YAAAAYYY!! I finally finished them! Don’t worry, I’m trying to get Geno’s dragon done, but I’m out of ideas.

Anyways, Top dragon is Goth and the Bottom one is Reaper. I really liked working on them, they were so fun to make. Just so people can know, I put small easter eggs in both of the images. You find both of them, I’ll take a drawing request.

Happy birthday Undertale!!! So happy another year and the community is still on! I hope we will keep celebrating your birthdays every year so this game will forever be in our hearts!!

I know I was late to the community, but when i arrived, it changed my way to look at things completely, and it inspired me to do more art than I thought I can make. And for that, I would like to say thank you. Some people’s jobs are based on the community like YouTube or tumblr. I think they think the same. I didn’t had the time to make something better, but I think it’s enough for this year. Next year, I’ll make something better, and more improved, I hope.

So happy birthday Undertale, and stay creative, stay alive, and stay DETERMINED!!!

Temperature part 4: A Freckle of Hope

(Disclaimer: the end of this part is very graphic and violent, you have been warned.)

First part

Palette had been flying through the air, a warm smile spread across his face despite the pain in his hand from the prior night. He had stayed up late drawing and it ended up making his hand begin to cramp. He didn’t mind it however, he just landed in the soft grass in front of the clearing. Yesterday, he had met a small Coldblood, named Goth. Despite the reputation they had in the Hotlands, he talked with him, finding that there had been some misconceptions about their reputation. They weren’t all bad, some were just scared and confused. He sighed softly as he wove around the off-colored trees around the small clearing. Palette’s previous smile faltered slightly as he realized Goth hadn’t been there. He sighed again and sat in the grass.    Goth had run into the clearing after about a minute, panting lightly. “I’m s-sorry!” Goth yelled as he entered the clearing.    “For what?” Palette cocked his head to the side, much like a puppy would.    “I was l-late…” Goth whimpered as he walked closer to Palette, his cloak waving around a bit in the breeze. Palette giggled softly and smiled.    “It’s alright! No one’s perfect!” He patted the spot next to him, motioning for Goth to take a seat. Goth didn’t understand what Palette wanted, so he ended up standing in front of him idly. “Goth? Aren’t you gonna sit down?” Palette asked.    “I’m supposed to?” Goth responded, confused.    “Well, what do you think this means?” Palette giggled and patted the ground once again, looking up at Goth expectantly.    “U-Uhm...” Goth fidgeted with his hands and Palette rolled his eyes. Palette then promptly pulled him down onto the grass, making him squeak. Palette smiled lightly and then handed Goth the paper he was holding. “What’s t-this?” Goth asked and scanned the paper.    “Well, yesterday I was looking around for inspiration and you happened to be it!” Palette laughed sheepishly. Goth immediately blushed at his comment. He looked back at the picture, which was beautifully done. It and ominous yet calm demeanor to it. It was perfectly colored and shaded, which made Goth feel like he wasn’t worthy to be holding something such as this. Goth was ripped out of his thoughts when Palette began to speak. “Dang it!” Palette exclaimed, gazing at the picture from over Goth’s shoulder. “I forgot your freckles!” Palette huffed, feeling disappointed he forgot the small flecks.    “I’m g-glad you did honestly,” Goth said softly, smiling sadly.    “Why exactly?” Palette started. “Or, would you not want to say?”    “I’d rather not talk about it,” Goth stated, sighing softly as he tried to hand the paper back to Palette, but Palette just pushed it back to him.    “I want you to keep it!” Palette said with a sweet smile.    “P-Palette I can’t…” Goth whimpered. “Something bad will happen, I’m sure of it.” Palette sighed and hesitantly took the paper back, resisting the urge to convince Goth to keep the paper.    “If you insist.” A moment of silence fell over the two and they looked away from each other. After a bit, Goth had plucked a feather from one of his wings, hissing softly from the small dosage of pain. He then promptly started to scratch at the dirt with his foot, the bottom of his slipper getting dirty. Once Goth removed his foot, there was a clear spot in the dirt. He then took the feather in his hand, much like a pencil, and begun to write in the spot he cleared. “Does one deserve to be judged on the small speckled flaws of their character? Or does one deserve judgment on themselves as a whole being?” He wrote, smiling a bit as his surprisingly fancy writing was scratched out into the dirt.    