Lol they do not come in laced. That's a yearling blackshoulder boy! They look like that for a year or two, before they finish growing in their adult body feathers which are all solid colored. Not necessarily black, but this particular one will be. The feathers are not called laced, they are called dart or arrow feathers in peafowl.
