Shigaraki, Overhaul and Dabi
with a Pregnant Partner
Shigaraki x GN! pregnant reader; Overhaul x GN! Pregnant reader, Dabi x GN! pregnant reader
Warnings: reader being reckless, fluff, reader is a villain in Shigaraki and Dabi’s part (is that a warning? Idk)
AN: just me being me again 😌💅 living out my hopes and dreams with soft villains
Shigaraki
Shigaraki was a busy man. He was always looking for ways to further his league of villains all while destroying All Might and his stupid protégé, Izuku Midoriya. However, his biggest challenge currently wasn’t his determination to end hero society or even to create a larger foundation for the league but instead, it was keeping his very pregnant partner contained.
“You never let me do anything fun!” You grumbled as Tomura looked at you, completely unfazed by your usual usual temper tantrum. You were six months pregnant and Tomura had learned very early on how little you appreciated his opinion on keeping yourself out of villainy duties, especially since you had become pregnant.
“So you want to give birth in prison YN?” He responds to you as you glare at him, looking around to garner any support from your fellow league memebers.
“Hey don’t look at us Yn, hand man has a point,” Dabi chuckles as Shigaraki ignored his comments, turning back to the house of cards he was currently building.
“YN my dear don’t you think you should prioritize rest especially in your current state?” Mr. Compress interjects as you turn your glare to the magician. You chose to ignore them and go back to the source your current frustration.
“Tomura I’m bored! You can’t keep me locked up in this bar forever!” You whine as Shigaraki sighs. He honestly has no idea what to do with you, and if you meant less to him, he’d probably just kill you but alas, his stupid feelings for you had always gotten in the way.
“Please listen to Tomura Shigaraki YN, he is only looking out for you,” Kurogiri adds as you continue to grumble, folding your arms and stomp your feet. You really were being completely insufferable.
Shigaraki sighed, standing up and resting his head on your shoulder while gently grazing your bump, “YN will you please stop being a brat and listen to us? We- I want you safe and you know what the doctor said. Now please will you stop annoying everyone?”
You rolled your eyes at his confession knowing Tomura meant every word he said. He was rarely affectionate but when he was, you truly knew he cared.
“Ugh fine!” You grumbled as you felt a smirk grow you’re partners face knowing he won, “But the first Nomu attack after I give birth I get to go too!”
Shigaraki chuckled, shaking his head, “whatever you say brat.”
Overhaul
Overhaul opened the door to the bedroom, wanting to do nothing more than to crawl into bed and cuddle with you. He was exhausted, his serum to eliminate quirks was nearly finished and the Shie Hassaiki was ready for phase two of his plan. He opened the door and turned on the bathroom light, looking over to see you sound asleep. Only he wasn’t met with the usual angelic picture of you in slumber, instead he was met with an empty bed. He sighed, leaving your joint room and heading down to the kitchen. His suspicions were confirmed when he noticed the light beaming from below the door.
He slowly opened the door, peering in as he saw you sitting on a stool, eating your current favorite pregnancy craving as you happily hummed away, enjoying every bite.
“Darling, what are you doing?” He asked as you looked up, face beaming with content as you finished your snack.
“Hi Kai! Are you done working? I was waiting for you in bed but then I couldn’t sleep so I figured I’d come and have a snack!” You cheered as Kai came next to you, pulling out a stool and sitting with you.
“Would you like a bite?” You asked.
Overhaul looked at you, a look at disgust on his face at your offer, “YN you know I don’t share food.”
You stare at him, deadpan at his confession as you roll your eyes, “you are aware of how I got pregnant right? So you’re really going to sit there and tell me that you won’t eat a bite of my food?”
Kai chuckled as he stood up, grabbing your empty plate and walking it over to the sink. You stood up, heading over to the sink to wash the dishes as Kai stopped you.
“Let me just do the dishes quick and then we can head to bed ok?”
“Leave them darling, someone will take care of them in the morning,” he said as you gaped at him.
“Who are you and what have you done with my husband!” You mock gasped as Kai rolled his eyes and grabbed your hand.
“You need to rest YN, now let’s go,” he said grabbing your hand as you followed behind him. You sighed knowing how much your husband loved and cared for you.
Dabi
Dabi was use to living life on his own, that was until you weaseled your way in and never left. At first he found you annoying, and to be fair, the annoyance never really did go away. However, he now found himself in a position he never thought he’d be in and that was head over heels for you. At this precise moment, however, he was more ready to kill you than he was to hug and kiss you.
“You idiot what are you doing out so late!?!?” He yelled a question you knew was retorical as he dragged you through the back alleyway of the leagues hideout. He was pissed and you knew it.
“Well you said you were coming back around midnight and when you didn’t, I got hungry and since we didn’t have anything to eat, I decided to go and get something to eat,” you declared as Dabi growled at you, turning on his heels and glaring daggers into you. You knew you were in some major trouble but unfortunately, cravings don’t wait.
“YN you know we have food, I just got food for you earlier today!” He whisper shouted as you stood there.
“Well I didn’t want that food! The baby wanted instant ramen which we didn’t have!” You growled back as your partner groaned, his hands going to his head as he paced around the alley.
“YN you realize that we are both wanted criminals right?” He said as you rolled your eyes at him.
“Are we really? I had no clue!” You mocked as you made your way to the entrance of the league’s headquarters, bag of noddles in hand.
“YN you need to stop acting so reckless! It’s one thing for me to get caught but you? Giving birth in Tartarus wouldn’t be a walk in the park!” He shouted as you headed to the kitchen.
“You act like giving birth anywhere will be a walk in the park,” you chimed, annoyed at your boyfriend as he followed you. Dabi was furious but he knew he had to calm down. This was exactly the way you were and it’s one of the big reasons he loved you so much, despite how stupidly you acted at times.
“YN listen, I’m sorry for yelling but you are literally being the biggest idiot right now,” he relented as you went about making your noodles.
“Yeah but I’m an idiot with ramen now,” you sang, unphased by your partners outburst.
“What the hell am I going to do with you?” He said, sitting down as you turned to him and smiled.
“Love me?” You questioned as an annoyed smirk entered his face.
“You’re lucky I already love you idiot.”

Saw some Spinaraki kid OCs so I decided to try my hand at it too. Though it's less happy family kidfic and more resentfully making Heroes and Deku face consequences post-canon. Sorry.
the Spinaraki lovechild:
Shirakata Masanori | 白方正憲
Age: 15
Appearance: Lizard heteromorph. Black hair, pink eyes, white scales.
Quirk: Adhesion. Decay's spreading effect + Gecko's sticking trait. Anything object Masanori touches and remain in contact with will adhere with anything the object is also touching. If he touches a sidewalk, everyone on it will be stuck and trapped, unable to move their feet.
result of Spinner and Shigaraki getting together post-Deika/pre-surgery. super unexpected.
three months after Shigaraki went in for surgery, Spinner pops out an egg (please go with it)
During Heroes' raid on the PLF Villa, Spinner entrusts egg to ReDestro. Unfortunately, when everyone got arrested, egg gets swept up in custody capture of MLA kids.
With no one to claim the egg, it is placed in orphanage; all contact is then lost.
Egg hatches after war, at end of August.
Spinner was never able to tell Shigaraki about their kid due to the possession.
He decides not to say anything to the Heroes either. Doesn't trust them after Shigaraki got killed, and better that the kid doesn't grow up stigmatized for having terrorists as parents.
But Spinner does leave a letter with his court-appointed lawyer, hoping that one day it will reach the kid, when they come of age.
Spinner dies early due to effects of having multiple quirks; dies ten years after war
The lawyer, deciding to just finish up this assignment cleanly, finds the kid 4 years later and delivers the letter despite the kid not reaching age of majority.
Despite half-assed mild societal change efforts, Masanori grows up an orphan in the system, with the additional stigma of being an PLF raid kid (and therefore very likely the child of dead/arrested Villains/criminals)
Abandoned, unnamed babies in Japan are named by the city/town's mayor. Masanori was named with the kanji "white-direction correct-law" in hopes that he would become a law-abiding citizen (unlike his unknown parents). The Mayor is an asshole.
(Though Shirakata is a real surname, and chosen because kid has white scales)
Early on, Masanori looked out into the world and realized it doesn't want him, made it clear he doesn't belong. So he accepted it.
However, he knows the path of Villainy only leads to doom.
His caretakers drilled that into the PLF raid kids. Quirk counseling emphasized it a lot. So did teachers. Everyone.
He’s (reluctantly) played the ‘Villain’ in enough playground games that ends with the ‘Heroes’ pretending to smash him to pieces or explode him to nothing, because everyone has seen the war footage.
And he’s known too many people who salivate over the satisfaction of proving his blood is irreparably criminal.
So he won't be a Villain.
He just wants to leave - leave the orphanage, leave the city, leave Japan. Maybe travel the world alone forever.
Masanori is: very solitary, utterly disinterested in people, self-reliant, pragmatic, opportunistic, clever enough but can bite off more than he can chew
Masanori doesn't really have any sentimental feelings about his parents; or rather, he feels there's no point to dwell on it
He always knew he was the son of criminals. Discovering that he's the son of the most notorious criminals is somewhat cool, but Spinner and Shigaraki are long dead and gone.
