🚨 Heart Speech Alert 🚨 Ahimsa - non violence I never through of myself as rough but being in this relationship has forced me to come to terms with the person I actually became 😬😬😬 To be face to face & have to witness the ego trips I fooled my heart to believe - when she felt it different.... wow 😮 what a tyrant I have been .... I give that up. I hand in the key to the trap .... 🦄🧜‍♀️🦄 I found hope. Sitting more with myself being & not doing has given me space to recognise how deeply I have been a righteous assface to myself for so long. To have someone to call my sh!t ways I be with myself has been astounding ... it has given me space crash, fall & get back up again 😃 wow it has taught me a lot! Being kind to myself by manipulating my life into a fashion that gives me financial grounds, career drives, quality time, creative time & rest balance is a task ... a worthy one at that - currently I feel more loving to myself than I have ever 🥰🥰🥰 Listening yet challenging the self at the moment is a true grace of glory as the community around me supports and encourages me/myself/I to share the truth of living life ....
