Understatement: Han Jisung is a clingy boyfriend.

He’s whiny and soft and putty, always sporting a pout on his face. Mostly because he knows you can’t deny him when he looks at you like that.

He’s used it multiple times—when he wants the last piece of cake, when you get upset, when he makes menial mistakes, when he wants you on his lap to kiss you silly.

It’s straight manipulation, the way he easily coaxes you into the things he wants to do just by a simple gaze, but you’re determined not to let his puffed out cheeks and jutted lips get to you.

At least not today, seated on your desk at ass o’clock in the evening to finish an essay you have due as Jisung lays on your bed, doe-eyed and staring at your back that’s turned to him.

“Babyyyyy.” He whines, drawling out the last syllable of the word to try and get your attention.

While he loves his view right now, of his pretty partner in front of him with your eyes focused on your laptop screen and your pretty dainty hands typing away at the keyboard, Jisung is still Jisung. And who was he if not your clingy boyfriend?

Though, you dismiss his pleas, back still faced to him as you continue to type the finishing sentences of your essay.

“‘M almost done. Give me 10 more minutes.” You mumble, eyes never leaving the screen. You’ve said the same thing ten minutes ago, and the same even before that.

Jisung grumbles, though good-naturedly. He moves from his spot ever-so-slightly, inching towards the end of the bed so he’s closer to you. “Pretty girl.”

Pure and evil manipulation.

He’s pushed himself off of your bed now, hovering behind you and gripping each side of your chair with his hands. Jisung leans down, resting his chin on your shoulder as he stares at the paragraphs littering your Google Docs. Nothing really sticks, though.

Han isn’t any bit shy about checking you out instead.

Your mouth is parted a little as you concentrate on your essay, and it’s torture to your boyfriend. You’re putting him through torture by focusing on your homework instead of paying attention to him.

“Spend time with me.”

He kisses into your clothed shoulder, inching towards the skin of your neck. “You know, kissing can actually help your brain. It’s—” Another kiss on your clavicle. “It’s scientifically proven.”

“I highly doubt that, Ji.” is what you can muster to reply to him as he’s midway forming a hickey on your collarbone, sinking his teeth and sucking a little.

“Wanna try it out? Then you’ll know I’m right.” His eyes are on your lips only, tongue darting over his own as he whispers lowly in your ear.

Your breath holds tight at his warm breath fanning your face and how his hair tickles your cheeks, and you’re puzzled whether to give in or not.

A quick glance on your desk’s clock will tell you that you still have two hours before you have to submit your assignment. You suppose you could spare your impatient boyfriend some time. Besides, you’re very close to finishing it – only needing to finalize the conclusion before you’ll be done.

“Please?” He adds, lips detaching from your skin when you spin your chair around to face him instead of the laptop he’s now deemed an archnemesis.

You caught him glaring at it earlier, eyes furrowed and mumbling something about how it was stealing his baby. Now, you were finally facing him.

“Spend time with me, not that stupid laptop.”

He’s smiling now, leaning forward and pulling you out of your chair in favor of letting you crash into his arms instead. He picks you up so easily that it makes your eyes dart down to his arms. It makes your boyfriend smirk.

It’s food to his ego, giving him validation for the hours he spends at the gym with Changbin and Chan.

Jisung is first to sit down on your bed, pulling you down with him so that you’re sitting on his lap and straddling him. His hands move so easily too, sliding down from around your upper body to place them firmly on your hips.

“I wasn’t done.” You grumble, lips poked out as you plant your own hands flat on his chest.

“I’m going to die if you don’t kiss me right now.” When you laugh at his exaggeration, his own face morphs into a smile of adoration, apples of his cheeks prominent as he stares at your crescent eyes.

And just like that, he pulls you to his lips. He feels so close like this, chest against yours that you can almost hear his heartbeat if not for your own thumping loudly against your ear. You can feel his arms tighten around you, fingers playing with the ends of your shirt and head tilting so he can kiss you harder, deeper.

He’s a little messy, feverish, as if he’d been denied your lips for weeks before this moment.

“Have to finish my essay—” Jisung’s lips trail down your neck to let you catch your breath, tongue lapping over the hickey he’d formed earlier before kissing up your jaw. “Deadline’s in two hours and—” You tilt your head back to give him more space.

“Baby.” He whines, peeling himself away from your skin for a moment so he can press a kiss on your nose. “Don’t wanna hear you talk about homework when I’m kissing you like this.” It makes you laugh when he pouts at you before reattaching his lips on your skin.

“Mmm, sorry.” You mumble, and he places a sweet kiss behind your ear.