When Masanori first received the letter, there was a satisfaction to finally knowing, nearly a sense of destiny. So he read the League of Villains memoir. He read the manuscript drafts that he inherited from Spinner. He did a lot of research.
(In the letter, Spinner admits that the kid was a surprise, that Shigaraki never knew, and Spinner himself doesn't know anything about the kid and will likely go to his grave not knowing.
They dealt the kid a shit hand.
Saying something cliche like they loved the kid they never knew would be hollow; and besides, Spinner and Shigaraki were twisted and distorted people. Villains. So the truth is, the kid is likely better off without them.
But.
Spinner wishes he and Shigaraki could've known the kid, and he regrets that neither of them were able to stay alive and free.
Spinner also writes that if Shigaraki knew about the kid, he knows Shigaraki would've tried to give them the world.)
But eventually, for Masanori, the end result of all that is realizing that there's nothing to be done with this information. Spinner and Shigaraki don't know him, and he doesn't know them; never will. They were criminals, they were young and stupid, they picked a fight and lost, and they left him behind.
All he has is still just himself.
...and this new knowledge he might be able to use to his advantage.
Which is why Masanori decides to confront the Hero Deku and demand compensation for the death of his parents and other hardships
Age 15, Masanori arrives at Deku's agency, carrying Spinner's letter that is his only proof
But just looking at Masanori convinces Deku. Kid's appearance is basically Tenko in lizard heteromorph form, but even his demeanor reminds Deku of Shigaraki - aloof but intense, determined. (tho he is still younger, less hostile, a bit stiff in nervousness)
Deku is shocked, guilty, suspicious, already wants to help, appalled at the extortion attempt. Ready for a conflict.
At least until he hears Masanori's demands:
Guaranteed admission to UA's General Studies Program, a recommendation letter, as well as a stipend all three years that Masanori is in high school.
And that's it.
Masanori has only an okay school record.
He did not have an enriching school life.
He's been accused of delinquent behavior - mostly suspected small theft and 'incidents' with other students
(They could never actually prove he stole anything; and the incidents he get into are always with the more aggressive classmates. They're not so much fights as pranks, and the bullying usually ceases immediately afterwards.)
High school is not mandatory in Japan, and minors legally can start work at age 15, so Masanori has been "asked"/expected to leave the orphanage after middle school. Jin Scenario
Not a very bright future. But he was ready for it... until he received Spinner's letter.
Suddenly.
If Masanori gets into UA High School, an elite national school, with recommendation from a world-renowned and beloved Hero, it's leaving the orphanage, leaving his hometown, starting a new life.
(General Studies program because he has zero interest in being a Hero.)
Graduate and better prepared to leave everything behind and travel the world alone forever.
Opportunity of a lifetime. He will shamelessly seize it.
Masanori's not blackmailing Deku or anything - nothing to blackmail, since no one cares Deku killed Shigaraki, and admitting he's the son of terrorists is social death. He's relying entirely on Deku's heroism.
Even if his Shigaraki was a Villain that Deku had to kill for the good of the world, that was still his father. Deku will feel compassion and guilt for Masanori.
Because Deku is a hero.
Manipulative? Yes. Is he unqualified for UA? Yes. But Masanori wants a chance at having more to life.
And Deku has to face what he (and All Might, and OFA) never actually did: resolve the continued rejection and ostracization problem in quirk society, and the cycle of Shimura tragedy
Because it's quickly obvious Masanori is just like his parents: given up on the world, given up on people. He's just not dangerous about it.
But his heart is empty. He has never been saved. And he no longer wants to be.
In other words: this time, Deku has to truly save someone that's been failed and rejected by this society he upholds. even if easy mode too because Masanori is not a villain. but is less receptive than a seven-year-old. or someone already having Pro-Hero aspirations

Little Lap Dog
"Heros can't save everyone. Villains are proof of that."
You couldn't recall where you first heard that. Nevertheless, it was something that stuck with you. You could call yourself a decent example you supposed. You never begged for a perfect life. All you wanted was to be loved. Something you failed to receive from your family unconditionally. Their love was purely transactional. Bring home accomplishments, you'd receive praise and attention. Bring home anything less, receive cold indifference.
It was fairly similar with your friends. Only there for the good times. People don't love without benefits. Sad, but a reality you came to accept. Sweet words and heartfelt eyes were something you vied for, yet never trusted.
It came to a point where you thought, "If I don't get love or care from anyone, isn't it only right I don't give it to anyone in return?"
This could be called the trigger for the following events.
It didn't take you long to gain notoriety in the dark and grimy world of villainy. Your ruthless actions, coldhearted temperament, but also your charisma. A sweet smile here, honeyed words there. Adaptable and observant, you always seemed to know what to say and to whom.
For someone as young as you, still only in your early 20s, you looked at the world with such callousness. That being said, you knew when and where to acknowledge others. Take your three most loyal henchmen, for example. You treated them fairly, paid them well, and usually treated them fairly humanely.
More than a few lower-level grunts have questioned you about this. You always replied the same. With a lovely smile and cold eyes, you'd say, "Want to be treated the same? Prove you're worthy of such treatment."
That usually kept them quiet and busy, but their sudden increase in injuries also might have contributed.
"You shouldn't worry about it too much, Boss." Amor smiled, cuddling closer to your thighs. "That just proves they aren't good enough."
From his kneels spot on the ground, he nuzzled his cherry-dusted cheek on your leg.
"Want me to get rid of them? You don't need someone so useless. You deserve better."
You gently began to stroke Amor's hair. You didn't want to mess it up after all that time he put into it, but he did speak well. So, you rightfully rewarded him.
He gave you a closed eye smile, in such a peaceful and proud manner. He was always like that.
Your adorable little lap dog, Amor. He always knew when to come running to improve your mood. He was a little stray you picked up on a whim, but he turned out well. Other than his powers, a strength of his was his flowery perfumed words. Though, they were still nothing but words, to you. Whenever he presented you with a bouquet of flowery poetry, you'd hold it in your hands but never accept it. It'd reach your ears, but never your heart.
And it seemed like he knew that.
That had yet to stop him from giving those lovesick eyes. That wide unconscious grin. Those gentle fingers that'd reach out for you.
It was as if knowing you had no love to give, he'd give enough for both of you and then some.
And, over time, it became clear that he wasn't the only one.

Best Birthday Present Ever (Thea Queen x M!Reader) Part 1
A/N: Hello lovely people of Tumblr, time for my first story here on Tumblr. So just for context: this is set in Season 5, so Oliver's the Mayor, but I'm gonna gloss over most of the chaotic villainy stuff here. I've mostly let this take place in Season 5 so that Thea's age is where I want it to be. Also, Y/n knows that Thea used to be Speedy and Oliver is the Arrow. Thea's 21 in this and Y/n is turning 22 this year.
"No!!!!!!!" You woke up with a start, breathing heavily. Panic closing up your throat, after a few more moments of heavy breathing, you start to calm down. It was just a dream, you thought. And yet, it felt so real, your deepest fear came to life, Thea leaving you. Speaking of, her side of the bed is empty. Just as you were beginning to wonder where she disappeared to, your phone buzzed. Picking it up, you let out a sigh of relief you didn't know you've been holding. It's a text from Thea, thank God if the dream had turned out to be real...
Thea:
Hey, sorry I had to leave early, Ollie needed help down at city hall again. Happy birthday btw!!
You:
Awww I was hoping I'd get to spend the day with you. Thx btw.
Thea:
I know, me too sweetie
How 'bout I make it up to you tonight with a dinner date at my loft? You can get your birthday present there too!
You:
Sounds good to me!
Thea:
Can't believe you're 22 already, grampsssss
You:
==" Seriously? I'm just a year older than you
Thea:
1 year is foreverrrrrr~~~~ XD
You:
Pffffttttt. Come on like you literally can't tell when you look at us!!
Thea:
Except the wrinkles on your face, and the amount of complaining....
You:
Hey!!! Uncalled for!!! I do not have wrinkles
and I most definitely don't complain like a senior citizen!!!
Thea:
You didn't let me finish!!!! ... I was gonna say but you look gorgeous anyways despite all that.
You:
...
Thea:
What?
You:
If I'm actually old and grey will you still say that?
Thea:
Awww of course I will honey! To me you're always gonna look gorgeous no matter if you have gray hair or no hair or whatever! Besides, I didn't fall in love just with your looks you know? I also fell for the kind, caring, and amazing man that you are underneath all that, and that, that won't go away, ever, so neither will my love for you. Okay?
You:
Thea..... That's.... The nicest thing anyone has ever said to me, thank you babe. Thank you so much.
Thea:
Anytime sweetie. Where's this sudden bout of self doubt coming from?
You:
I uhhhhh, had a nightmare last night. You... Left me. Something about me not being good enough for you. So I just got scared that it'd actually happen for real too when you said that part about me being old.
Thea:
Sweetie, like I just said, I didn't just fall for your looks, I fell for who you are as a person, all your flaws and misgivings included. So your nightmare is just that, a nightmare, I'll never leave you, so don't doubt yourself okay?
