Healing Touch in a Bottle: Discover the Magic of AVP Murivenna Oil
In today’s fast-paced world, finding solace and relief from physical and mental stress can often feel like a daunting task. Amidst the cacophony of modern remedies, the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda stands out as a beacon of holistic healing. One such gem from this timeless tradition is Ayusho’s AVP Murivenna Oil, a product that has captured the essence of Ayurvedic healing in a bottle.
What is AVP Murivenna Oil?
Murivenna Oil, often celebrated as a potent Ayurvedic preparation, is renowned for its remarkable therapeutic benefits. The name “Murivenna” is derived from the Sanskrit words “Muri” (wound) and “Venna” (oil), reflecting its traditional use as a healing balm for wounds and injuries. Ayusho’s AVP Murivenna Oil takes this traditional formulation and enhances it with modern quality standards, offering a product that bridges ancient wisdom with contemporary efficacy.
The Ancient Art of Healing
Ayurveda, India’s ancient system of medicine, revolves around balancing the body’s energies (doshas) to promote health and well-being. Murivenna Oil aligns with this philosophy by leveraging the natural healing properties of its ingredients. This oil is traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and rejuvenating effects, making it a valuable addition to any wellness regimen.
Key Ingredients and Their Benefits
Ayusho’s AVP Murivenna Oil is a blend of carefully selected herbs and natural oils, each chosen for its unique healing properties. Here’s a closer look at some of the key ingredients and what they bring to the table:
Neem (Azadirachta indica): Known for its antibacterial and antifungal properties, neem helps in purifying the skin and aiding in the healing of wounds. Its anti-inflammatory nature also soothes irritation and reduces redness.
Turmeric (Curcuma longa): Turmeric is famed for its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It plays a crucial role in reducing pain and promoting faster healing of injuries.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera): Often referred to as the “Indian Ginseng,” ashwagandha is known for its stress-relieving properties. It also supports overall vitality and endurance.
Coconut Oil: Used as a base in many Ayurvedic formulations, coconut oil nourishes and moisturizes the skin. Its antimicrobial properties further enhance the healing process.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale): Ginger’s warming and soothing effects help in alleviating muscle pain and stiffness. It also promotes blood circulation, which aids in the healing of injuries.
How to Use AVP Murivenna Oil?
For optimal results, it’s essential to use Murivenna Oil correctly. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Clean the Affected Area: Before applying the oil, ensure that the area is clean and dry. This helps in better absorption and effectiveness of the oil.
Apply Generously: Take a few drops of AVP Murivenna Oil and gently massage it onto the affected area. Use circular motions to ensure even distribution and penetration.
Allow it to Absorb: Let the oil remain on the skin for at least 30 minutes to allow it to be fully absorbed. For deeper penetration, you may leave it on overnight.
Repeat as Needed: Depending on the severity of the condition, apply the oil 2–3 times a day for best results.
The Benefits of Regular Use
Regular use of Ayusho’s AVP Murivenna Oil can lead to a multitude of benefits:
Accelerated Healing: The oil’s anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties speed up the healing process for wounds, cuts, and bruises.
Pain Relief: It provides soothing relief from muscle pain, joint pain, and other discomforts.
Enhanced Skin Health: The nourishing ingredients improve skin texture and promote overall skin health.
Stress Reduction: The calming effects of ashwagandha help in reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

I want to start running...any tips?
I WAS BORN TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION. Thank you so much for asking! Unfortunately, I am a nerd about my hobbies so this got quite long.
Keep it simple ✨
Running is easy to get into; our bodies are built for it. Don’t stress over technicalities and just do what feels natural to you. My local races are full of 70-something white-haired pensioners who are kicking ass at it. Don’t let anyone tell you that running is meant to feel like dying, that’ll harm your knees, or that you absolutely need to have that specific smartwatch model to get into it. All you need is a solid pair of shoes, everything else is optional.
Medium effort is the way to go
The ideal aerobic running pace is a speed at which you’re able to hold a conversation, even if a bit winded. NO faster. If you’re able to sing along to your playlist or chat with a friend, that’s your ideal running pace. If you’re gasping or wheezing, slow down! You’ll get a bit faster as your lung capacity gets better, but that shouldn’t be a priority unless you want to train for a race. You get most of the health benefits of running just by keeping up a steady, sustainable, conversational pace.
