•You are an FBI agent and you always say hi to Jimmy. But you like to flirt with him and he would get shy.

“You look good in that tie”

“I-I. This is an old tie” Jimmy blushed.

“It still looks good on you. I like a guy with glasses”

Jimmy couldn't help to smile and he became speechless.

•Everytime you pass by Jimmy’s office, you would flirt with him. He would look away and become shy.

•When he heard you got hurt on the job, he did panic. He went to see you at the hospital, you had to get stitches on your eyebrow.

•You were happy to see him and you told him what happened.

•Jimmy did try to flirt but he messed up the pickup line, he wanted to lighten the mood.

•You did flirt with him, you and Jimmy couldn't stop smiling.

•You asked him out on a date and he said yes.

•The first date, is in his apartment. You noticed his action figures and he thought you would leave. But you surprised him that you knew some of the characters and he started to talk about his favorites.

You Stress Me Out

Warnings: mentions of wounds, blood, slight violence but nothing graphic. Angst and fluff!

Jimmy wasn't sure what to think when you showed up at his door.

There was a small pool of blood on his porch, and a trail that led from his door, through the living room and stopped in his kitchen where you currently sat.

There was a concerning puddle underneath the chair you sat in, but you simply sat and watched him grab his first aid kit from the cabinet. Your relaxed posture and faint smile were at odds with your current state.

Your face was bruised and swollen, a cut on your cheek already clotting. Your left arm was sliced to hell, and judging by your limp you hurt your leg as well. Your breathing was shallow, so he guessed you took a hit to the ribs as well.

All in all, he was confused and worried.

"Are you going to tell me what happened? Or just continue to stress me the hell out?" His fingers were soft and gentle as they inspected the gash on your forearm, his brown curls falling over his forehead as he cleaned the wound.

"I dunno. Seeing you stressed is kinda fun," you teased, wincing slightly at the sting as he cleaned the cut. He's answering snort made you smile again. He looked up at you and sighed, blindly grabbing a bandage from his kit. "These might need stitches. You really need to go to the hospital," he persuaded, hands gentle as they wrapped up your arm.

"No."

"Y/N-"

"I said no. They're only going to do what you're doing right now, and I trust you more."

He sighed and grumbled under his breath, taping up the white gauze before looking at you, scooting closer in the wooden chair and gently touching your cheek. "Doesn't appear broken.. Just bruised to hell. I'd ice that now, rather than later."

His close proximity and soft touch made you flush, but thankfully he seemed too occupied inspecting the cuts to bother. "Anything else hurt?"

"My head.. I twisted my ankle and got a good hit to the ribs, but that's just bruising."

His brows furrowed in concerned as he moved even closer, knees bumping yours as his hands cupped the back of your head, feeling gently. "Definitely a bump.. But nothing seems cracked or anything. You're lucky," he murmured as he pulled back, hands resting in his lap as he looked at you.

Your eyes met his wide hazel ones, concern still clouding his gaze as he took you in. "What happened? Is someone trying to hurt you?"

"No, Jimmy, I-.. Went after a suspect I shouldn't have. I got caught up in a fight and.. I'm alright."

He shook his head and reached out for your hand, fingers lacing with yours as he stood up. "You can stay here. Take my bed."

"Jimmy, I can't- I can't just kick you out of your own bed. The couch is fine," you argued, limping slightly as you followed him. "With cracked ribs? Absolutely not," he shot back.

You sighed and tugged him to stop, his taller frame shadowing yours as he looked down at you. "Then we sleep together. In the bed, I mean." You blushed but forced yourself to hold his gaze. He smiled slightly and ducked his head, cheeks pink as he cleared his throat.

"Fine. I have- not bloody clothes you can wear."

You grinned and nodded in agreement, following him slowly up the stairs as his arm found your waist, helping you along.

"You still stress me the hell out, Y/N."

I caught up on the original NCIS recently. I absolutely LOVE the show, so much. I never expected it to mean so much to me. I'm now watching NCIS: New Orleans.

I have always loved this quote.. One of the reasons I love Gibbs so much is because of the kind of father figure he was to his team.. He may have lost his biological child but he found himself so many children along the years and gave them the kind of father's love they never got from their own father's... He once again found a child to love in his team and in return they found a dad.. I think this is what made ncis so special and beautiful... People choosing eachother and loveing eachother despite not being blood.. family is indeed not just DNA... Gosh.. i miss this man so much...
