provincial Nomination speeds the application processing for your Canada PR will be processed quickly.
There is no Job Offer requirement for the PNP Canada which is another beneficial factor to consider
The candidate can enjoy the No-hassle pool selections
After receiving the PNP Nomination candidates are authorized to live and work in Canada for as long as they want.
The applicant can sponsor relatives for a temporary and permanent stay after the Permanent Residency.
Canadian permanent residents have the access to travel throughout the country without any restrictions
Canadian citizenship can be easily attained once they live in Canada for the necessary amount of time.
Express Entry Vs PNP Canada- Which is best to apply Canada PR?
Express Entry is the most common pathway that all the aspiring candidates choose for their Canada PR. If a candidate could not meet the score in accordance with the latest draw then he/she has another opportunity to receive Permanent residency through Canada PNP program. It is the most convenient way for the immigration as there is no points regulations and no additional requirements.
Which PNP require lowest IELTS score?
Saskatchewan and Manitoba are the provinces which has no strict regulations for Language Proficiency wherein they accept the applications with the minimum CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) 4.
The PNP professionals of Rise Consultancy Edu would advocate which plan would be best for our customers, as per their specific case studies, thus bringing the finest option before them. The CIC clearly describes which immigration specialist can represent a petition on the behalf of their customers to the body. The CIC calls them sanctioned agents, even as the Regulated Canadian Immigration agents who happen to be members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council are among them. In case you are signing-up an immigration advisor who charges money for his professional services to be on the safer side, make certain that he is a certified agent to represent your case with the CIC & other government bureaus of the nation.

Express Entry vs PNP: Which one should I apply to?
Express entry & Canadian provincial nominees represent the 2nd largest channels for new arrivals every year into Canada, among the many other programs run by immigration refugees citizenship Canada.
That means that up to 220,770 newcomers will arrive in Canada via these two channels in 2024 out of a total of 485,000 immigrants into the country.
However, for people who want to migrate to Canada, they may ask themselves: should I file my profile under Express Entry or Base PNP? It is worth noting that both routes have their own merits. In this section we shall look at how you can make your choice between basic and enhanced PNPs.
Tumblr media
What is Express Entry?
Canada’s major immigration routes include the Express Entry application management system.
For instance, in 2024, Express Entry will be the largest single way for immigrants into Canada. These programmes are intended to bring in about 110,700 permanent residents to the country.
Each of these three programs has at least one individual requirement which must be met before a person can provide a profile for inclusion in the pool of potential candidates for Express Entry. In case someone’s eligibility is verified and they submit their profiles under any of the available programs through Express entry, then such individuals become official Express Entry candidates who possess a profile in the pool.
When you submit your profile to Category based express entry Pool, all candidates have been assigned Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores based on human capital factors like work experience and other characteristics.
Now, applicants should wait for a Canada Express Entry draw (either a general draw or a program specific one) that has the minimum CRS score corresponding to their CRS score in order to receive an initiation- apply (ITA)- application. After submitting successfully, an Express entry Alberta profile will be valid for twelve months with the candidate having the option of  z express & re-submitting it after expiry.
On receipt of an ITA, candidates become applicants and present their PR application within sixty days from the day they were invited by the government to apply. Upon approval of this application, immigrants are given permanent residence and can live in Canada. More details about Express Entry can be found on our dedicated webpage.
This is possible through special Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) streams known as enhanced streams. These are different from standalone or Base PNP streams (more on Base PNP streams…).
Enhanced streams nominate individuals to submit an enhanced PNP application to the province or territory through invitation from the Federal Express Entry pool or from the provincial/territorial pool of eligible candidates. Those who receive provincial nominations obtain an additional 600 CRS points, which boost their chances of obtaining ITA from the Federal Government. Find our dedicated webpage here to help you understand more about enhanced PNP streams.
What are Base Provincial Nominee Programs (Base PNPs)?
Base PNPs are not Express Entry-aligned streams that are handled by a given province or territory. Such streams need separate applications and have different eligibility criteria (more on this later).
Provinces and territories can nominate eligible individuals under Base Provincial Nominee Programs (or simply Base PNPs) as one way of responding more directly to local demographic and labour market needs.
Each Canadian province and territory (except Nunavut which is also self-governing but does not have its own specialised immigration programs, and Quebec) has its own PNP. The eligibility depends on the particular program one applies for,
Lack of access to reading and writing put blind people at a serious disadvantage in nineteenth-century society. Text was one of the primary methods through which people engaged with culture, communicated with others, and accessed information; without a well-developed reading system that did not rely on sight, blind people were excluded from social participation (Weygand, 2009). While disabled people in general suffered from discrimination, blindness was widely viewed as the worst disability, and it was commonly believed that blind people were incapable of pursuing a profession or improving themselves through culture (Weygand, 2009). This demonstrates the importance of reading and writing to social status at the time: without access to text, it was considered impossible to fully participate in society. Blind people were excluded from the sighted world, but also entirely dependent on sighted people for information and education.