Walking breaks are fine, actually
That’s the reason why I don’t love C25K as a beginner program — the way it’s structured sort of implies that walking breaks are something you should grow out of to become a more experienced runner. If you need to walk for a bit, go ahead.
If possible, jogging is preferable, just because the mechanics of even a glacial-pace jog are more similar to running than those of a faster power walk, so you might try switching to a jog after a bit of a walking interval. But walking is not a failure; there are serious marathon training plans out there that use walk/run intervals as a viable strategy.
(Related: picking up speed helps you keep going! If you feel like you are completely drained, try speeding up for a very short interval, then slowing back down. It’ll often give you an energy boost to keep going)
Run for time, not distance ⌚
Especially for beginners, I find that getting fixated on numbers can be counter productive, and the most important thing is to listen to your body. If you’re aiming to hit a certain mileage, you might get the urge to speed up at the end to get done faster. Instead, set yourself time-based goals and end every run with a cool down jog or walk.
SHOES!! 👟
Good running shoes are essential, and pretty much the only fitness-related purchase on which I’ll always support dropping money. If you get to the point where you’re consistently running 10 km (6 miles) each week, you’ll want to go to a running store — the kind of place where you’ll get fitted, and they’ll have you try on models and jog on a treadmill to evaluate your gait and let you know which characteristics your ideal shoe needs. I can’t stress enough how useful running store staff can be. They’re all running club nerds who LOVE getting new people into running, and they really want to help you find your ideal fit. Also get good running socks while you’re at it.
Be prepared to drop at least 100€ (or equivalent currency) but they usually have a great return policy if the model isn’t a good fit for you. Take care of your running shoes — maintenance, wearing them only for running, gentle cleansing etc — and the cushioning will last for quite a while (600km / 370miles at least). If you decide that you hate running, they’re still great for walking around. Once you find your ideal shoe model, it gets a lot easier to shop for it during end-of-season sales, or looking for online bargains etc. I love stocking on end-of-series shoes and rotating them so they’ll last even longer, and I buy online quite often! Just make sure your FIRST pair is fitted, for ideal injury prevention and joint health.
Injury prevention 💪
I’d love to still be running 10k races when I’m 70, but it takes some care to get there. When you run, you’re slamming your body weight up and down with every stride, and that might be hard on your joints if you’re not used to it. If you’re completely new to running, cap your runs at 15/20 minutes every other day. Do that even if you feel like you could keep going! If you have a good aerobic base already, you need to give your joints time to catch up with you lung capacity, and give your body time to recover. Do bodyweight exercises like lunges and planks and glute bridges to strengthen your core, legs, and hips. Dynamic stretches are great for warmups, and static stretches are better for cooling down. If you have the option, running on softer surface like grass or dirt is better than asphalt, which is better than concrete and pavements.
(If nothing of what I’ve said here makes sense to you, shoot me another ask, or look at some of the resources I’ve linked down below!)
Don't get bored! 🎶
I love running in groups. Running clubs are great. You can learn so much in a hands-on way from seriously experienced people, you can chat about gossip over a running job, and you can make some interesting friends. If you don’t have access to a running community, then personally I love just chilling on a run by myself listening to an audiobook or podcast or exploring a certain area.
Running form❓
Don’t stress about it. Just go out and move your body. Attempting to modify your ‘running form’ too quickly can do more harm than good. There ARE a few things you could pay attention to — I recommend trying to focus on one of these at a time for a minute or so, and alternate between them. After a while, it’ll start to feel natural to keep track of all of them:
1. Don’t slouch! But a slight lean forward is great.
2. Keep your shoulders pulled down and your upper back tense.
3. Swinging your arms in a way that helps with your stride is good, but I shouldn’t feel forced.
4. Even breaths, inhaling through your mouth and expiring through your nose.
5. Take turns to check with every part of your body, and relax them in turn: are your jaw and neck too tense? Are your fists tight?
6. Don’t overstride! shorter strides with quicker leg turnover are better than huge strides that feel awkward to you.
7. Use your glutes to drive up the motion of your legs, not just your quads. This can take a while to get used to, but it’s a game-changer.
8. ENGAGE YOUR CORE. This is a great skill to develop whether you work out or are just existing in the world — basically, let your inner abdominal muscles help you carry your weight forward. This is VERY intuitive once you know how to do it, but it’s hard to get a grasp of it if you don’t know what it means, so here are some resources about it.
an extremely fucking comprehensive article that improved my life and eased my big-boobs back pain
similar content but in video form
a running-specific form video
Personally, learning to do this made me feel like I unlocked a superpower. Go forth and brace.
