I haven’t written anything yesterday because i had one of the worst days. I couldn’t sleep because i had an awful stomachache, literally thought i was dying lol. Then i had to go to my dermatologist, and couldn’t cancel because i waited for that appointment so long. After the appointment i was dead and still didn’t feel very well. I could only eat crackers without getting nauseous. I started watching the Sopranos and went to sleep.

Turns out the presale for the concert doesn't start today but tomorrow exactly during my dermatologist appointment, so i'll have to figure that out. I had a slow morning, then got into studying. Read a chapter on electric circuits, solved some practice problems. Then reviewed my old chemistry notes. I also made and reviewed my german flashcards, and reviewed old notes. I had to reschedule my trip to germany for august :/ but at least maybe i'll be able to get my drivers license before leaving.

I was thinking how it's satisfying that 25 is 5x5 but 24 is 6x4. Two really nice composites right next to each other. And I was like heh, I wonder how common that is. Then I remembered that (x+1)(x-1) = x²-1 is a basic mathematical truth so it happens with literally every square number. It almost feels too convenient! And yet!!

I was able to get out of the rut. Today was really productive, though i did sleep in. I worked my way through python tutorials, solved some geometry problems, made and reviewed 285 german flashcards and watched easy german videos, and read a chapter on electric circuits. Meanwhile i remembered that i'll be applying to unis next year, so i contacted this organization that helps you apply to foreign universities, that my cousin recommended. I also made an appointment with a tattoo studio to discuss my tattoo. I hope i can get it done before i leave for germany.

I've been feeling down these last few days, and haven't been much productive. I'll try to fix things this week. I have a lot of plans, one of my favourite bands is coming to my city and ticket sale is on wednesday, i have some errands to run in preparation for my summer in germany and i'm preparing to get a new tattoo. Exiting stuff.

Dude, how can it be that every single fucking thing about US politics trends on here immediately, yet when 27 countries in the EU vote and there's a historic, alarming lurch to the right (far right parties have won the elections in Italy, Austria and France), it's not even trending? In Germany, the AFD, a right-wing populist, anti-democratic, racist party with a wing that is officially extremist (read: Nazis) and is in parts monitored by the office for the protection of the constitution, is the second strongest party (also among 17-24 year olds!). Guess I'll die.