You:
Okay. You know, sometimes I feel like I'm the luckiest man alive.
Thea:
I feel like I know the answer, but why?
You:
Cuz I have a girlfriend who, in addition to being the single most amazing woman alive, also loves me despite my flaws and she isn't afraid to constantly remind me of that.
Thea:
Awwwwwwwwwww, you cutieeeee. Anyways something came up and I got to run, see you this evening!!!! Luv u!!!! Xoxoxo
You:
Love you too honey, more than anything else in the world
Putting your phone away, you get up and head into your bathroom to shower and start your day. Finishing with your shower, you got out and put on your work clothes: black slacks, white long-sleeved shirt, and a tie. You were a manager after all, a coffee shop manager, but still a manager nonetheless. However, in addition to your manager attire, you also grab an apron. While managers aren't required to do much with regards to the day-to-day operations besides overseeing the staff and handling the occasional customer request, you still liked to help out every once in a while. Sometimes because you're bored, sometimes because it feels bad seeing the few employees at the shop getting swarmed during the morning or evening rush hours, and sometimes because you have nothing else better to do. This of course doesn't go unnoticed by the staff there, they appreciate the gesture and some of them even go out of their way to demonstrate it: from helping you with the customer requests, to staying past hours to help you take inventory and close up shop.
Walking over to your fridge, you open it to find some breakfast, only to find a pre-cooked meal of eggs and toast refrigerated inside it. On it was a small note that read, Happy Birthday honey! Enjoy your breakfast. You smiled. Even after all this time, Thea somehow manages to surprise you in ways that just make you love her even more. A girl who's beautiful, fights crime, and can cook? You really are lucky to have such an amazing girlfriend, you think.
Anyhow, you sat down at your table and quickly wolfed down your girlfriend's handiwork, delicious, as usual.
Pouring yourself a tall glass of orange juice to wash it all down, you're quickly out the door and headed to your workplace right after.
-------------------------------
You're in the coffee shop, after saying hi to the other employees there, you decided that today you feel like helping out a bit so you put on your apron and manned the cashier. Just as well, because the morning rush today is quite busy, within a couple minutes of your arrival you've already received the order from a dozen of businessmen and businesswomen, who after ordering are immediately back on their phones working on whatever deals they were trying to close. Sighing, you quickly passed the order on to Frank, the shop's fastest coffee brewer. After a "yes boss" Frank quickly went to work, 10 minutes, and a very angry coffee machine later, Frank comes back with half a dozen coffees already brewed and ready to go. Man, even after all this time, the guy never fails to impress you with how fast he can brew coffee while still keeping the taste the same.
"Thanks Frank," you said, "Having such a fast coffee brewer really helps the shop out."
"No problem boss," Frank replied. "When the manager is manning the cashier, the least I can do is make sure he doesn't get chewed out by the customers for slow delivery." He smirks.
"Say what you will Frank, I know you would pay good money to see that happen." you replied with a chuckle, to which Frank just shoots a sly grin at you, not denying what you just said. Turning back towards the customers you called out the six orders that Frank just brewed and just as they were picked up, a new set of customers came rushing in through the doors. It's gonna be a long day...
-----------------------------------
At noon, the customers were starting to thin out as most people head to an actual restaurant for some real food, the few who do come in are those who want a light lunch. With the lull in the flow of customers, your mind starts to wander. You don't just operate the cashier to help the staff or stave off boredom, you also do it as a way to remember the first time you met Thea...
A/N: That's a wrap for Chapter 1! Please comment your thoughts below! So next chapter will be a flashback about the first time Y/n meets Thea, and I think that in homage to Arrow, I'll be alternating Flashback and normal chapters. the Flashbacks will tell the story of the start of their relationship so the timeline will probably span more than one day, while the normal chapters are all set on Y/n's birthday.

i wanted to talk more about professor venomous shadowy figure and shadowy venomous.
So shadowy figure was created as an alternate persona while professor venomous was trying to regain his powers, but SF and PV have nothing in common. SF is obsessed with power, thats his whole thing. There is not a single episode with SF that does not have him obsessing over power. The main example being his obsession with glorbs. Glorbs literally ARE power in the ok ko universe. Glorbs can be sold or traded because they are so sought after, they can be used to power machinery, or they can be used to even give a person a temporary power up. Shadowy figure almost in every appearance goes after them. Most of the time manipulating KO to get them. Another thing SF seems to care so much about is TKO. He continuously tries to get KO to unleash TKO, telling him to "unleash his true power/potential". SF does not care about TKO the person, but the power TKO has.
This is not only different but contradictory to PV, whose whole arc is abandoning the climb for power. At first he stops trying to regain his powers, something he cared about so much, when he goes to villainy, but then again when he joins Boxmore. Most of PVs early appearances he seems depressed and bored with villainy, only excited when Boxman is around, fighting heroes. Boxmans version of villainy is different from the other villains PV knows, the other villains also obsess over power, but Boxman simply wants to attack the plaza and fight heroes. Boxman has no wish for power, even using a large amount of glorbs carelessly only using them to build his machines. PV finds this version of villainy much more appealing and abandons power AGAIN, by merging Voxmore. PV has no real interest in power, which shows the difference between him and SF as SF even has a higher pow card number.
These contradictory goals and ideas make it impossible for PV and SF to be the same person. And although the show never claims this to be the case, it does claim that PV is Shadowy Venomous, and SF is too. SV is supposed to be a merge of PV and SF, but any characteristics SV shares with PV are characteristics SF has. And SV shares many similarities with SF that PV does not have. The main thing being once again power. One of the first things we see SV do is get KO to bring out TKO. But does SV want to meet TKO because he's his son? No. He wants TKO to make a deal with him, a deal for power. SVs main plain is to get all the glorbs that are underneath the plaza, he does this but first, he and TKO destroy not only the plaza, but all over. This isn't something PV would do, but it is something SF would do. SV also has no respect for TKO, getting mad at him when he doesn't do what SV wants, but PV has lots of respect for KO. When KO brings PV to the glorb tree, PV doesn't take a single glorb. Fink does, but once KO tells PV not to take any, he just turns away from them. PV also never pressures KO to do anything evil with him. Always willing to do what KO wants, even if thats hero stuff. Thats a major part of PV that both SF and SV lack, his care for those important to him. PV cares for Fink deeply, but SV ignores her entirely. PV and Boxman act as a unit, pretty much a married couple, since the Voxmore merge, and PV is shown to have so much respect for Boxman. But SV makes Boxman leave after being very cruel and mean to him. He also kicks out the robots, which is something PV wouldn't have done as the robots are important to Boxman and PV respects him. There are just too many differences between PV and SV for them to be the same person.
Another point I want to bring up is KOs relationship with TKO vs PVs relationship with SF and SV. People in the show treat TKO the same as KO. This makes sense because they are the same person. KO says this himself, "You're a part of me and I'm a part of you." TKO is just KO but angry and more powerful. People treat SF and SV completely differently than PV. Fink ignores SV in the same way she ignores SF and even teams up with Rad and Enid against him because "He took away my boss," referring to PV and SV as separate people. Boxman also treats SV different as he seems upset when TKO and SV team up, almost scared, and he gets angry at SV and tells him to leave, in a way he would never talk to PV. At the end of the show SF is even removed from PV, getting rid of SV entirely. At the same time, KO and TKO join together not to make something new, but to just be KO, because thats what they are.
There is nothing that proves that SV and PV are the same person. But there is so much that proves they are different people and that in fact, SV is just SF. What most likely happened was that when PV tried to get rid of SF he accidentally made him more powerful or made a deal to leave the others alone that backfired and gave SF control. It's also likely that SF simply recovered from his fight with Fink and KO and just took control again. After this he probably pretended to be PV to gain KOs trust, then lied about joining with PV to make SV to get TKOs trust, and make a deal with him. Further proved by Fink avoiding him even while he looks like PV.
sorry that this is pretty much an essay just to explain every point i have that shadowy venomous and professor venomous arent the same person but i really wanted to say this

Yeah, the Bees vs Adam fight had a lot of iffy dialogue but nothing quite had my head in my hands as much as, "Did she make that promise to you? Or to the person you were pretending to be?" You mean the guy who runs around in a monster mask explicitly because he wanted humanity to fear the Faunus like they do with the unambiguously-evil Grimm was, actually, not a good or mentally-sound person? Shocker. Like say what you want about Adam, but there is nothing subtle about him. From the moment go, he is 100% transparent in who he is and yet the characters acts like he isn't.
Yeah, I think a lot of fans who get frustrated by critiques forget that the disappointment has never been, "Omg they made Adam a bad guy!" but rather, "It's a problem that the minority representing an oppressed group is depicted as the bad guy and also a lot of people are doubly frustrated that his crimes changed from political extremism to stalking a presumed ex." Because you're right, nothing about Adam is subtle. He's introduced in black, red, a creepy mask, and callously shrugs off the potential death of countless humans. He's preeeeetty straightforward.