Palette had looked over at the short sentence and smiled. “Your handwriting is very pretty,” Palette said. “Did you take this from a book or something?”    “No, I usually make these up myself,” Goth responded. “And thanks, it took me a while to learn how to do script. Eventually, it just kind of stuck with me.” Goth smiled up at Palette.    “Do you write often?” Palette asked.    “As often as I can,” Goth sighed softly and held his forearms. “I honestly wish I had more time to. I mean, I could do it in school, since no one does anything, but I’d get punished regardless.”    “I would just write at home if I were you,” Palette suggested.    “Can’t,” Goth responded bluntly. “Too many consequences.” Palette sighed but didn’t press on. He watched Goth scratch at the dirt again with his foot, making a clear area. He started to write once again. “What if the ‘nonsensical actions’ of a child were no longer misinterpreted?” Is what Goth had written in his fancy script writing. Palette felt slightly confused by the phrase but continued to watch him write. Soon enough, Goth stood up and dropped the feather. “Sorry Palette, I need to go…” Goth said, fluttering his wings a bit.    “Oh, alright! I’ll see you tomorrow!” Palette said, standing as well. “Bye Gothy!” Palette said and started to run, catching some air beneath his wings.    Once Palette was in the air, he facepalmed. “Really, Palette? Gothy? Are you kidding me?” He sighed softly and held onto his picture, making his way home.    Meanwhile, Goth had been walking home. He knew that the cracked and wonky sidewalk had been covered in some kind of grime, so the bottom of his somewhat soft slippers would get even dirtier. He approached his house once again, feeling his stomach lurch a small bit from the thoughts of what could happen. He took a deep breath and slowly opened the door. To his surprise, there was no yelling or agonized groans. Without thinking twice, Goth smiled. He hadn’t gotten beaten today, he got to see Palette, and he got to write a little without consequence. Could this day get any better? Of course not, was Goth’s immediate thought, but it didn’t falter his slightly crooked smile. He had suddenly decided to take a risk and go against his word. He was going to write.    He had started to approach the steps, feeling a slight freckle of confidence and a whole infection of doubt. Goth had half expected to be pulled back down the stairs, or suddenly pushed by Reaper, who might’ve been upstairs, but nothing happened. He smiled more and went into his room, locking the door quickly. He walked over to his desk and opened the drawer on it, which was filled with lined paper that he stole from the school over time. They were miraculously in perfect condition. Goth took out a pencil from the drawer as well, which had been a bit worn down. Goth then sat down, placing the paper in front of him and beginning to write.    After a few minutes, Goth immediately felt content. He smiled widely as his pencil laid out words on the page. “And I realize, the damp forest is brimmed with life as I feel small and soft bunnies brush gently against my ankles.”    A noise pushed Goth out of his content state. Reaper had arrived late and from what Goth could tell, he was not happy. Goth had started to scramble to put the paper away, but Reaper had unlocked the door. Reaper had come in and stared him down. “What were you doing?” He growled.    “I w-was….I…” Goth couldn’t get the words out. Reaper’s expression told him that he had to hurry up. “I was w-writing,” Goth said quickly and quietly. Reaper growled and grabbed him by the scarf, pulling up from the ground. Goth writhed like a scared animal as he choked. Reaper pulled him downstairs and into the kitchen. Goth started to cry, knowing exactly what was going to happen next. To Goth’s surprise and immense pain, Reaper flung him into the counter, making him scream and cough up blood. Reaper walked over to a drawer and pulled out a rather sharp knife. He then walked over to Goth, who was laying crippled on the floor. He pulled him up by the arm and pulled his sleeve down. His forearms were adorned with cuts and Reaper had begun to make fresh ones, making Goth sob hysterically. Once Reaper felt that his arm had been damaged enough, he moved onto the second one. He then dropped Goth and let the knife fall beside him, almost cutting him. He then promptly left.    Goth sobbed on the floor, his moments of happiness was crushed along with hopes. Nothing was left. Not even a freckle of it.

I like them, many things, but when I see an artist and I see his way of drawing … I say to myself. I want to draw like that, I’m going to draw like that.