“Give me another kiss and consider it forgotten.” He utters from where he’s kissing you, pulling away to gauge your response, to see if you’ll kiss him again. You do.

And it goes on like that for a little while longer. He has always been tactical to get the things that he wants. It’s unfair because he wants you all the time.

You end up finishing your homework ten minutes before the deadline.

Pico and Nene roleswap, babyyyyy-

(not a skin or "thing that will be finished" I was playing around with the FLAs for fun)

Ever since I made that one edit of changing pico and bf to nene and gf, I've had that idea in my brain for SOOOO long it's getting crazy, so I decided I'm just gonna dump the headcanon story of "what if Pico and Nene swapped their roles in FNF" to see if I can FINALLY get it out of my system:

So instead of Pico being the one to show up in Week 3, it's Nene. Assuming she was the one to find BF first instead of Pico.

The cutscene will have her actually try to kill BF, throwing knives at him while he runs for his life, maybe get like one hit on Nene by accident (because he's an idiot)

Then GF shows up and ig she levitates Nene with her power or smt. They recognize each other, kinda like how Pico and BF are exes. (Idk if Nene would be GF's ex, I'm just thinking of a reason why Nene wouldn't just kill GF, I'm trying over here-)

Anyway, GF with either her demon powers or the assumed/uncertain connection she has with Nene, convinces the knife-nut psycho to either sing against her or against BF. Probably BF since I really doubt GF will ever be playable (or useful in general, big oof) in the base game.

In Week 7, things play out as they usually do, Ugh and Guns stay the same. Then instead of Pico showing up to save the doofuses, it's Nene. She just starts throwing knives at the tankmen and cutting off their head, never running out of knives because of cartoon logic lmao. She's gleefully killing people, that's the important part, she'd be enjoying it WAY too much.

Like in Week 3, Nene is the one who finds the idiots first (since Pico and the gang were sent to confirm that BF is dead). Basing this on that one PhantomArcade preview comic of Week 7 (look in the wiki if you don't know what it is), Nene just gets sick of dealing with Pico and Darnell and just goes "screw it imma go look for 'em by myself".

And then finally Weekend 1 happens. Nene fumbled the bag TWICE and now Pico and Darnell are after her. If Pico was the oponent, it'd probably be something like "block his bullets with your knife". And to end it all... idk, maybe she gives him a note at the end that says: "sorry for screwing up the mission, if you let me live I'll give you p**ssy :3"

Kinda like a reference to the note Pico gets in "Pico vs Convict". And also cuz idk how this would be resolved.

Welcome to Day 3 of Flufftober, where I get to talk about one of my favorite poly ships in all of media—DanCaeMarch! Or the Astral Family, I guess? 🤔

I wanted this prompt to have something to do with clothing, so who better to have the spotlight then honorary trash panda himself—Caelus! 🐼 Enjoy!

Caelus was an unapologetic sweater snatcher.

Based on his distinct hobby of diving headfirst into trash cans within a five mile radius of him in hopes of searching for treasure, this shouldn't come up as a surprise.

In his defense, he didn't do it on purpose at first! If anyone was to blame, it would have to be Dan Heng for introducing him to the world of sharing clothes with your partner. After a particularly chilly sparring session with Yanqing—those icicle swords were no joke—, Dan Heng offered his coat to Caelus once he noticed the gray haired male was shivering.

“You can give it back to me once we're on the Express.” Those were the words uttered from his raven haired boyfriend, and so the trailblazer left it at that.

Except he never actually gave it back.

Dan Heng never said anything either, so that was more than enough for Caelus to keep that little secret to himself.

March 7th didn't make it easier on him, either.

The bubbly girl in their trio of a relationship rarely wore anything to cover herself—be it through sunny skies or stormy weathers, March always put her outfit as a number one priority. If she ever added something to her one-piece pastel/floral combo, it was only because it looked good.

Hence her being over the moon with a fuzzy sweater Natasha had given her during their next visit to Belobog.

“Check it out, you guys! No one can deny who's the cutest trailblazer on the Express now!” March was twirling and taking selfies left, right and center with her new fit, all the while bringing her boys to different places across Belobog for the entire day. It was incredibly exhausting, but neither of them had the heart to voice their protests aloud.

After their visit however, Caelus couldn't help but wonder how comfortable the sweater actually was. Stealing it was a strong word, so that wasn't it. He'd call it… borrowing.

Just like he'd borrowed Dan Heng's coat!

… and forgot to return it.

“It's not weird to want to snuggle with my partner's clothes after a long day of work, is it? Of course not, no way!” Caelus mused to himself while holding both pieces—one on each hand—above his head.