However, that line still should have made sense by the time we reached that fight because based on everything else we know, Adam wasn't always like this. Blake grew up in a rich, loving family that was at the heart of peaceful activism. AKA she's well-adjusted and primed to question extremist methods. Given that we've seen no manipulation on Adam's part--again, he's straightforward--that heavily implies that Adam was once a far more empathetic, level-headed activist who could legitimately inspire one of our heroes. Someone like Blake isn't going to just randomly join the guy who's just as happy with humanity's destruction as their change in treatment; she's going to join someone who seeks her own goals and reflects her own morals. Sometime between Blake first joining the White Fang and cutting the train cars, Adam changed. This is supported through, again, what we know of Blake as a person, her early Volume comments that the WF wasn't always like this, how Adam steadily grows more and more unhinged as the series goes on--a spiral that began long before the show started and is continuing until his death. Hell, it's shown through Blake having some sort of ~intimate~ relationship with him (mentor or romantic) and doodling him in her notebook. There's a version of Adam that exists pre-RWBY that's the kind of man Blake would befriend, defend, and possibly fall for. Or, to put it another way, make promises to about loyalty and companionship.
But he exists only in the occasional implication, subtext, and the application of some basic logic. RWBY doesn't actually show us this Adam, let alone allow Blake to work through losing him. By the time Yang says, "Did she make that promise to you? Or to the person you were pretending to be?" the audience should understand that no, Adam was never 'pretending.' That person existed... and then he changed. We should read that scene as Yang being wrong, applying a simplistic and no doubt comforting narrative to her friend/teammate/love interest. Blake didn't once love another faunus who fought for an important cause, only to watch him succumb to a violent ideology, resulting in a complicated, emotional landmine where she might still love the man he once was. That's way too complicated to deal with! And makes the bad guy too compelling to boot. So Adam just lied to her. Tricked! Bamboozled! Deceived! Because RWBY can't keep track of its plot-lines, doesn't investigate its heroes bias' (especially Yang's), won't allow those bad guys to have depth and nuance--Ironwood's turn to cartoon villainy highlights that. Adam isn't a subtle character, but as the primary representative of a racism-coded conflict, he should have been. Worse, what little complexity we got was stripped away by the end. Adam isn't a freedom fighter anymore, he dies a deranged ex stalking Blake. Except no, without confirmation of them being in a former relationship, or Yang and Blake having a relationship now, he's just a pathetic guy freaking out over losing her for... reasons. Adam isn't given that sympathetic past, so this conversation doesn't track with past implications and we're just supposed to take Yang at her word (after a Volume where Yang assumes A Lot). Adam isn't a subtle character, yet he's apparently "pretended" to be something he's not for years, tricking Blake and stealing a promise he never had a right to. Too bad we never got that story and what little we did get actively contradicts that.
I know I've said this before, but I don't even like Adam. I have no emotional stake in this fight, yet RWBY's handling of him was such a mess that, same, head in my hands and all that. I'm the one on the sidelines going, "No, I don't actually care, but it's the principal of the thing!" lol

Hey, I’m doing a rewatch of the new TD reboot for a few analysis posts, and something has been on my mind:
Isn’t Damien such a great concept for a character?
I mean, from that alone, he’s a cinnamon roll who needs to be protected. Put him there with Cure Wing as ‘Top 10 Cinnamon Rolls of 2023′, (Even if Tsubasa would probably be above him)
I feel like this character is gonna have a great comeback in Season 2.
But for now, I realized his character arc HAS been done before.
That’s with DJ in World Tour, as both of them try to quit the game, but fail over and over until they want to stay, THEN they get eliminated.
But in my opinion, Damien was ALWAYS gonna be the superior character with this arc, as they actually established a reason why he can’t just quit.
And secondly, in my opinion, DJ should’ve never even competed in World Tour.
Yes, I think DJ should’ve never been in World Tour. At all.
I’m rewriting Action, and I said I wouldn’t be rewriting World Tour. (though Idk how many people would demand it. If enough people do by the finale of Refilming Action, I’ll think about it.) BUT if I did, this would be a major change I would do to the cast. That, and not even have Blaineley. (These are my three biggest problems with World Tour, DJ’s arc, Blaineley’s existence, and Sierra. Just-just Sierra. At least everything else has drama I am interested in.)
First off, the animal curse is NOT FUNNY. Not even the first time. I can’t understand anyone who finds animal cruelty funny, and it’s kind of gross. TD, I know you’re known for your mean spirit, but do it on your people and leave the critters out of it! (It’s kind of why my partner is not into this show. At all.)
It’s ALL DJ has to do in this season, which just feels tacked on, like ‘Oh, Team Victory is too bland for an early boot team and Team Chris’s team of goofballs isn’t enough of comedy, we need to have a running gag too!’
I mean, World Tour is probably the second best season of the show, but... it has some DISGUSTING plotlines that make me uncomfortable. Like, I think Action is more of a cozy watch to be honest. (Seriously, WT is lucky it has the best A plot of the franchise.)
(Huh. Maybe I do want to rewrite WT.)
Second, DJ’s character has already reached its logical conclusion in Action. Say what you will about Action, I liked what they did with him there. He is the only character who actively chose his morality and his heart over the game, and avoided the temptations of the money and fame. Something that they ALL should’ve done, but didn’t do. This makes DJ a role model. This is a logical conclusion to his time on the show. This is beautiful.
Now there’s nothing for him to do, so why have him here? If DJ never competed in World Tour, he would’ve had THE most POSITIVE character arc in the entire show!
But ya blew it!
And third, lets say DJ didn’t compete in World Tour. What would change?
Not much, actually.
Would we lose momentum for Alejandro’s villainy?
No. There’s like, a dozen other people he screws over. I think losing one person in this count doesn’t change the impact of the villain.
(If we counted how many people, ‘This Is How We Will End It’ would be like, ten minutes long. I would’ve liked that. Then we wouldn’t have to focus on Sierra.)
And there’s also the part involving the teams.
Team Amazon has five members: Gwen, Heather, Courtney, Cody, and Sierra
Team Chris has five members: Owen, Izzy, Tyler, Noah, and Alejandro
Team Victory has SIX members.
I know Ezekiel is the first boot. I know Duncan comes back. I don’t care.
By removing DJ, EVERY team starts with five members.
Team Victory would join the five team band with Leshawna, Lindsay, Bridgette, Harold, and Ezekiel.
Okay, so how would this change things up for Team Victory?
The girls in this team are the biggest targets for Alejandro. I know Lindsay’s elimination wasn’t caused by him, but I’m including her anyway.
Ezekiel wouldn’t change. This was his fault. (And somewhat Harold’s)
But everyone else DJ kind of screws over.
Would Harold still quit the game?
Without DJ, there’d be no man on the team to keep everyone together. So I don’t think Harold would go here, and he’d be smarter than to just throw everything away. I think he would still cost the team the challenge, but I think that should be setup for an ego character arc instead of the cause of his boot. It’s an easy fix too: Just have Episode 3 be a reward challenge. Reward challenges don’t do any harm, y’all are just mean.
You could argue Harold becoming an egotist isn’t a better subplot, but at least it’s foreshadowed in Celebrity Manhunt to back it up, AND to me, it’s more interesting.
And if you think this is too serious of a subplot and there wouldn’t be enough comic relief. Again. Team Chris has Owen, Izzy, Noah, and Tyler. Comic relief characters. THEY are the source for laughs. (Plus it’s kind of a part of Alejandro’s character for the season)
This would also but a strain on the team on who should be in charge and fix the team’s losing streak.
I think said losing streak would have Bridgette and Leshawna go the same episodes they do in canon. Though in Leshawna’s case, it would be her mistrusting Harold’s leadership attempts in an understandable way. This would be why she turned to Alejandro, not because she’s into him, but because she trusts him more as a leader, and he supports her.
Then in the second Aftermath, Harold and Leshawna could apologize and make up. Which yes, Harold also goes before that.
Then we’d just have Harold and Lindsay. This is a great opportunity for a Lindsay/Harold friendship. I would love that duo! (Refilming Action foreshadowing?)
I think Episode 9 is where Harold would quit the game for the sake of his last teammate. THIS is where he does the ‘I will restore my honor’ thing, because his friend’s success is more important than his.
So Lindsay gets to stay for two more episodes, and we could have that Lyler subplot. That’s wholesome.
She would also be a target for Alejandro as she is Tyler’s weakness. He would want her to win over them, something Alejandro can’t afford. So he’s gotta get her out.
And lets say Lindsay DOES get eliminated because of Alejandro sabotage. (Which, all you need to do is have him do the ramp thing he did in canon. She wouldn’t notice cause she’s the ditsy character.)
Team Victory is gone.
Would Tyler notice this? If he did, he would be against Alejandro for the rest of his time on the show, and he would be trying to stay afloat long enough to get back at him. If that meant he had to throw Duncan and Gwen under the bus for their kiss to protect himself, so be it. (Tyler is the only character with not enough screen time to establish flaws, so this would be neat.)