Temperature Part 1: Polar opposites

AH YES IT’S FINALLY TIME TO START THIS. This is an idea I’ve had for a while and I’ve finally got around to doing it

Cold. Like any other day in this desolate town, but the residents of it knew very well that it was normal. Goth had been walking home from school, barely anything learned, per usual. Goth looked up, watching other’s from his school fly through the air. He couldn’t help but be consumed with jealousy, he had wings but he couldn’t use them despite how badly he craved to. He slowed down his walking as he approached his house. It was surrounded by weeping willows which all seemed to be dying which just made him more apprehensive. Goth took in a shaky breath before pushing the door in, flinching at the already on going yelling that spilled out of his father’s mouth. He quickly dashed through the kitchen, up the stairs, and into his room. He dropped his bag and slammed the door shut, locking it. He held the knob in his shaking hands for a good thirty seconds, catching his breath in that time but still trembling. He sighed and let go, grabbing his backpack and unzipping it. He emptied It’s contents onto his bed. He searched through the pile of textbooks and papers, trying to find what confusing homework the teachers decided to give them this time.

A pair of wings had started to flutter, taking off into the beautiful blue sky. Palette Roller, known just as Palette by his peers, had just started to fly home. He flew through the sky like a bullet, making it home faster than anyone else at his school. Palette had been excited to do his homework, of course, he was always excited to get things done but this one made him thrilled. The main focus of his work this time was to create an art piece about your life. Palette exceeded in anything related to art so this project would be a cinch for him. He quickly landed in front of his doorstep, bursting in. “I’M HOME!” He cried out. His smile faltered as no one was there to greet him. “Oh…Right.” Palette’s parents were out on a business trip for the week, so Palette had the responsibility of taking care of himself. It was no big deal. He walked up to his room clearing the mess on his desk by flinging it all to the floor. He poured all of the supplies needed onto his desk and started to sketch. Soon enough, Palette had finished with his latest piece. He had his gazed locked on it for a good 10 minutes, scanning for any places that needed to be tidied up or fixed. He eventually was set on what he had and cleaned up the new mess on his desk. He then wandered the house, searching for something to do. All inspiration had left him after the project had been finished, that was until his took a look outside. “Well…maybe there’s inspiration out there?” He said to himself, a smile quickly spreading across his face. He quickly flew up the stairs and into his room, fixing up his art bag and put it around him. He ran back down the stairs and out the door, taking off in flight, searching for a new area to give him motivation.

Goth sighed, it had been at least 15 minutes already, he had to start the dreaded work. He grabbed a pencil from the pile of supplies on his bed and grabbed the paper, sitting down at the small table in his room. He started to write down what he believed to be the correct answers, it didn’t matter anyways though since he knew he would fail either way. There was only a few times where he got a passable grade, but it was nothing to get excited over. Those scores were around the cusp of being ineligible, and it’s not like they held anyone back from getting low scores in this school. Goth continued for around an hour before he dropped his pencil, finally, he was done. As he started to pack up his textbooks and supplies, he felt hunger beginning to set in. Goth hadn’t eaten school lunches in at least a year, so the wait for dinner was painful. Goth sighed, as he felt it get worse. “Not gonna be able to make it today…” Goth accepted the risky task he now had to do and started to walk as quietly as he could down the stairs. He entered the kitchen, his Mom and Dad had left but he still couldn’t help but feel weary, scared that his dad was near. He quickly grabbed a cup and some crackers, he started to get some ice tea from the fridge when he sensed that Reaper was behind him. Goth whipped around to see Reaper in close proximity to him. Goth screamed as a hand smacked his cheek. Goth fell onto the floor, cupping his now bruised cheek. All that Goth had done was come to get a snack to satisfy his growing hunger. Before Goth could get up, he had been pinned to a wall by his neck. Goth choked. “I’ve told you this a hundred times you fatass. You wait for meals like the rest of us, even then you don’t deserve it. Do you understand me?!” Reaper yelled. Goth nodded as much as he could and was suddenly dropped to the stone cold floor. He gasped for breath, trembling violently. Reaper walked out, leaving a now sobbing Goth. When Goth was sure Reaper was gone, he ran out the door, having no idea where he was headed but all he did know is that it was far away from his hell hole. Goth had to be at least a mile away by now, and he had no idea where he was but he kept walking, his mind set on getting away from them. He would’ve kept walking but a clearing caught his attention. He had never seen this before, he decided to check it out. He walked through the trees that were surrounding the clearing and was surprised to find that it was warm. Not exactly hot like how the Hotlands were described, but it felt more tepid than anything. “What is…” Goth said quietly to himself. Suddenly another figure emerged from the trees.

Enter: Palette.

Well it’s been quite the year and well all lot of bad things happened (for me most were very personal) there were good things. And when I say good things I mean good people. Scratch that amazing people! These people helped me get through the year so that I would see this new one (even if the year is already starting bad for me). And even though I may not know a lot of them personally I still want to personally thank each and everyone of them. (Also I can draw better than this sorry)

@srpelo - Thank you for making me laugh till my stomach began to hurt. Every “shitpost” be the best post. And I will never stop slamming my desk and saying “OH BOI” thanks to you.