6 Routes for IT Professionals to Attain Canada PR
Tumblr media
Are you an IT professional dreaming of making Canada your permanent home? Canada offers various pathways for skilled workers like you to obtain  Canada PR. With its robust economy and vibrant tech industry, Canada welcomes skilled IT professionals from around the globe. Here are six straightforward routes you can consider to make your PR dreams a reality.
Express Entry System: The Express Entry system is the most popular pathway for skilled workers, including IT professionals, to immigrate to Canada. It manages applications for three federal economic immigration programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program, and the Canadian Experience Class. To apply, you need to create an online profile, score points based on factors like education, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability, and enter the Express Entry pool. Candidates with the highest scores receive invitations to apply for PR through regular draws conducted by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs): Many Canadian provinces and territories have their own immigration programs, known as Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). These programs allow provinces to nominate individuals with skills and experience targeted by their local labor markets for PR. Several provinces, such as Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, have specific streams or categories tailored for IT professionals. By securing a provincial nomination, you receive additional points in the Express Entry system, significantly enhancing your chances of obtaining PR.
Global Talent Stream: The Global Talent Stream (GTS) is a fast-track work permit program designed to attract skilled workers to Canada's tech sector. If you secure a job offer from a Canadian employer through the GTS, you may be eligible for expedited processing of both your work permit and PR application. This stream is particularly advantageous for IT professionals with specialized skills and experience sought by Canadian tech companies.
Atlantic Immigration Pilot: The Atlantic Immigration Pilot (AIP) is a collaboration between the Canadian government and the Atlantic provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. Under this pilot program, designated employers in the Atlantic region can hire foreign workers, including IT professionals, to fill skill shortages. If you receive a job offer from a designated employer, you can apply for PR through the AIP stream, provided you meet the program's eligibility criteria.
Startup Visa Program: If you're an IT entrepreneur looking to launch a startup in Canada, the Startup Visa Program could be your pathway to PR. This program aims to attract innovative entrepreneurs with the potential to build dynamic businesses in Canada. To qualify, you need to secure a commitment from a designated Canadian venture capital fund, angel investor group, or business incubator, demonstrating your business idea's viability. If your application is successful, you and your family members can obtain PR and embark on your entrepreneurial journey in Canada.
Canadian Experience Class (CEC): If you've gained skilled work experience in Canada, particularly in the IT sector, the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) could be your ticket to PR. This program is specifically for individuals with at least one year of full-time skilled work experience in Canada. By leveraging your Canadian work experience, language proficiency, and other factors, you can apply for PR under the CEC stream. This pathway is particularly appealing for temporary foreign workers and international students who have already integrated into Canadian society and the labor market.
In conclusion, Canada offers multiple pathways for IT professionals to obtain permanent residency, reflecting the country's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the tech industry. Whether you qualify for the Express Entry system, provincial nominee programs, specialized streams like the Global Talent Stream, or targeted initiatives such as the Startup Visa Program, there's a pathway tailored to your skills and aspirations. By exploring these options and taking proactive steps towards your  Canada PR  goals, you can pave the way for a rewarding and fulfilling career in Canada's thriving IT sector.