And if you think this would be OOC for Tyler, that’s an easy fix too: Just have him feel bad about it after it’s said and done, and try to help Gwen while she’s being cancelled. Would she accept it? Gwen would probably be desperate, so maybe. But Tyler is still against cheating, so he’s not supporting Gwuncan. That’d probably make Gwen deny his help because Duncan is the only one who cares about her in her eyes. Duncan would always be after him because of what Tyler did.
Then you know, he’d fail, and he’d be the Episode 15 boot. Then everything goes as normal from there.
Look, I like DJ, but I think this would be better for his character, and the season in general.
And what I’m saying is that Damien is a king and he did this better. And this is first season, so it’s not sabotaging his character. I can’t wait to see what they do to Damien in season two.

Sorry for the long ramble but I’ve been saying for so long that only the villains actually get the ‘power of love’! Even Chloé benefited in earlier seasons, what with Kim and Sabrina being all over her even when they were treated horribly by her, and of course Andre trying to have a happy family without ever addressing the issues in the way of that! And the reason that, as you said, Lila is able to jump from family to family is because they still love her, or at least the versions of her she’s created, so these versions of her still get to exist whereas the ‘Lila’ persona appears to have been literally trashed the moment she was exposed
Meanwhile, love is nothing but a hinderance to the heroes. There have been multiple episodes where the Love Square have come to the conclusion that their love either to each other or in general is dangerous or wrong or problematic or otherwise bad (Frozer, Truth, Lies, Kuro Neko, Glaciator 2, Kwamis’ Choice, Gang of Secrets, etc etc), with the line “It was our love that did this to the world” in Chat Blanc while gesturing to an apocalyptic genocide being a trauma-inducing, accurately called-back moment for multiple seasons (and given MLB’s reputation with consistency and Marinette’s trauma, this is a big deal)
Gabriel was already a recluse who didn’t have to hide his identity from loved ones - Adrien never saw him anyway and Nathalie was in on it from the start, with Nathalie’s struggle to hide her time as Mayura mostly ending up being assuring Adrien her sickness wasn’t that bad as opposed to actually covering for her villainy, giving her a built-in excuse for frequent solitude and retiring to her room early. Lila telling lies is second nature to her, it’s more foreign to her to actually tell the truth. Chloé’s best-kept secret is her teddy bear and even that’s poorly hidden (granted Armand came in clutch there for max humiliation). Felix’s mum has clearly been in on at least his general plan this whole time too and supports his villainy when he needs her to, as well as him rarely showing up, which allows his struggles to go wholly unnoticed by anyone who cares
But the heroes have had a plethora of episodes detailing their struggles at maintaining civilian relationships without their superheroics getting in the way. It’s not even just the main duo; Chloé’s parents and Sabrina were exploited by Hawkmoth and Mayura on multiple occasions in order to get to either her or the Bee Miraculous, literally every single temp hero was targeted in Optigami, Alya specifically was targeted in Sentibubbler with her entire family, Marinette and Nino all being taken hostage, Alya and Nino’s relationship was thrown into question with their hero identities being a direct influence in Rocketear and the consequences of this lasted all the way up to the season finale and resulting in Alya having to give up her Miraculous for good. All of the heroes are screwed over when their hero identities clash with their relationships, the temp heroes included, and it has resulted in multiple akumatisations
The biggest question of ‘love’ Gabriel ever had to face was whether to let Adrien splat to the pavement and die in Gorizilla just to prove he wasn’t Chat Noir - and people (Austruc) are saying it was proof that he truly loved Adrien that he didn’t allow his teenage son to fall to a very preventable death by pretty much his own hand. The biggest question of love Felix had to face was ‘why aren’t Adrien and Kagami happy that I committed a genocide but spared them? OH WAIT NOW I GET IT SHOOT I’M SO SORRY I’M TOTALLY ON YOUR SIDE NOW I’M SO SORRY!!!’. Lila and Chloé never really faced any sort of love-based challenge - Chloé was SUPPOSED to, and several plot-lines for that with multiple characters were raised, but her ‘being Queen Bee will result in you and your loved ones being targeted’ thing was always waved off by her despite it coming true multiple times and all the other options were never anything more than a one-off. She ended up severing all her relationships on her own terms post-S3 and the biggest we got beforehand was ‘Why don’t you love me, mom? Oh, it’s because I’m not enough of a jerk around you? Okay, I can do that, I’m sure this is Real Love and a Bonding Moment’
TL;DR is that the heroes had several episodes detailing how hard it is to maintain relationships with and protect your loved ones as a superhero, including the temp heroes - but while the heroes frequently suffered from love and rarely reaped the benefits, the villains were the ones who were truly empowered by it
The Power of Love according to Season 5 of Miraculous
Something disturbing dawned on me concerning...a lot of the development in Season 5 and it comes down to one thing: Love.
At first, Andre and Felix getting redeemed while Chloe gets sent off to the worst fate the show would allow didn't make a lot of sense. The only thing I could get from the writers was just that "Chloe bad, so everyone else good." It was stupid, but it wasn't insidious. At least, not that insidious at first. And then the finale with Gabriel happened and while it took me a while to process my frustrations with this, something finally clicked. Not only concerning that, but some of the other developments I've seen.
Felix getting another chance to the point of JOINING the heroes in the new universe seemed like nonsense until you look at what happened before that. He was someone who Astruc went out of his way to bury in the narrative and was exclusively causing trouble for everyone up to and including GENOCIDE...until he showed his love to Kagami. Suddenly, his actions are seen as righteous and his backstory of being abused by his father was justification for his actions. You see, he loved Kagami and he also apparently loved Adrien too because they were "the same."
Andre was basically just some corrupt politician who was also a pathetic snob. Then when Zoe came in, we suddenly get all of these humanizing bits about how Chloe totally mistreated him (because apparently, not having the guts to say no to your daughter is mistreatment) and when he divorced Audrey, he gets Zoe because he's someone he could be happy with. A true familial love unlike the one he had with Chloe.
Chloe, meanwhile, doesn't love anyone as far as the writers are concerned. Any genuine connection she might have in either the platonic, familial, or the romantic sense, whether it'd be to Adrien, Sabrina, Zoe or Ladybug, are shown to be either fake or so utterly shallow, it doesn't count as "love." With that, everything she does is absolutely reprehensible and doesn't deserve a shred of forgiveness even if it's clear she's a neglected child who needed help. BUT, because she "doesn't love anyone", she doesn't get redemption and deserves to be sent away with a parent who doesn't love her either. Same with Lila, she doesn't love anyone at all and in fact, just jumps from family to family purely to keep up her manipulations.
Finally, we have Gabriel, who had done nothing but sheltered, belittled, and outright ABUSED Adrien as well as commit a multitude of horrid crimes throughout the series. His actions constantly escalated in awfulness throughout the series, even showing that he doesn't care if he destroys the universe to get what he wants. Yet there was always this trait he possessed. His love for Emilie and that ended up coming to the forefront in the finale. Marinette, who had Gabriel dead to rights, decided at the last moment to try and appeal to his humanity because she knows he loved Emilie and in her mind, that love is enough grounds for her to offer him one chance to step up and help. Then when Gabriel opts to betray Marinette and starts the wish, he tells her at the last moment to try and help Adrien remember all of the times he "tried to be a good father," which is apparently an indicator that he actually LOVED Adrien too. THAT ended up being why Marinette decided to lie about Gabriel by saying he died fighting Monarch and went as far as to try and tell Adrien to remember him as a good man. All because she knew Gabriel "loved" him.
This tells me something distressing. Now, the concept of "Love Redeems" is something I'm not at all against and is in fact common in a lot of stories I like. However, it's what Miraculous does with this concept in Season 5 that angers me. The message of Miraculous ends up giving in its grand finale for the Agreste arc isn't that love can help people find the way to kindness. It's that anything you do can be justified as long as you do it for "love." It doesn't matter if you purposely get a cab driver in trouble, attempt to sabotage a date that your crush is in, put together a project that tries to commercialize air, betray someone to help a terrorist, commit genocide, cause untold amounts of damage to your town and beyond, or even destroy the universe! As long as you love someone, everything you do can be justified. Except when we decide that you don't love ANYONE, then we'll do everything in our power to show that all of your connections don't count as love so you can have the worst punishment we could possibly muster. Regardless of intent, that's how the writers ended up describing the Power of Love in Season Five of Miraculous and that's wretched to me.

(Repost) Why James Bond will never fight Blofeld again
Note: This article was originally posted October 20th, 2015 on the Agony Booth, which I used to write for. Since that site is sadly no longer with us, I’m reposting my old articles here. Obviously, SPECTRE has since been released and you could tell from the title my speculations were VERY wrong here, so I'm mostly reposting this one for irony's sake.
Next month, a new James Bond movie comes out, and I’m pretty excited about it. I like Bond movies more often than I don’t, but what’s really got my attention is the title: Spectre. Say no more. A title like that can only mean the return of a villain not seen since the Connery era.
The Bond films, for the majority of their history, have been mostly self-contained stories. Ongoing plot threads like the ones seen in the Daniel Craig movies are a fairly recent development. But back in the early days, every time Bond hit the screen, he was menaced by the Special Executive for Counterintelligence, Terrorism, Revenge, and Extortion. (They’ll never mention that SPECTRE is an acronym in the new movie, of course, because spy movies at some point decided they were too cool for acronyms, but they should, because it’s awesome.)
