Nejire Hado from MHA (The submission specified they meant her hero costume version cause she has little horns, but they weren't pigtail enough for me)

There were various other ones that were like "eh this is kinda on the border of the rules and they only have one submission anyway so I'll leave them on the list". One of which being Sonic the Hedgehog (the submitter made a reasonable argument that the quills count, and he does have more than two)

A couple real life people/streamer submissions that I turned down

There were a couple from media that I'm not comfortable with, but don't want to outright name to avoid drama

I did get one vote for Miku herself, and I reasoned that if I got more votes I'd put up a poll for if Miku herself could be in, but she never got more votes (my reasoning for allowing her is that it would be funny if she lost- like one of those cosplay competitions where the literal actor of the character loses)

Oh, and Miku Binder Jefferson. Funny joke, but he doesn't have blue pigtails, denied.

In the My Hero Academia manga, Nejire (voiced in Japanese by Kiyono Yasuno and in English by Lindsay Seidel) is a secondary main character. She is part of the Big Three along with Tamaki and Mirio and is a student at UA. Wave Motion is her Quirk that allows her to use waves of energy to fight. She is the most energetic among her friends. Neijire has long periwinkle hair and identical colored eyes. However, her hair in the hero version is styled into small horn-like drill curls. She wears multiple shades of bodysuit including teal and blue shade. She also wears golden cuff gloves and a teal gauntlet object on her wrist.