The Astral Express had just come back from a short visit to Herta's Space Station for more testing on the Simulated Universe, and the silver haired male wanted nothing more than to crash in his room with the two most important people in his life beside him.

But since Dan Heng was busy going through security checks with Arlan and March had a prior engagement with Himeko, he was all alone aboard the train. And so, their garments became his sole source of comfort while they weren't with him.

Caelus didn't have many things to call his own—a home planet, memories of a life before becoming a trailblazer, or even the answers to who, or what, he was—except for one constant truth: the Astral Express.

The people in it had become his family, and most importantly of all, his lifeline.

When there was ever any doubt, March and Dan Heng were the reason he kept going.

“God, I'm turning into such a sap…” With a long sigh, Caelus let his mind wander onto the softness of the fabrics between his fingers, relishing in the faint and subtle scents emanating from each of them as they corresponded to their owner.

Dan Heng always had a rich, earthy smell to him that Caelus could never really describe with anything other than pinecones and mirth. It was strange considering the young man barely spent time outside unless it was required for w mission, but it suited him somehow, especially now that he knew of his Vidyadhara heritage.

March was much less complicated. Sweet just like her, and with hints of peppermint that left his heart feeling warm and fuzzy despite what nature would make him think. It was a scent that reminded him of bright smiles and warm hugs and home. A content sigh escaped Caelus’ lips.

Great Akivili, he had it bad.

“There he is! Told you we'd find the little thief in here, Dan Heng!”

Caelus’ eyes flew open at the unmistakable voice of his girlfriend, calling from just outside his now wide open bedroom door. As he turned, he could see the girl pointing an accusing finger in his direction, a pout on her lips that he couldn't help but want to kiss away. Had to hold on to the intrusive thoughts for now, though.

Dan Heng stood beside her, looking as unimpressed as ever, but with a hint of amusement hidden somewhere in his dark forest eyes. He crossed his arms as he gave Caelus a look over. “Is there anything you'd like to share with the class?”

Caelus looked from one side to the other, eyes wide and most definitely looking like what others described as a ‘deer caught in headlights’. He shrugged with a sheepish smile. “Y-You guys came back early! I thought you had plans and stuff…”

March stomped from her position in the doorway, now entering Caelus’ room. After sitting down next to him on the bed, she jabbed a finger right at his chest with a look of annoyance across her face. “I was talking to Himeko about our next trip to Belobog, and then she brought up that she saw you sneaking out of my room with my favorite sweater!”

Oof. Outed by Himeko. The worst kind of betrayal.

The girl then proceeded to reach for the garment, holding her against her chest. “I've been looking everywhere for this! I was gonna show it off to Bronya the other day but couldn't find it anywhere! I figured Dan Heng or Mr. Yang must have put it in the dirty laundry by mistake, but then this guy told me he was missing one of his coats, too!”

Caelus’ gaze then shifted to Dan Heng, the slight pink in his cheeks almost impossible to subside any longer. “I, um… I-I didn't—”

“I didn't mind you keeping it. It's not like I don't have others.” The raven smiled at him slightly with an underlying fondness reserved for him and March. “I just thought that you'd give it back in your own time.”

“Wait, all this time you knew?” March's response came laced with confusion rather than annoyance. And Caelus couldn't help but feel the same. “W-Why didn't you say anything?”

Dan Heng merely shrugged. “Like I said, I thought you'd give it back in your own time. I too have fondness for the things you lend me from time to time… even if they're a little too worn for my liking.”

The trailblazer's eyebrows furrowed for a moment, only for images of him lending the Vidyadhara small things like his jacket, phone and other miscellaneous items started crossing his mind. He smiled sheepishly at the thought. It didn't happen often, but he liked sharing things with Dan Heng. Maybe this was the raven's way of saying he liked doing that too.

“Aww wait a minute! Does that mean you got to wear Caelus’ jacket?” March spoke once more, the pout returning to her lips once more as she crossed her arms in the cutest attempt at a tantrum the trailblazer had ever seen. “No fair, I wanna wear it too! Even if it is all stinky and sweaty like Caelus is…”

“Hey!” Caelus jokingly shoved against her, enveloping her entire frame in his arms with a goofy grin on his face. “I'll have you know I smell as delicate as roses! Argenti said so last time we spoke!”

March's giggles bounced across the room while she tried to escape his grasp with no avail. “Ew, he definitely did not! And if you heard that then you need to get your ears checked!”