Canada, with its breathtaking landscapes, friendly communities, and high quality of life, is a dream destination for many looking to start a new chapter in their lives. If you're considering making the move, you'll be happy to know that Canada offers several straightforward Canada Immigration Programs. Let's dive into the details of some of the easiest pathways to make your Canadian dream a reality.

The Express Entry system is like the VIP lane for immigration to Canada. It's quick, efficient, and points-based. You'll need to create an online profile and fill in your education, work experience, language proficiency, and other details. Based on this information, you'll be given a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. Regular draws are conducted, and if your score is high enough, you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence.
Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs):
Canada has ten provinces and three territories, each with its unique needs and opportunities. Many of them have their own immigration programs called Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). These programs allow provinces and territories to nominate individuals who can contribute to their local economies. If you have skills or work experience that align with a specific province's needs, you may be able to secure a nomination and boost your chances of obtaining permanent residence.
Atlantic Immigration Pilot:
For those interested in living in the beautiful Atlantic provinces - Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador - the Atlantic Immigration Pilot could be your ticket. This program is designed to attract skilled workers, graduates, and immigrants with job offers in the Atlantic region. To apply, you'll need a job offer from an employer in one of these provinces.
Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot:
If the hustle and bustle of city life aren't your cup of tea, consider the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot. This program aims to distribute the benefits of immigration to smaller communities in Canada. Participating communities, such as Sault Ste. Marie in Ontario or Claresholm in Alberta, can nominate candidates for permanent residence if they have a job offer and meet the program requirements.
Family Sponsorship:
For those lucky enough to have close family members in Canada, the Family Sponsorship program provides a heartwarming option. Canadian citizens or permanent residents can sponsor their spouses, parents, grandparents, dependent children, or other eligible relatives for immigration. This pathway emphasizes the importance of family reunification, making it a popular choice for many.
Conclusion:
The waters of Canada Immigration Programs may seem daunting, but with the right information, it can be a smooth and straightforward process. Top Canada Immigration Options in 2023
Even as thousands of hopeful immigrants wait for the next Canada Express Entry Draw, the country hopes to welcome 465,000 new Canada PR Visa holders in 2023. This is done in order to solve the severe shortage of skills in the job market.
The conclusion is that right now is the ideal time to start your Canadian immigration procedure. The best relocation alternatives for 2023 are briefly listed here:
Express Entry System
The Express Entry System will continue to be the major immigration route to Canada in 2023. This is the main application management system for three economic immigration programs:
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Canadian Experience Class
Federal Skilled Trades Program
In 2023, Canada intends to accept about 83,000 immigrants under the Federal High Skilled category. According to the revised Plan for Immigration Levels, the target for 2024 is 109,000, and for 2025, it is 114,000.