Whoever was after Bond in any given movie inevitably answered to a mysterious mastermind whose face was always concealed, identifiable only by the white Persian cat eternally in his lap. Until You Only Live Twice, that is, when Bond finally came face to face with SPECTRE’s supreme leader: Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
Even if you’re not at all familiar with classic Bond movies, I’m willing to bet the image above is very familiar to you. But it probably doesn’t conjure up images of terrifying villainy or superspy intrigue. It probably just reminds you of this guy.
It’s been a while since the Austin Powers movies were popular. Hell, it’s been a while since Mike Meyers was popular. But the franchise still holds a place in our collective consciousness. You can go most anywhere in the United States, extend your pinky finger and demand “one meeelion dollars!” and you can generally trust the reference will be understood.
Why am I bringing up Dr. Evil? Because, dear readers, Dr. Evil is the very reason why we will never see Blofeld in another Bond movie again.
No, never. Yes, SPECTRE is returning to the Bond franchise for the first time in decades, complete with their signature octopus signet rings. Yes, there’s been much speculation that Christoph Waltz, cast as the film’s main villain and presumably SPECTRE’s leader, will be playing Blofeld. And yes, he’s even seen wearing a very Blofeld-esque collarless jacket in the trailer. But Waltz has publically stated that his character, Franz Oberhauser, is most definitely not Blofeld, and I believe him. Because honestly, how can you possibly bring Blofeld back in a post-Austin Powers world?
Sure, back in his day, Blofeld was the Moriarty to Bond’s Sherlock Holmes, his most persistent nemesis, and responsible for arguably the greatest personal tragedy 007 ever endured: the murder of his wife Tracy on their honeymoon. But unlike other famous arch-nemeses of pop culture, Blofeld has the odd problem of being weirdly obscure despite his massive influence. While Bond himself has remained a constant presence in pop culture, Blofeld hasn’t been seen since 1983, allowing him to become largely forgotten. So many villains since him have copied his iconography that he’s somehow become overshadowed by his own legacy.
Dr. Evil is the most obvious example, every bit as much a thinly veiled caricature of Blofeld as Austin Powers was of James Bond himself. The cat stroking, the gray suit, the bald head, the scars, the penchant for exotic lairs, doomsday weapons, and elaborate death traps, they all invoke the original image of the SPECTRE head. But a close second in infamy is Dr. Claw, rival to Inspector Gadget. Claw copied the earlier appearances of Blofeld, appearing only as a chair with its back to the audience, a single arm visible for yet more cat stroking. And his evil spy network MAD was an obvious reference to SPECTRE itself.
But you’ll notice a distinct difference between both those examples and their source: Blofeld wasn’t a comedy character. Aside from one weird moment where he dressed as an old lady for some reason (Diamonds are Forever was not a good movie), he was a legitimate threat to be taken at least somewhat seriously by the audience. Donald Pleasence in particular gave him a subtle, creepy menace. But Dr. Evil is a comic farce, and Dr. Claw is a literal cartoon character.
In fact, of Blofeld’s many imitators, almost all of them are parodies or spoofs. The “villain with a cat” trope has become universal shorthand for comedy villains. The Great Mouse Detective, Bolt, Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, and hell, even the friggin’ Spice Girls movie did it. Giving your villain a fluffy cat to pet is now one of the quickest ways to inform your audience that they’re not to be taken seriously.
With that is mind, is it any wonder Spectre bowed out of bringing back the evil organization’s iconic leader? The moment a bald, scarred Christoph Waltz walks onscreen carrying a cuddly kitty cat, theaters nationwide will burst into laughter. It would take modern audiences completely out of the movie. So for the sake of maintaining immersion, it’s perhaps best that they leave Blofeld at the bottom of that smokestack Bond dropped him down in the opening of For Your Eyes Only. Tragic as it is, he’s an idea too dated to work anymore.
Which is not to say we’ll never get some version of Blofeld in the future, but at this point, he’d have to be stripped of everything that makes him unique, so what would be the point? Suppose that at the end of Spectre, Christoph Waltz does indeed reveal that his real name was Blofeld the whole time, Cumberbatch-Khan-style. It’d be a cute Easter egg, but without the cat, the look, and the hidden volcano fortress under attack by ninjas (seriously, if you haven’t seen You Only Live Twice by now, you’re missing out), he’s not really Blofeld anymore.
Now, if somehow Waltz’s character loses his hands during the movie, gets a pair of robotic replacements in a post-credits teaser and decides to start calling himself Dr. No? That would be legendary.

Kinktober day 20
Bruce wayne + Hero/Villain
I really didn’t know what to do with this, so hope yall enjoy this. The reader is connected to Scarecrow in some way, no idea how but he does.
Kinktober list
- You had been a villain in Gotham for years now, having worked with Jonathan Crane before he became the Scarecrow. In the beginning you weren’t part of his villainy, but one time fear gas had spread all over your new job, and you hadn’t been affected.
- Apparently, your long past of working with chemicals and alike made you pretty much immune, at least to some of Jonathan’s earlier stuff.
- When it got around that you were immune to fear gas, people started to believe that you were working with Scarecrow or even was the Scarecrow.
- Even if it wasn’t true, people wanted someone they could target so you became their victim. You lost your job and no place wanted to hire you, you lost your apartment and even your friends and family
- That’s when your old friend Jonathan showed up and offered you a place. In the beginning he didn’t even ask for you to join in his plans, but as time passed you got more and more involved and suddenly you were a part of it.
- They called you the boogeyman. Your toxins and gasses had much longer lasting effects than Jonathan’s fear toxin. But where Jonathan’s toxin worked immediately and would wear off, yours was slower working and could lead to months of nightmares and terrors.
- But not only did you deal with fear toxins, you dealt with all kinds of gasses and liquids, affecting everything from insomnia to hunger. One of your favorite toxins made the one it was thrown on feel like they were dying from thirst even if they had just drunk something.
- One of your other favorites made the ones hit unable to sleep no matter what they did, even if they took handfuls of sleeping pills, they would not be able to shut their eyes and fall asleep. This led to many deaths from overdosing or insanity as they would go more than a week without sleep.
- You were just as feared as Scarecrow, but you never targeted the city as a whole like putting toxins in the water supply, you tended to target upper class areas, politicians, corrupt police, or people you saw as stains on society.
- You had many encounters with Batman, and you had hit him with many of your toxins over the years. It became almost a game, you would develop a new toxin, hit Batman or one of his many sidekicks and he would develop a cure.
- He had also thrown you in Arkham many times, but you always got out one way or another. Part of you found the bat endearing because he always offered to help you get out of this life, but you knew you were in too far.
- The other rogues of Gotham always joked about how the Bat seemed to have a soft spot for you, and you would always shrug and say it was because you tried to not harm too many innocent people, so you make the Bats job easier.
- It might also be because you had saved the lives of his sidekicks multiple times over the years, not that you would ever tell the other rogues. Like pulling them to safety when under Jonathan’s toxin or patching them up when unconscious.
- In the beginning you assumed no one noticed you doing these things, but Batman became less violent with you. Not a lot, but enough for you to notice. You wouldn’t be surprised if there were cameras or similar all over his sidekicks and he would have seen that way.
- It was another night in Gotham. You had just robbed another corrupt rich person blind after putting them under some new gas you had worked on.
- It was supposed to distract and stimulate parts of the brain that made you hallucinate, but unlike it being fear it would make you seem like whoever they wanted the most. It had been a pet project of yours and was still in the early stages.
- You had summed up that it didn’t work as you had planned, because the person you robbed just became unbearably horny to the point of tears, and was too busy trying to get off to notice you emptying their safe and leaving.
- The bulbs of pink gas were attached on the back of your belt for easy grabbing in battle, not that you were gonna use them. You were gonna have to work on the formula a bit more before bringing them into the field.
- That’s when the Bat appeared, and a battle began on the rooftop you had landed on. He was skilled like always, his scowl every present on his face as he tried to take you down.
- During one of these takedowns you had been thrown on your back and the bulbs containing your project shattered and the pink gas immediately scattered, smacking Batman right in the face. He immediately jumped back and covered his lower face, like he was expecting fear toxin.
- You pulled yourself into a seated position as you saw the Bat back up until he hit a wall, his legs seeming to grow more and more unsteady as he did, his chest rising and falling much faster than normal. What little skin you could see was becoming flustered, and you couldn’t help but glance down between his legs in hopes of seeing something.
- To your dismay he must have been wearing a cup or some kind of guard, as you couldn’t see any sign of an erection.
- As you got to your feet you scratched your cheek awkwardly as Batman’s knees seemed to grow more and more into jelly as they buckled. You gave a short apology at the gas, and explained it wasn’t meant to work like this, but it was still a work in progress.
- You cleared your throat and tried to adjust your stance to hide your own growing erection as Batman sank to his knees, trying your hardest not to stare as he reached between his legs to fondle at his crotch, a deep groan leaving his lips as he stimulated himself through whatever cup he was wearing.