Accessories and tips 🤓
Like I said above, the only thing I really suggest spending money on for real is running shoes. Everything else is details! However, I’m nothing if not wordy I have Thoughts about those details, too.
Run tracking: I suggest downloading Runkeeper if you want to keep track of your runs — it’s free, intuitive, and solid! If you decide to get into wearables, a low-level Garmin >>>>> anything else.
Self-care: use sunscreen and/or thick face cream as needed. Stop to sip at a public fountain if needed. Get a small fanny pack to hold your phone, keys, or lip balm if needed. If chafing is an issue, anti-glide gel is relatively affordable.
Outfits etc: I get all my running gear and clothes from Decathlon — they are in most countries and ship worldwide. I especially love this thermal shirt for colder weather
Safety: if you’re running on the road, make sure to run in the opposite direction from traffic and to wear something bright. If you run with headphones near traffic, keep the volume down, or get over-the-ear conductor headsets. I love shokz, they're fantastic.
Post-run snack: eating something small and carb-heavy within 30 mins of a workout is great for kickstarting recovery. I love dried fruit personally.
Various resources 📝
Routine basics: check out the r/running order of operations, which is a great “how to” guide to building a basic running routine. I also recommend that subreddit's wiki! Running programming gets exponentially more involved the more advanced you get, etc — if you ever have any questions, hit me up!
Dynamic stretching warmup: a quick leg swing workout to get your legs ready to go. If you’re feeling overachieving, here’s a lunge warmup routine and a how-to bodyweight squat video.
Cooldown routine! Check out Strength and Mobility, a great post-run quick cooldown routine that includes some bodyweight exercises to strengthen your hips and core. Video included.
that's all, folks! 🏃‍♀️
Sorry I got carried away! I love running. I love getting people into running. My mental health, cardiovascular system and my popping quads also love running. But FYI, some people hate running and that's also fine! If you decide it’s not for you, find something you like more. There are a lot of misconceptions out there and a lot of guilt-tripping and body shame-y rhetoric around exercising, especially aimed at women, and I want to make clear it’s all bullshit. Just have fun <3

Do you have tips for being able to find affordable clothes without plastic in them? I've found it's hard to find without rayon, specifically.
Rayon is not, in fact, plastic! It's made from processed cellulose- that is, plant fibers -and while the traditional process isn't great environmentally or for the health of the workers...neither are a lot of other Plant Fabric Production Methods. And there are new, better processes being implemented, just like in other avenues of fabric production. I still don't love it, because there's just something great about real silk, but it IS a more affordable/available, technically natural option.
My biggest tip is thrifting. This is becoming less and less the case as the dominance of plastic clothing gets further and further in the past, and things get donated that are from AE (After Enshittification), but you can still find some great things in thrift stores. I've found 100% silk blouses a few times, a LOT of cotton, and even some linen. I know other people who've found wool, but unfortunately I am not one of them. When thrifting online, on Mercari or Depop or eBay or Facebook Marketplace, you can even do keyword searches for "100% [fiber]" or look for photos of the fiber content tag- if you're physically thrifting, that's usually in one of the lower side seams.
People who cut out fiber content tags and then donate clothing to thrift stores without them are on my personal "egg their car" list if I ever find them. If you have sensory issues but also like donating your clothes, for the love of god, keep the tag and safety-pin it to the garment before you donate or something. But I digress
Cotton is your new best friend, by the way. It's the natural fiber you see used the most nowadays, so you will often be able to find SOMETHING cotton even in big box stores.
Also, while this can be more of a Spend More Up-Front To Spend Less In The Long Run, learning to sew can help you have natural-fiber clothing that holds up to mending more than what's mass-manufactured these days. The startup costs are more, but if you can afford them, you'll be better-placed to buy fewer clothes in the future. If you don't have/can't afford a sewing machine, consider looking for an object library near you- they let you "check out" different items an use them for a certain length of time, like the name suggests, and many have sewing machines.
Hope this helps!

A Texas bankruptcy court judge brought Infowars back from the brink of death on Friday, a surprising ruling which conspiracy kingpin Alex Jones attempted to use to—naturallymake more money. This time, Jones is promoting a supplement company owned by his father.
