Who put the entire charmony dove copypasta in my poll come out rn
#shit was funny as fuck tho#show yourself#One day#after dinner#while my younger sister and I were lounging about in Mr. Gopher Wood's yard#we spotted a fledgling Charmony Dove all on its own. That baby bird was tiny#it didn't even have all of its feathers#and it couldn't sing. When we found it#it was already on its last breath#having fallen into a shrub — probably abandoned by its parents. We decided to build a nest for it right there and then. However#thinking back#that winter was unusually cold#with fierce winds at night in the yard#not to mention the many poisonous bugs and wild beasts in the vicinity... It was clear that if we left the fledgling in the yard#it stood no chance of surviving until spring. So#I suggested we take it inside#place it on the shelf by the window#and asked the adults to fashion a cage for it. We decided that when it regained its strength enough to spread its wings#we would release it back into the wild. The tragic part — something that we'd never considered — was that this bird's fate had already been#I pass the power of choice to you all. Faced with this situation#what choice would you make? Stick to the original plan#and build a nest with soft net where the Charmony Dove fell? Or build a cage for it#and feed it#giving it the utmost care from within the warmth of a home? I eagerly await your answer.

blamore having to wear things like back-less shirts / lower - cut tops and just items of clothing that will allow him SOME sort of free range of movement for his tail in general + will actually not constrict his rib cage may just make him a fashion icon y'all... sorry, i don't make the rules ( nah i'm just joking around with you guys LOL... mostly )
#IT WAS PROBABLY NOTHING BUT IT FELT LIKE THE WORLD: musings.#MAN IS BOUND TO LIE ABOUT HIMSELF: headcanons.#and he also wears cut-off shirts that may have like. rips in them or netting in the front of them due to the fact that one of the-#downsides of his transformation that is more like a minor inconvenience than anything is that he can no longer wear a lot of-#materials and so he kinddd of has to either make his own clothes or get a special tailor to make them for him? so yeahhh BUT he can also-#wear like loose clothing if he wants to completely cover up his rib cage for some reason. though no matter what he HAS to have some sort of#free range of movement for his tail bc it gets very irritated and stiff if it's like stuck in one position for too long / bound in some way#so that's why he has a habit of wearing partial / cut-off shirts and stuff bc he values comfort a LOT + this may have some implications-#behind it if/whenever he's imprisoned because you already know most people are NOT going to risk him having even partial rein-#over it's tail so they would make it so that he can't move it and wouldn't give a shit if it was uncomfy / eventually painful for him.#though blamore would CERTAINLY care and at least try to lash out at whoever's keeping him locked up (which coulddd theoretically be-#arkham since they do have special containment cells for those like Killer Croc and Man-Bat) but they would really have to limit his movemen#because trust me when i say if you allow it to still practice it's bone-manipulation then he is going to be planning each and EVERY-#person's decimation who put him there so... yeah. that's lovely ain't it y'all JSJSJ LMAO but again being compassionate towards patients-#/ inmates in arkham is something that DESPERATELY needs to be practiced though it's certainly missing most of the time from-#the place unfortunately.

So did Dr. Gaul just not want any winner for the 10th Hunger Games and that’s why she released her snakes into the arena, knowing they’d kill everything with an “unfriendly” scent or was that another test for Coriolanus. If it was a test and he failed, what was her plan for the Hunger Games winner?
#the ballad of songbirds and snakes#the hunger games#listen i know that there’s an ‘antidote’ if that’s what you want to call it#but every tribute was bitten by multiple snakes multiple times#and it didn’t look like there was anyone waiting to rush in to save the one who only got bit a few times#i assume based on what katniss has said and the whole thing with the double suicide = no winner#that they NEED a winner and that they’re willing to pull out the#tribute who lasted a few seconds longer than the others (ie when the competitors froze to death)#but i don’t actually see how they could have pulled it off in this instance#i’m rereading the book#maybe i’m forgetting something critical and dr gaul calls her snakes to her with a whistle like dogs or something idk#that brings up another interesting thought about the mutts and how long it took to learn to control them#particularly across various species#particularly since the birds had to be hand-caught via nets and couldn’t just be whistled back into a cage#AU where coriolanus just lets lucy grey die in the arena#au number two where dr gaul’s snakes get loose in the capitol and start killing citizens

Though Aisling is based off of a selkie, she is Kamen Rider Selkie after all, and thus a seal…if Aisling had to be an animal she would be a very lonely sort of cat. This poor wet thing you see by the waves at a dock, wondering if she’ll jump in…or came out of those waves clinging to life itself.
10.) what are some of your s/i's major skills?
Sewing and knitting is what Aisling does best. She had aspirations to be a fashion designer and she does make her own dresses as a way to pass time but other than that…Miho is teaching her how to stab someone and thus, she knows how to throw knives. Other than that…swimming?

I remember that one of Toothless' plasma blasts can decimate an entire ship... but it got me thinking about Gold Rush. The dragon-proof ships. When they were trying to break the Riders out it was the fire of 2 Gronckles and a Razorwhip.
But it makes me wonder if those ships had been placed more into the game. How would Toothless' blasts fare against them? Or would his cause the same damage as the other dragons by searing away the wood?