- “Ill… uh ill go” you stiffly said, slowly shuffling around to fling yourself off the roof and get outta there, but before you can run for the hills the line of his grapple gun winds around your waist and immediately pull you back.
- The air was knocked out of your lungs as your chest met the roof and you were dragged backwards, your jacket protecting you from whatever scrapes you would otherwise have gotten from the action.
- When you were pulled back far enough, Batman grabbed your legs and flipped you over onto your back and crawled on top of you and hovered over you like some predatory animal.
- He was panting, his hot breath creating small clouds on the cold Gotham night air. You struggled and tried to roll back over to hide just how hard this whole thing made you, your face growing hot under your mask.
- You wanted to blame it on the toxin that had been spread about earlier, but you were completely immune to Jonathan’s and your own toxins and gases.
- When your mask was torn off you gasped and tried to cover your face with your hands. Sure, everyone in Gotham knew who you were, and Batman and his group had seen your face many times before, but you had grown so comfortable wearing it, that it always shook you to have it taken off.
- Your wrists were grabbed in gloved hands and torn away from your face, and before you could react lips pressed against your own. Batman’s kiss was anything but graceful, it was desperate and sloppy, and his tongue immediately pressed past your lips and wrestled with your own.
- Clenching your eyes shut you could do nothing but kiss him back, fighting not to moan as spit swapped between the both of you. The wet noises of your kissing made your hardness ache, your hips giving a twitch against his own as he sucked on your tongue.
- You were pleasantly surprised at just how good he was at kissing, and you were so taken by his lips you didn’t even notice him releasing your wrists and reaching downwards.
- It was only when you felt cold air brush against your cock that you realized. Trying to disconnect the kiss to look, you were unsuccessful as his lips followed your own and pressed you further into the roof beneath you.
- All you could feel was him moving his hands around somewhere between his legs, soon distracted as his wicked tongue brushed against the top of your mouth.
- You let out a choked noise as you felt the press of his length against your own, his skin hot to the touch and feeling like fire against your own cold body.
- Spit dribbled down the side of your face as he seemed dead set on tasting every nook and cranny of your mouth, your hands falling to the front of his suit and grasping on for dear life.
- It was good you had grabbed onto him as he soon wrapped a gloved hand about both of your lengths, his hips immediately thrusting into the grip and stimulating the both of you. His movements were quick and desperate, tiny pants and moans passing from his mouth into yours.
- Precum spilled from him like a faucet and quickly wetted his hand, making the movement slicker and even faster.
- You could barely believe what was happening as your eyes rolled under your lids and his teeth sunk into your bottom lip, his wrist twisting in skillful ways that had you wondering just how much experience Batman had.
- Moans and groans left the both of you as his hand and hips grew even quicker, his teeth sinking hard enough into you that you could taste blood. You couldn’t control your hips and started thrusting against him, your grip growing iron tight as you felt the familiar buzzing in your abdomen, the noises you made growing louder as you grew closer.
- The noise you made as you came was loud and could probably be heard all the way down on the sidewalk from the roof you were on, Batman’s hand twisting and pulling in ways that made your orgasm feel twice as long and twice as good.
- He grunted as he came, white splashes painting the front of your clothes and your softening cock, his hand rubbing it into your skin as if he was marking you.
- Letting go of the front of his suit you draped your arms over your eyes as you panted, still trying to catch up on what the hell just happened. You still hadn’t fully caught up on everything when you felt him kiss you one last time before he got up.
- Lifting your arm after a moment you saw him grapple off in another direction, his length packed away again and the man looking like he hadn’t even been affected in the first place.
- Now you really wanted to know just what Batman got up to in his civilian life. Maybe you would keep this toxin recipe, just for special occasions.

Hands in his pockets, Midoriya leans against your door jamb. He has the self awareness to look mildly abashed. That doesn’t stop him, though.
It’s become a routine of sorts. Him getting in early morning or late night, huddling up against your door until you arrive home, too. You’re not sure when he learned your schedule, or why that doesn’t bother you. You greet each other like the old grandmas upstairs, a nod, a quiet grumble about the days events. Neither of you are smiling, really. More a softening of features, your bodies losing tension at the sight of the other.
“Well, look what the cat dragged in,” you say, nudging his shoe with yours. Always some stupid turn of phrase, meaningless but pleasant. Easy.
“Are you okay?” he asks, coming to his full height. His shoulders are tilted towards you, as if he wants to fold his entire body around yours, as if he’s in the verge of it. Midoriya never looms, though you can’t think of any other way to describe it. His presence is always so unoffending and peaceful, you can’t think of him /ever/ doing something unsavory.
“Always,” you answer.
He doesn’t believe you. Not in a condescending way, just a gentle reproof, a kind touch.
You two are mutually obsessed with each other an odd, persistent need that drives you together every single day, but even that feels wrong. It’s a symbiosis of sorts; you make coffee or tea while silently scours your apartment for any trace of villainy or risk. He fixes your bathroom mirror, hangs a curtain rod you’re too short to reach. You start buying the brand of half-caf he likes.
You guys are… friends. Kind of. As much as you can be that, to someone next in line to take on the moniker of No. 1 Hero. You love him, in your strange little way. Circling each other like twin stars. How did your science teacher tell you they all end up? That’s right— drifting apart into the vacuum of space, or colliding in a fury of light and heat.
But you don’t think about that. You watch him shuffle around your apartment, a tower ghost. You drink your tea.

No one strips away Penny Polendina's humanity and 'Real Girl' status in her robotic form faster than an Ironwood anti describing her as a weapon he smuggled into Vale for clearly violent purposes who is a horrible and terrifying thing that should never have been allowed in the tournament and never should've been allowed to be made in the first place. Like damn, Penny literally asked to go to a school event, and she's a naïve teen who clearly trusts too openly and might be (and later repeatedly is) targeted for how different she is, but IW antis can't think of her as anything but a tool in their quest to demonize everything he does or says, so all her agency and wants and desires and all the very valid reasons Ironwood might want to protect her and wouldn't tell even the Inner Circle about it just go flying out the window for them. Funny that Ruby's Silver Eyes are never treated the same way as Penny's robotic status, funny that no one ever boils down Ruby’s humanity to nothing more than a weapon that the people who created her brought into the world and that Qrow smuggled over a border without telling even the rest of Oz's inner circle about her being so very different.
No one strips away Penny's humanity and real girl status faster than IW antis... Except the actual show runners themselves that expected Penny fans to accept the idea that she was only ever a weapon with no agency, and rejoice that she finally became 'human' and was able to understand hugs (which she's freely and happily given before) and said out loud that dying was the only choice she'd ever chose. So... Screw that.
Penny was always just as human as Ruby and just as real, and if people could stop using her mere existence and presence in Volumes 1-3 as a gotcha about how clearly evil Ironwood was for sneaking in a terrifying weapon that was actually a student who wanted to fecking go to the tournament, that would be great.
Like if people want to think that about Ironwood and say 'well that's how HE views her' then fine, cool, go off. The show's U turn on Ironwood in the later seasons supports that reading. But the fact is that Ironwood's early season actions aren't definitive proof of villainy and can't be used as a 'clearly he was always going to turn evil' or a ‘clearly he was always bad’ moment, because his motivations in those seasons aren't seen as corrupt until years later when the writers have already taken their U turn, and the character we DID get for Ironwood then was of a good guy. So many fans like me didn't just paint Penny as a weapon with no agency and took things like Penny saying her father was protective and that she asked to join the Vytal Tournament to mean just that. When I tell you that the first time someone told me ‘Ironwood smuggled a weapon over the border,’ I was like ‘huh?’ And I thought they meant the weapons he clearly had an expo for and was clearly allowed to bring. When they said ‘no, I meant Penny’ I felt really indignant because I never would’ve thought to call Penny Polendina a weapon, any more than I would’ve thought to call Yang or Pyrrha or Ruby nothing more than weapons. But, tbh, with the way the show went, the writers themselves treated Penny as little more than a weapon too, so I guess I can’t get too mad at the fans who follow their lead. They used Penny as extra power and a place holder Maiden and to draw in viewers, and then they upgraded her for a new model while insisting that the old one wasn’t good at all, before they promptly threw her away for cheap shocks when her usefulness was over and they no longer knew what to do with her. The writers treated Penny like Ironwood’s gun-gun.

So we all have talked about starting a relationship with Shigaraki. What do you think a relationship with him would look like years down the road?
God, anon, I started to answer this ??? ago, saved it to my drafts, and then forgot it existed. Cue me banging my head into my desk when I discovered it today.
Anyway, this is honestly a doozie of a question, because who will Shigaraki even be years down the road? He's only twenty at the start of the manga, and not even a full year has passed since the start of the canon timeline. So even if you've been together with him since the League first formed, we're still talking about a time well after he's accomplished his goals, when hero society has presumably been destroyed and the villains have been saved by their respective hero counterparts (because I agree that's obviously where the manga is headed). Who even knows what Shigaraki will be like after all that has happened?
Let's start with some of the big stuff though.