As their giggles mixed together in the comfort of the dimly lit room, Dan Heng sneakily took a seat on the empty spot next to Caelus, wrapping an arm around the duo with another smile grazing his lips. “Himeko and Mr. Yang are still talking over some business with Asta. They might be a while. Mind if we join you?”

The gray haired male's pulse began to race as his cheeks tinted pink once more. The smile that followed after was completely unavoidable and almost felt like second nature. Everything felt like that when he was with these two. “I'd really like that… I was planning for a lonely evening anyways, hehe…”

“You dummy.” March spoke once more, still trapped within the confines of Caelus’ arms, but this time leaning upwards to give him a kiss on the tip of his nose. A pleasant chill ran across his spine. “If you wanted to cuddle, you just had to ask! No need to go around like some raccoon stealing our clothes. You're already a trash panda, anyways…”

“Hey!”

“What I'm trying to say is that we want to be here with you! We love you!” The statement was so clear and without hesitation, almost as if saying something as simple as ‘the sky is blue’. Yet March never ceased to amaze him with her bluntness.

And as Dan Heng nuzzled his chin against the top of his head, Caelus knew he felt the same.

Nothing else mattered—only them three as they eventually slept into the comfort of the night, knowing that no matter what the path of Akivili had in store for them, as long as they had each other, they could walk it without fear.

And if Himeko and Mr. Yang found them later and took a few pictures like the proud parents they were (despite Pom-Pom's insistence that ‘them being in the same room like this was inappropriate’), well, that was something they'd keep to themselves.

Only TMNT right now! Mainly Rise. I used to write MHA, I did one for FNAF Security Breach and Voltron.

Hands down, Mama Bear. I gave those turtles no Kraang, a living Karai, boyfriends and girlfriends, you name it.

One where sister krang escaped and started grabbing the turtles to destroy humanity. I saw someone else writing something similar and stopped lol. The concept turned into the mask fic!

Writing characters as canon as possible, dialogue, tying together concepts in a neat little bow at the end, humor I’ve been told, and hurt/comfort!

Describing what things and or people look like. I forget all the time and it can make it confusing.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I did it a few times, I always add a translation, but it’s probably easier just to mention that something is in a different language.

8. Do you get hate on fics? No, I’ve been very lucky on ao3! I did one time like 10 years ago on fanfic.net and that wasn’t fun. I just sometimes get demands for updates which isn’t “hate” but I would appreciate some patience sometimes…

9. Do you write smut? I dabble on occasion! I definitely don’t feel confident in that department yet so it’s something that I’m still working on.

I really don't know! Like I said, I write happy endings, so I guess maybe The Second Hand Unwinds because they're both just so relieved to see each other?

ANYWAYS, AHEM

YES. ANON. PLZ, YES. So first off, one of Syntax's love languages IS gifts to begin with, so he'll treasure anything you give him no matter what (take the friendship bracelet in Heartstrings for example. Tacky, isn't his style, but he wears it almost constantly). But secretly, in the deepest, darkest corners of his desires, he'd really like something like a plushie I suppose. I can also imagine him wanting programming tools or things that would help him in the technological aspects of his life. But yes, plushies would NOT be turned down.

And sure! I know in Heartstrings I've made it clear that Syntax can cook with INSTRUCTIONS, of course. He can cook food as long as there's a set list of how to prep it, just like there's a set procedure to program, and also set scientific variables. He's not good with going rogue, to put it blandly (unless it's USING those set variables to create something.) But yea, put him in the kitchen and ask him to create something, he won't JUST explode your toaster, no sir.

He's actually come to terms with the nerdy nicknames. It tells him that people know he's smart, that they're aware of his abilities. He actually wouldn't mind it if people underestimated him, because it's easier to impress and surpass them that way.

Take canon Syntax for example. In the Sleep Bug episode, he was keen on not fighting MK head on, instead using cleverly worded insults to give a punch, but not too much.

MK assumed that Syntax was just another spider demon, and also one who was unwilling to take him on. Assuming Syntax was scared.

But ho boy.

Syntax preferred it this way. He preferred to have MK underestimate him because now, when MK had to face off the spider gang, Syntax had already taken over half the city with HIS tech gadgets, HIS weaponized machinery. The people were rendered helpless zombies because of Syntax's creations, and it was only due to godly forces outside of Syntax's control that his operation went sideways.

He was the backbone of the entire operation.

He knows his self worth and will only doubt himself if the people he cares about make clear any complaints or faults in his character. Which normally never happens, but ever since you came along . . . well.

AND YES. PETS. Okay Syntax does neglect himself far too much to even consider the fact that he might be very adept at taking care of other people (turns out, he is, for the most part). But animals??