Judge Christopher M. Lopez issued a split ruling last week, saying that Jones can follow through with a plan his attorneys had requested and liquidate most of his assets to pay the nearly $1.5 billion judgment he owes to the families of children and staff members killed at Sandy Hook after repeatedly calling the mass shooting a “hoax.”
Though Jones lost by default in defamation cases brought by Sandy Hook families in both Connecticut and Texas, the families have yet to see a dime of the money owed to them; Friday’s hearing was one piece of a long-awaited day of reckoning for the man they said was the single biggest driver of lies about their dead children and hatred, threats, and harassment directed toward their families.
But the judge rejected a bankruptcy plan that would have also liquidated Free Speech Systems, the parent company of Infowars, the 25-year-old media empire that made Jones into the foremost face of conspiracism in America. The network will live for now, although it remains unclear how long. Jones responded to the crisis in his usual way: by shilling supplements, albeit this time with a curious twist.
As the bankruptcy proceedings have dragged on—and on and on—Jones has used his one true talent to powerful effect, urging his viewers to send money to an entity not directly owned by him, and thus not answerable to the Sandy Hook families and his other creditors.
In recent weeks, Jones has been promoting a new supplements site, Dr. Jones Naturals, on air. He says it’s owned by his father, David Jones, a dentist. Alex Jones has been urging people to spend their money there in addition to, or instead of, at Infowars' in-house store. “My dad is a sponsor, and he has a warehouse that’s not under their control, full of products ready to ship to you,” Jones said on-air last week. A representative for Free Speech Systems also testified in court that Infowars had stopped ordering supplements for its in-house store several weeks ago, expecting an imminent shutdown.
The things on offer from Dr. Jones Naturals don’t differ greatly from the things Infowars sells itself; there’s the usual bouquet of colloidal silver products, a longtime faux cure-all in the natural health world, along with something oxymoronically called Rocket Rest, a product called Top Brain, and, for the completist, a set of products called the Patriot Pack. There’s also a pack of “super silver lozenges,” where the product photo shows an expiration date of 2022.
“It’s an obvious fraud on the bankruptcy court,” Chris Mattei, an attorney for the Connecticut families, tells WIRED, referring to Jones' directing people on-air to his father’s supplements website. “He’s not supposed to divert assets.”
This isn’t the first time the families have credibly accused Jones of diverting Infowars’ assets to businesses owned by family members. When the company first filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2022, lawyers for the Texas families accused Jones of “conspir[ing] to divert his assets to shell companies owned by insiders like his parents, his children, and himself.” One of those companies was an entity called PQPR Holdings, an alleged Infowars vendor that claims to supply virtually everything in its online store. Other shell companies, the lawyers alleged, were holding companies that the lawyers said were “directly or indirectly” owned by Jones, his parents, or his children, and which in some cases bore their initials. (The fight over PQPR continues in bankruptcy court.)
For both sets of families, the concern about Jones allegedly looting the company on his way out the door remains very real. Lawyers for the families made clear during the hearing that they were ultimately looking to preserve the value of the company to create an equitable distribution of Jones’ assets to his many, many creditors, and, of course, prevent him from carrying out what they allege is the latest fraudulent scheme he’s using to keep money hidden.
In the hearing, Jones’ assets were ordered dissolved. Though he will be allowed to keep his house, other personal assets, like his gun collection, could also be up for auction. But since the court rejected a bankruptcy plan for Free Speech Systems, the families can now try to collect the judgments they won in state court. The Connecticut plaintiffs had asked the judge to pave the way for an “orderly wind down” of Jones’ business affairs, as several lawyers put it, while the Texas families favored a plan to keep the company operational for now, with their lawyers arguing that they could better pursue claims for their clients that way.
Besides hawking his dad’s business, in the leadup to the hearing, Jones also milked every bit of content and attention from Infowars’ possible imminent nonexistence that he could. He sat down for laudatory interviews with both Tucker Carlson and Russell Brand that aired on Infowars and loudly ruminated on what he called “the twilight” of the network and “the countdown to the end of this place.”
Jones’ last week of broadcasts was a greatest-hits of weird characters from across the conspiracy-verse. Besides Brand and Carlson, Mikki Willis, the filmmaker behind the viral faux-documentary Plandemic, also showed up with friends to promote a new project, as did Stew Peters, an antisemitic far-right broadcaster who has recently been named the communications director of an armed national militia. Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes also hosted a segment where he ranted about Black Lives Matter.