Under the Express Entry System, 16 new vocations are now eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. This is after the National Occupational Classification for 2021, the most recent NOC, was put into effect.
The Express Entry System currently recognizes a number of new professions as qualified. These range from teachers' assistants to truck drivers, and from nurses to payroll administrators. The debut of Express Entry's targeted drawings will take place in 2023 as well.
The Canadian Parliament adopted the legislative foundation for holding such drawings in 2022. The goal is to make it possible to address certain economic labor shortages.
Provincial Nominee Program
The combined Provincial Nominee Programs, or PNPs, are the only economic immigration route that will exceed Express Entry in 2023. The PNPs are expected to admit more than 105,000 new Canadians on PR visas in 2023.
Through these PNPs, Canada will get thousands of immigration allocations in 2023. These comprise the westernmost, in British Columbia, prairie provinces of Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. It also comprises the four Atlantic Provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador.
The Express Entry System is also connected to several PNP streams. It means that there is a specific stream for each PNP in the Federal Government's selection process. The targeted occupation lists and classifications need to be verified because the federal and provincial priorities might change.
Programs in Pilot Employer-Driven
Canada also manages a number of employer-driven pilot projects. These specifically target regions or sectors of the economy where there is a severe labor shortage.
At the heart of such initiatives is the Atlantic Immigration program. AIP began as an experimental initiative but has now been declared permanent. In 2023, 8,500 spots in the program will be reserved for graduates and qualified professionals from other countries. It encompasses the four provinces of Atlantic Canada: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Prince Edward Island.
Another 8,500 fresh PR Visa holders are to be accepted under 3 more categories:
The Agri-Food Pilot
The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot
The Economic Mobility Pathways Project
Since the aforementioned programs are employer-driven, applications cannot be made directly for any of them. An employer first determines a need, after which they choose an immigrant to meet it. The immigrant is then brought to Canada through any of the aforementioned programs.
Additionally, a 2023 completion date has been set for the new Municipal Nominee Program. As its name suggests, the MNP will oversee the greater localization of the immigration selection process. It will make it easier for various communities to react to the various demands of the job market.
Start-Up Visa Initiative
Canada intends to welcome 3,500 new immigrants under its business immigration programs in 2023. By 2025, there will be an increase of 6,000 people. The Start-up Visa Program will accept a sizable proportion of them.
Those applying must get the support of an angel investor group, venture capital fund, or business incubator in order to be considered. They must also be able to speak the language and have the money to relocate.
Candidates initially immigrate to Canada on a Work Permit while starting a firm, then meet the requirements for PR status. They must be actively involved in the management of the Canadian firm to be eligible.
Programs for self-employment
The Federal Government's Self-Employed Class Program seeks applicants with relevant self-employment experience. Additionally, they must be able to and want to create their own job and make a major contribution to Canada's sporting, artistic, or cultural life.
The Quebec Self-Employed Class Program seeks applicants who can establish their own employment through professional or commercial endeavors. Also, Read About the Canada CRS Calculator to check your eligibility to move to Canada.