Dude's only companions back when he was a kid were animals (kids didn't want to hang out with someone who tested them on the table of elements and what an atomic bomb is composed of). I can totally imagine him having a pet iguana and naming it Johnny. Sure, his social skills were not the best, but having a pet at that age taught him how to properly nurture others and care for them. Also sensing if something is wrong (something that was only heightened by the spider venom). Cause like, how hard would it have been to tell if an iguana was sick or not. Syntax must've trained himself to notice the little things.

And YES. But like, only if it's someone he cares about or has feelings for.

If a random person or a coworker complimented his tech skills, he'd brush it off pompously like "Yes, I know. Now get back to work."

Inside, it's a little ego boost.

Said ego boost only increases if the compliment came from someone like you. Dude would easily get flustered and try to hide it, but you find it absolutely adorable!

DUDE DUDE DUDE. Syntax is TOUCHED STARVED. I REPEAT. Physical contact is foreign but he's secretly desperate for it. Sure it's strange and new and scary and he might shy away the first time, but if you're patient and take small steps, he'll learn to embrace it (like, full on sweep you off your feet, take you to the couch, and refuse to let you go for at least three minutes. He likes the things you talk about when it's quiet.)

muscle memory... its like. my singular angsty fic. the ending is nice and hopeful right up until i shatter it with a hammer but it Had to be done. its simply how it is.

i think all the other ones!! possibly no poor substitute or treat with care because they both end on an "oh this is a New Relationship now" while something borrowed and tip of the tongue are both more like. we were already hooking up but i guess its serious now.

i have consulted the gang and i have been told that i am good at tying the physical and emotional together (which is something i do Deliberately try to do as much as i can) and that i am very meticulous with what words i choose to use to carry a mood

DIALOGUE GOOD GOD. every single bit of dialogue ive ever written has been like pulling teeth. the thing is i dont know how to talk like a human person and i dont know how human people talk so it is my worst nightmare. one of my eternal wips is one i started and got like 3k words into before realizing that the dialogue would have to do the heavy lifting for the rest of the fic and then i was like "oh god damn it im an idiot arent i". also sentence structure that isnt subject-verb-object. but im kind of leaning into it tbh.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

my honest to be honest opinion is just. write the dialogue in english and if you NEED to specify what language the character is speaking just be like "he says in [language]" UNLESS the pov character doesnt understand what theyre saying. literally simple as that.

f1 baby!!! this is literally the first fandom that has broken through the barrier in my brain thats kept me from writing fic my entire life. not even amc's the terror 2018 could do that.

AMIRA BABYYY <333 GREAT CHOICES OMGGG knock knock (who’s there?) : was it easy for you to confess your feelings for each other? WOOF this question. SOOOO in mainline canon, the confession happened like right before the end of the entire series. It took both of us forever, because we both doubted each other's feelings, and it was a lot of *physically recognizing we wanted to be together and protecting each other and being there for one another*, but no saying it out loud. We were both too scared to, and then it happened. In mainline, we jump right into marriage, since that's just how it was! But in Modern!AU, we confessed after months and months of spending every waking moment together, and we ended up choosing the same time to do it so we were both really awkward gremlins about it! Then the dating and THEN the marriage. Confessing was hard in both runs, because we both are the way we are FIOUHASD

nightmare : do either of you have nightmares? how do you comfort each other after? LOVE this question as a chronic nightmare haver! I used to have very pleasant dreams every single night with the occasional nightmare, but nowadays as of maybe...a year or so now I've been only having nightmares every single night. I know it's all due to stress n whatever but they're there, every night. Giyuu is great at comforting me after a nightmare, since all I really need in the frightening moments of waking up from them is to be held and to be told that it's okay. Sometimes I wake up in terror, other times I'll have my full sleep cycle during one long nightmare and wake up as normal, only I'm jarred from said nightmare. Giyuu will just help me get my mind off of it, start our days off better than usual if the nightmare was particularly bad. I'm mostly just lucky if I can forget it before I'm fully awake usually! Giyuu has his fair share of nightmares, if he's not dreaming, he's having them. But most nights he wont have any dreams that he can remember. He almost never tells me what his nightmares are about, unless it's especially bad, in which I'll just talk him through it and comfort him until he goes back to bed. I'll make sure to hold him close and run my fingers through his hair, that usually helps him the most. We both really are a huge help when it comes to having nightmares, since we both have PLENTY of them to go around. Before we were together, we just kind of had to suffer in silence and cope alone, but it's much better now that we have each other, thankfully!
