Gonna be taking a little break and not post as frequently this next week.
I’ve been getting way too political and saying some spicy out of pocket things. So I’m only going to be posting in the mornings this coming week. My room isn’t cooling down as efficiently with the AC, and opening a window heats it up more. All art will be stopped, as I need some time to cool down both physically and mentally. I can’t go cold turkey but I’m turning into a chronically online loser who veges out all day. I’m getting a bit tubby, and I’m going to be going a lot of swimming this next week. Hopefully I don’t get heat stroke.
All my best Kenz ideas come up when I am in the water. Gonna post the ones that come up at like 8 pm pst. I hope this gives me time to really chill out with the overly political and spicy takes, as I am saying some things that I prolly wouldn’t say to my gran in person (I’d say them to friends if I had them.)
Gonna whip up a stellar playlist for swimming, set some alarms for sunscreen, and wash the bathing suit I was just swimming in. I hope you all understand that I’m doing this for my own good.

hii i today i got to sleep in and had a very short day of chill classes so i had a lot of time to chat to my friends and was home early to walk my dog which was lovely! he hates being alone for long and now hes sitting on the sofa next to me <3 two of my classes tmrw are cancelled so another short day! but ill stay longer to catch up on some studying and on saturday i have another study date with a friend. stressful! honestly things between that friend & i have been a little off i'm not sure how to put it into words but i think both of us want more affection from eachother but are unable to give it which makes us a little awkward and cold? but we still laugh a lot! Later today i might get some groceries (frozen fruit, soy yoghurt, vegetables, pasta) and hopefully go to bed early after working on a presentation 🤞🤞 i feel like this ask makes me sound v studious which i'm not at all haha but i should be! i think i need to adjust the way i apply blush idk if my face has changed but somehow my current blush placement doesn't look as good to me anymore and blush is my favourite part of any makeup routine so i neee to work it out! anyways how is your week going, are you sleeping enough, is your fridge stocked? Much lovee <3
I’ve been trying to go to the gym consistently and it’s been going well, but my energy levels have been weird and having to figure out my exercise, meds, food and my period all at once is kinda hard so I hope stuff smoothed out because it’s a bit of a roller coaster. My best advice with friends is that being vulnerable is always rewarding, when you open up your giving them the chance to also be open and inviting them to be close! I also love blush! It’s summer rn and hard to make my blush look nice without sweat and my red face ruining it. 🤣 I might go to the beach later today and take pictures! Thankyou hope your well!

Hey so I really just feel like exercise isn't for me. I hate cardio so much and I've done ashy bines and kayla itsines program which I do see results but it seriously takes so much for me to complete each workout. I feel like I neee to find something that I enjoy doing for it to be able to work. I have these massive steep stairs near my house and I was wondering if you thought they would help me lose weight and tone up by climbing them at least 3 days a week ? Do u have Any other suggestions?
Hey lovely! I’m so glad you realise that YES you need to enjoy the workouts (atleast a little) to keep yourself motivated to actually keep doing it! So forget the ashy bines and kayla itsines programs if you can’t find much energy to do them!
Yes stairs are AWESOME! you can do so much with them!
Walking and running up them ofcourse, but you can also squat jump on them, run up them sideways, single leg hops up them, use them for tricep dips, elevated lunges, elevated pushups, crawl up them, SO MUCH! Use them and make your own cool workout along with some bodyweight stuff too!!
Do that and if you want some more ideas how about....
