day 1 — first meet - what was it like for theo when he first met members of the pack? is there a meet scene you want to rewrite?

day 2 — on accident - is it something sweet like the one bed trope? or is it serious and theo has to navigate the consequences of a major accident happening? or maybe someone else is at fault and he’s caught up in the aftermath?

day 3 — rarepairs - is there any pairings that didn’t happen in the show that you’d like to see? any characters from past seasons you want to see interact with theo?

day 4 — canon divergence - rewrite a scene, add theo into a scene, change the direction of a scene, change an entire storyline, anything your heart desires

The Stowaway

You weren't meant to be here. You don't want to be here. But this was your only choice, if you wanted to stay safe. There's anger, where you're from, and hunger, and endless back-breaking toil. The only chance of a better life is somewhere far away. So you slipped on board the first ship you could see, and stole away to find a new life. You're hidden in the hold now, between the rough wood of the hull and the pressing weight of a pile of crates. Beneath you is a faded blanket, littered with crumbs from the ship's biscuits you have been eating. This voyage is long. Your plan was to spirit yourself away as soon as the ship next docked, but it has been days and days of open water, the gentle rocking of the ship beneath you and no land, no land in sight. You press yourself to the hull every time you hear footsteps go by, hold your breath in the darkness. The candle you took is melted down to a nub; you have not lit it today, to keep it as long as possible. If the sailors find you down here, they might put you to work. They might just throw you in the sea. All you can do is sit here, in your little rathole, and wait for your journey to end, one way or another.

The Navigator

Honestly, the daily monotony of rigging and deck and rope has never appealed to you. When you went to sea, it was for one reason and one reason alone - to fill in the blank spaces on the maps you spent hours poring over. Here there be dragons, but dragons are a myth; your quest is to find out what's really there. Down in the map room is where you spend your days, among parchment and ink, charting every inlet and bay you dock at, naming the nameless uninhabited islands you find. When the captain needs a bearing, you jump to it, and guide the ship through rocks and storms and narrow straits. By night, you are out on deck watching the stars, taking in the constellations and charting their courses. Nobody knows these waters better than you - if someone blindfolded you and abandoned you on a rock in the open sea, you would find your way home in a heartbeat. Every captain clamours for your expertise. But you will only sign on with the boldest, the hardiest, those who dare adventure to the places the map does not name. This world is a vast and life-filled thing. You will not rest until you have seen every inch of it.

The Playa Crawler: A Kinetic Walking Chair for Burning Man

In 2017, engineer Mark Ellis designed an innovative kinetic chair called The Playa Crawler to navigate the vast expanse of Burning Man. Inspired by the Strandbeest sculptures of Dutch artist Theo Jansen, this unique chair is specifically crafted to withstand the alkaline terrain of the Black Rock Desert.

Mark Ellis wanted a personal vehicle that was both functional and original for getting around Burning Man. This led him to create a chair that walks using a system of articulated legs. This mechanism, invented by Theo Jansen, allows the chair to move similarly to Jansen's giant sculptures, which are propelled by the wind along the beaches.

Built from laser-cut aluminum and steel, The Playa Crawler is equipped with two electric wheelchair motors, batteries, and is controlled via a wheelchair joystick.
