What is your favorite Minecraft block. It might be the obvious but I still want to know

oh i have many but calcite and gilded blackstone come to mind instantly. i like the sound calcite makes when you mine it and also the fact that amethyst is always nearby. and i like gilded blackstone for the way it looks. and also sea lanterns. another pretty light source.

This might be a weird question, but do you have any favorite blocks in minecraft? (Is that a thing people have? Just me? Okay.)

Anyway it could be based on anything. Whether you like to use it to build, or you like the sound it makes when you walk on it, or just cuz it's pretty (though you use texture packs so idk).

when i was younger i loved any quartz blocks because they were pretty and white. i made a test chamber like school in a superflat world on pocket edition years ago listening to Hello Kitty by Avril Lavigne. don't ask how i remember that.

now i would say my favorite minecraft blocks would be: (not in any order btw and i know i love more!!)

Beacons: because of the pretty sound. and i like how it looks without the beam.

Glass: it's pretty, i love making glass domes.

Honey & Slime blocks: funny windows.

Hoppers: i remember when they came out, just fond memories.

Mossy Cobblestone: reminds me of old parkour videos.

The Mushroom blocks: i care them

Brick blocks: reminds me of my very first minecraft world.

Soul Fire blocks: prettttttyyyy

Birch blanks: i just think it's neat.

Quartz blocks: yeah i still love those funky blocks

Vines: the ones you find in jungles.

Ice blocks: nether castle on the ice lake my beloved, o7.

Enchantment Table: god.. i always loved this block.

Ingot blocks: !!!!! cubes of wealth!!

Netherrack: in my texture pack it's very pretty, bright, and light red!

Amethyst blocks: IT SOUNDS LIKE MUSIC WHEN YOU WALK ON IT!!

bonus: Green wools and jungle wood: my brother made me a creeper house and a treehouse in our old survival world. i miss those times.

JUST FOUND OUT GLOWING OBSIDIAN EXISTS????? ITS SO PRETTY.. GRRR BEDROCK MINECRAFT

anyways this made me cry??? i miss those old times, damn i wish i was a kid again.. god damn it why was my childhood stolen from me?