First, he'll be happier. This seems like a given--he's been working towards his goals because of anger at the heroes and the hate in his heart, and the only real path forward for him in the manga right now is to let some of that go, because that's going to be a necessary step in preventing AFO from taking him over completely. I think a big part of that journey will be not just learning to let go of the past, but also to accept what's good about the present. And his relationship with the other members in the League and, in this little scenario, with you, is really the one good thing he has. The support of people who care about him, and who understand him to a degree. Now, Shigaraki's never going to be a ray of sunshine or whatever--I expect he'll always be prone to snark and bouts of pissiness--but give him a couple years to build on some of the above developments and I think you could get a man who lives a more quietly contented life. He finds pleasure in the small things, like curling up and playing games together, or even cheesy shit he might never have done before, like bringing you flowers or cooking you dinner. I actually think he'd be likely to develop a soft spot for some of those more normal things that he was denied, once he’s in this post-destruction life.
I don't think he's ever going to be a completely normal person though. And I think I wrote about this somewhere else, but I lowkey imagine him turning to vigilantism in his post-villainy life. Not just out of a desire to play hero himself (though maybe that's a teeny tiny part of it), but because he would be distrusting of whatever new power structures are put in place. He'd see it as keeping an eye on things, as making sure that whatever comes after the society he destroyed actually does a better job of looking out for everyone. Relationship-wise, I think this means you can expect to periodically stir in the middle of the night to find him missing from the bed beside you, or to wake in the very early morning to the feel of his lip pressing against your forehead as he slips back into bed after wandering the streets for several hours.
I expect there would be more subtle changes, too. He'll talk about the future in a way he never did before, which is to say that he never used to speak of it at all save for describing his vision of that ruined horizon. But slowly and surely you'll see that change as he adjust to this new life after, will have to bite back a grin when he talks not just about tomorrow, but about next year, or when he alludes to actually growing old with you, something that used to be far too uncertain to actually hope for.
And then of course there's all the things that just come with being in relationship for years. The development of coded language that you two perfectly understand but other people don't quite get (which with Shigaraki is, I have to imagine, weird game metaphors that are only meaningful to the two of you), and the easy ways you can read each others moods and comfort each other. Where he might have once had trouble soothing you, might have been prone to simply getting irritated when he couldn't immediately solve the problem, he'll have finally figured out how to give you whatever you need without wrestling with those doubts or frustrations. I think the end result would be a much calmer relationship, on the whole, than what you’d experience early one, which I always imagine being at least a tiny bit tumultuous thanks to his personality and his ambitions.

❛ the kindness of strangers and the strangeness of everyone i know has kinda fucked with my head . ❜ || @seatedsacrifice.
The world was a cruel and wicked place at times. Anne had witnessed it firsthand when her mother had smuggled her as a child from their homeland, far away from the snow, the starvation and the suffering as fast as her legs could carry them both. She had seen it as a child when people would look at her and curl their lip like she was little more than a cat who’d brought a big juicy rat into their homes and dropped it right on their carpet. Anne had learned early on that the kindness of strangers was subject to their first impressions of her, and that it would not change no matter how much goodness she chose to push at them. Acceptance was overruled by hatred and fear in a way that had made her ashamed of where she had come from, like she could have helped it in any way.
The bandana helped. It left her brow hot, uncomfortable and sweaty, but when people couldn’t see her for who she truly was, she found that there were smiles and greetings, not scorn and words sharper than a freshly forged dagger.
Anne had never met anyone quite like them. Intelligent, kind and willing to see the best in those that they could, and to witness it in action was something entirely different. It reminded her of the brave heroes in storybooks she’d plundered off of the occasional merchant ship that had dared to cross their path in the sea. She rarely killed them unless they gave her reason to, and allowed them to sail off mostly unscathed save for the brave few who’d picked up arms to fight. They were the same sort of gallant hero that she always imagined, with a kind face and kinder actions that followed no matter what this world threw at them.
They did not hold the same bitterness that Anne did in her heart, and she wondered if that showed in how she spoke about things. About the adventure. That freedom that was paved with bloodshed and villainy. Did they see the good in her, too? Was there anything left there to cherish, underneath that anger and desire for freedom? Anne didn’t want to ask, for she feared that she would not like the answer.
Anne let out a small bark of laughter.
“Aye, that’ll happen whether you like it or not,” she replied, lips still twisted into that crooked smile of hers. It showed enough of her teeth, and mirth flowed out of her like seawater on a sinking ship. “One of the many joys of dealing with the people of the world I’m afraid. Either too quick to kindness for it to be genuine, or bitter enough that when they are kind it feels a little strange.”
She allowed a moment of silence to hover between the two, and turned her eyes to the busyness of the world in front of them. Merchants peddling their wares, civilians haggling and others bustling to finish their chores so they could escape the snap and bite of the cold that nipped their noses a cherry red. Funny, she felt perfectly at home in the cold.
“Say, Ophir, what do you think of the Garleans? Not the militant ones, like, but the civilians. The ones who don’t fight in their wars and instead try to simple be?”
#seatedsacrifice#[ anne bonny. ] you're out there runnin' just to be on the run.#[ anne bonny / prose. ] you got outlaw blood & a restless weary soul.#[ anne bonny / v: unknown ] you might as well have not come home at all.#only for her to fall in love with a sailor and mosey off to seek her own fortune B>#i got carried away with this#left it open in case you wanted to reply ;D

Sorry for late upload. And the messy summary. English is not my native language so yeah- This is just an AU Idea. But a Mashed up AU of Hero! AFO and Citizen! AFO (Retired from Villainy)
Summary:
Long Story Short, There are Two AFO existing in one world and they pretty much always had the situation of a Cat and mouse game since the two is fighting all over the centuries but all fought had been a draw because the two had outstanding strength and intelligence even having the different fighting style and traits. But they formed some sort of friendship all over the years of fighting.
One day, The Hero had a Side conquest with his Hero Subordinates to raid the Shie Hassakai's manor because of the rumored drug item that has been forming by none other than the Yakuza's group themselves. To get to know and been confirmed, The Hero made an advance movement and look at the Hassakai's manor.
On the counterpart, The villain was interested about the rumors and decided to go on his little quest alone. Infiltrating the Hassakai also in the same day of the raid, The villain stumbled upon a wrong moment. When he's already infiltrated the Underground facility and saw his other him. Which is the hero being aimed by a masked doctor villain with a gun. and it's unbeknownst to him that the cancelling quirk Item is stored in the gun. He tried to block his counterpart and managed to catch the bullet.
But it cost on a large prize, He went into a coma as his body not functioning same with his mind. His core quirk and arsenal became too short storage making his stored quirk we're unable to be contained, Making him have a brain damage/ hemorrhage like the Nomu they made with the Doctor. Ordinary humans can't handle many quirks and now main core quirk had been cancelled. He went into a deep full sleep
The Hero was shock from what happened. He didn't know that this Villain would save his life when in the early days they had been bickering for years. And so on. But the hero had an Idea and took the Villain in. Took care of him and managed to have permission to the Hero Committee. It took years for him to find a solution to make the Villain recover. But of course. He took all the quirk that the Villain has stored to his arsenal.
After a long search for a solution. The child named Eri that been rescued to the Hassakai's raid and she's been found and met by The Hero, And managed to borrow the young lady's quirk to recover the Villain's consciousness. Proceeding to the procedure, The Hero uses the quirk after all the train he has to control the Reversal quirk. And then....
Finally the Villain's eyes opened with a wild glimmer of Silver grey eyes. The Hero notice his eye color change indicating that the quirk is not passive anymore or currently activated. The Villain look into the Hero's eyes but paused. And unbeknownst to the Hero that the Villain didn't remember him so The villain asked on who is he. And the Hero already had an Idea that the Villain took a great damage and had an amnesia. Not remembering anything....
And so on, The hero managed everything, And made a full lies to the government and the citizens that he has a sibling. And he's referring to the Villain. He took in the villain and made a Hidden manipulation to the villain, Saying they are relative. A sibling. A twin. Unbeknownst to the Villain, He took the information well and decided to follow the Hero's command. Without knowing the Full story.... After all, He never knew what happened. and who he was.....
[Present Day]
The retired Villain is standby and living on a normal average apartment and gained his citizenship in Masutafu thanks to The Hero. It all became peaceful and well. No one did suspect a thing because of his cleverness. He'd take a necessary chance to 'dispose' who'd know the information about his "Twin" But after the years of chaos and suffering. They had finally reunited. Not through fought and chasing. But a peaceful gathering.
"Nii-san. I found a useful quirks that will benefit you in your work. Here's the list. I've been searching more about the hospital's lost casualties. And I've been marking and listing them. I hope you find it useful."
The said white haired man. Saying to his... Older brother as he showed the list. The Hero remained a soft grin.
'It has been a peaceful day.... No one will ever know the truth.'
That's his last thought upon taking the quirk list , from his 'dear twin' as he took the paper and started conversing about the quirks and Ideas that the amnesiac man seems to like every time when talking to quirks. And so on, Their laughter and interested tone to topics echoes the room rather cozy and peaceful....