In The Most Recent Draw, The Express Entry CRS Score Dropped To 496.
The CRS has not dropped below 500 in an all-program draw since December 2020.
On October 26, Canada held its most recent all-program Express Entry draw.
This is the ninth draw since all program draws were resumed on July 6.
Invitations were sent to 4,750 candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 496. Candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and the Canadian Experience Class may receive invitations to apply (CEC). These programs all utilize the Express Entry architecture.

Beginning in December 2020, all Express Entry program draws were suspended for a period of more than 18 months. Throughout the hiatus, invitations to apply were only sent to those who qualified for the CEC or the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) (ITAs). The draws had to be postponed due to a surplus of applications brought on by restrictions on travel caused by the coronavirus. In September 2021, the IRCC also stopped holding lotteries for the CEC.

Express Entry Latest Draw:
The CRS has never dropped below 500 since drawings resumed before this draw. The previous time the score fell to this low was on December 23, 2020, when it was 468. After that draw, all-program Express Entry draws were suspended to avoid adding to the backlog of applications for Canada permanent residence.
It is clear from the eight previous drawings that IRCC can issue more ITAs by lowering the CRS score because the number of candidates rose while the number of applicants continuously decreased.

Immigration Levels Plan 2023-2025 is scheduled to be implemented soon.
The Immigration and Refugee Council of Canada (IRCC) releases a new plan year each year that details the goal number of immigrants that Canada wishes to receive over the following three years. The statistics are further divided into categories of immigrants and programs that are linked. By 2022, the Immigration Levels Plan sought to add 55,900 new permanent residents to Canada through Express Entry Canada. Up until now, Canada has accepted slightly more than 28,000 new Canadian permanent residents through its Express Entry programs between January and August 31. Another Immigration Levels Plan is anticipated to be delivered by November 1 of this year.
What is Canada Express Entry?
The Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program, and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) all use Express Entry Canada as their candidate for the board structure. The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is currently eligible for anything akin to one of these schemes in the Express Entry pool.
The profiles of candidates are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), a point-based system used by Canada Express Entry. The Invitation to Apply (ITA) is extended to the candidates who scored the highest; following that, they may submit an application for permanent residence in Canada.

Once the applicant submits the application, an IRCC representative reviews it and determines whether to sponsor the applicant. If this is successful, the applicant will then be a permanent resident of Canada and will have taken a step toward attaining Canadian citizenship.
Statistics Canada recently released the “Immigration Selection Factors and the Earnings of Principal Applicants” study, an update of the 2015 investigation that had a substantial influence on the creation of the Comprehensive Ranking System.

The study examined the variables that had the greatest short-, medium, and long-term impacts on the incomes of newly arrived permanent residents of Canada. It was shown that education, prior work experience, and language ability continued to be important determining variables. The most significant influence on a person’s attitude toward their financial status was found to be employment experience prior to landing, particularly that acquired in Canada.
It is anticipated that the upcoming Express Entry Draw would take place on November 9, 2022.

The Global Livability Index 2022 placed three Canadian cities in the top ten.
Canada Immigration,Canada is the only country with three top-ten cities.
According to the Global Livability Index 2022, three Canadian cities are among the top ten most livable in the world.
Calgary, Alberta, tied for third place this year with Zurich. It outperformed Zurich in terms of education and infrastructure but fell short in terms of culture and environment. Overall, Vienna took first place, with Copenhagen coming in second.
Vancouver was ranked fifth, while Toronto, Canada's largest and most populous city, was ranked eighth. This represents an improvement over 2021 when COVID-19 pandemic restrictions caused these cities to fall in the rankings. Toronto was ranked twenty-first in 2021. Damascus, Tripoli, and Lagos ranked last this year due to dangerous living conditions and a high terrorism threat.

The Economic Intelligence Unit is in charge of the research (EIU). For over 70 years, the EIU has been analyzing and monitoring the impact of global development on populations and cities. Every year, they publish a report that ranks the livability of cities around the world based on a variety of factors including stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. The 2022 report included 172 cities, a 33-city increase over the 2021 report.
This year's overall scores for all cities were higher, indicating that global livability has improved in some areas. As more people are immunized against COVID-19, scores in culture and environment have improved dramatically since 2021, approaching pre-pandemic levels. There were also higher healthcare scores as the pandemic's impact on global medical systems began to ease. However, average stability scores have decreased.
Canada is regarded as safe and stable.
Canada was the only country with three cities in the top ten, indicating that Canadians have a high standard of living. As a result, Canada is frequently regarded as a desirable destination for immigrants.

Immigrate to Canada through Express Entry
Express Entry
The Express Entry application management system is the most well-known immigration pathway to permanent residence.
The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) are Express Entry programs in which qualified applicants have relegated a score and positioned against each other utilizing the Comprehensive Ranking System.
The first step for a candidate is to determine whether or not they are eligible for one of these programs. Eligible candidates can then register with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to obtain their CRS score.

Work experience, language skills, education, and other human capital factors all contribute to a CRS score. The higher a candidate's CRS, the more likely he or she will receive an invitation to apply (ITA) from IRCC.
Programs for Provincial Nominees
Skilled immigrants may also apply to a province directly through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Except for Quebec and Nunavut, all Canadian provinces have PNPs that work in tandem with IRCC. These programs enable provincial governments to choose candidates who they believe will fit in well in the province.

Quebec
Quebec chooses immigrants based on its own criteria and procedures. If Quebec chooses you for immigration, you and your accompanying family will receive a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ). Those who have received a CSQ may apply to IRCC for permanent residence.