UltimaAlmighty - The only reaction channel done right. You are a such a positive person in a negative world. When you smile I can’t help, but smile back. Your sincerity won’t go unnoticed. (I know you will probably never see this, but I couldn’t not include you.)

@vadeva - Thanks for being the British man of Starbot Dubs. Your voice is so much fun to listen to and makes me wish I had a low awesome voice too. I can’t wait to see what you and Stephanie do next! (I also really wanna see your audition video).

@rahafwabas - Thanks for filling my dash with angst! You are an amazing artist. You taught me how bad and angst life can be, but to every bad side there’s a good that’ll be worth the pain. (Also short people for life!)

You also taught me that even if you’re known for one thing it’s good to make your own thing. And that being Gloomverse. One of the greatest things I’ve ever read in the entirety of one night (I was that hooked). In fact it encouraged to to start my own comic and punch anxiety in the face!

I play a couple instruments and like to sing, but not a lot of people even know since I have a literal panic attack whenever I try Iin front of people. So turning a game I’m still obsessed with into a musical which I’m already obsessed with is amazing! Every singer/actor is superb and you feel what the character is feeling. I can’t help, but to always sing along. I’m stoked to have found you so that I may be able to listen to greatness. (Listening to you guys sing seem to always calm me down)

There’s no way I can thank all of you enough.2016 wasn’t the best year for me. Due to anxiety, depression, numbness, and a family member rushing in and out of the hospital. I doubt myself a lot saying I’m not pretty or my art is trash when i should have more of a positive outlook on myself, but it’s hard to when your parents tell you stuff like that every day. If it weren’t for every single one of these amazing people I don’t think I’d be alive today. I may not know all of them personally, but without them even knowing they helped me a lot. Even some of my friends that I mentioned are so close to my heart, but so far away for a hug. I love each and everyone of you and am looking forward to everything you do from here. Not just because you’re all amazing and talented, but because you give me something to live for. Thank you.

While you, in a sense, are like what I said about Joku, and how I don't really understand the premise behind Ink Sans and Zephyrtale, I'm excited to see what Ink's backstory is like! Again, take your time, and take breaks if you need to. No one is rushing you.

@loverofpiggies - Creator of Aftertale/Geno Sans, Fresh Sans, Error Sans, and CPAU! And we also can't forget her earlier work, Gloomverse and one of her newer works, Lucidia(Again, forgive me if this is wrong... Hhhhh) First off, I love how you write stuff! Your writing can go from serious(as seen in Aftertale) to hilariously comedic(as seen in some moments of CPAU) at the tip of a hat! I love all your awkward messes of creations(Hhhhhhhh that came out wrong but really that's what they are because of all their backstories but I'm still sorry)! And your semi-cartoonish art style is also really appealing(Mostly for Fresh stuff, Error stuff, and CPAU, because Aftertale isn't all done on digital, but it still looks cartoonish.)! And I've seen your post talking about having your wisdom teeth and everything like that... And I wish you my best, and hope you get well soon.

@friisans - Creator of Trainertale(ONCE AGAIN, I have to stress I'm doing this at night, so hhhhhhhhhhhh I'm sorry if this is wrong...), Altertale, and also Alterfell, Alterswap, and Alterreap. Although you're another artist that I discovered a little later than I should have, you're still amazing, and I guess I have to thank you for being an inspiration. When I first discovered Altertale, you gave me a spark to create my AU, even though it wasn't with your art alone...

@furgemancs - Creator of Asylumtale! Another not-so well known AU when I first saw it, I was amazed, seeing a sort of... crazy and mentally insane version of Sans like Asy. And I also like Future Asy's design, with all of his colorful clothes and all of his band-aids. You made a horroresque universe that was bearable for me. (EventhoughIalsolikeHorrortalequiteabitbutIstilllovvvveeeAsylumtale)

@sugarbatartwork - Creator of... wait... what did she contribute again? OH RIGHT! Creator of one of the other AfterDeath children(besides Gothy), Pix! I discovered you and your reference drawing of Pix in like... early November, and I immediately fell in love with his design! The black and neon-like green mix is a good choice! And your art is also good! You're on this list for a reason, after all! (And one thing I'd like to nitpick about... Re-adopt your child! I want more Pix artwork in my life! ;w; Please...?)