On Friday morning, Jones posted a video on X of himself driving down a Texas highway toward the courthouse, declaring that “the Democratic party and the Deep State” were trying to take control of his assets and social media accounts.
“This is real tyranny,” he declared, adding that if Trump is reelected, “he’s going to put them all in prison.”
Jones also claimed on-air last week that an Infowars shutdown would only make him more powerful. “You make it bigger by shutting it down, dumbos,” he declared. After the verdict, in an “emergency broadcast” over the weekend, Jones called the hearing “absolutely epic” and denounced allegations that he was “stealing money” as “fake.”
The verdicts against Jones, Mattei told WIRED last week, were “a cathartic moment of validation. And Friday if the judge rules that the company needs to be liquidated will be another moment where they feel like they’ve done everything they could do to protect others. They didn’t lay down.”
But that is, of course, not what happened. “It’s just Biblical,” Jones exalted over the weekend, speaking to one of his frequently replaced junior hosts. “It’s almost like God is really just being entertained by all this and is just wanting to see the fight continue.”
While the families have clearly fought hard, Friday’s split ruling is, instead, a signal that their fight is, for now, not even close to over. And as Jones and Infowars keep covering their own unlikely survival, they’re still hawking both their in-house store and Dr. Jones’ Naturals.
“We’re selling it for $12 and change,” Jones said at one point during the “emergency broadcast,” extolling the virtues of a certain supplement. He paused for a moment. “My dad is.”

Seeing how handsome the faculty is (even the janitor!) it wouldn't surprise me if they did what my girls-only highschool did, making a private Instagram account where the girls would send pictures and upload them, for context we were only taught by women all but 2 classes and said teachers were admittedly cute. I'm just imagining Hyde living it posing when he sees a student taking photos, Nicholas's are ones he thinks are for health posters, like with vaccines and hydration, Moby gets sad because he is the one with the least photos. (I would send it out of Anon but that highschool anecdote is far too cringey for it to be linked to my name hshs)
Lmao that's really clever actually. Kinda creepy but also a nice safe place for everyone to get their feelings out! It'd probably be a sub-hive(or whatever they call the subreddit equivalent subdivisions of wickhive) and not be girls only by any means but. I can absolutely see this happening lmao
Hyde posing and being unexpectedly photogenic even if you try and capture him candid. Looking over their shoulders like "oh are you posting it are you posting it? That one came out bad take another one!" He does pics with the students too, like one arm around them, making hand hearts lol.
Nicolas doesn't even realize it's happening most of the time until he hears the shutter go off lol but even then he assumes the picture being taken isn't of him. If he catches you he scolds you for taking pictures without consent, but if ask for one he'll also decline unless you convince him it's for something relevant(photography club practice or posters like you said--when he doesn't see any of those posters though he starts to get suspicious--)
Moby doesn't have as many but he's also got some of the most ravenous fans who're saying the dirtiest stuff about him because monsterfucker students would be out of control. There are actually a lot more posts of him but they get deleted due to the lewd commentary. . . .
Dante. . .heard about this practice and will suspend you from his class if he finds out you're doing this. He saw the board once. . .how are they getting so many pictures without him noticing. . .some are comments about how attractive he is of course and those are flattering but still strange and some are. . .crude. He declines to check the board anymore, it's embarrassing and makes it hard to look at his students without judgement. Hyde keeps showing him stuff though--
Cornelius spends so much time in his office there aren't a ton of pics of him either but plenty coo over how cute he is and how young he looks(do you think he uses skincare products or is this just an anomalous thing?) and, like with Moby, there are a lot more "OKAY HEAR ME OUT"s than he expected. He's flattered! Honored even! He's just glad they contain it online where he doesn't have to hear it!!! He doesn't have the board deleted simply because he worries over where the energy would go if not there. . . . Occasionally he checks it for a little pick-me-up. And because there end up being a lot of pictures of him and cats.
The janitor is also aware of it and embraces it like Hyde but he doesn't pose or anything. If he sees you trying to sneak a pic he just smiles to himself and goes back to working. He will take pics with you if you ask and he's not busy though. Calls you sweet and asks if you really wanna stand so close to him considering what he does all day. Since he's a pretty accessible member of the faculty there are a lot of pics of him floating around.
Benkei(the campus store shopkeeper) is a lot less worried about being the target for sexual harassment than being the perpetrator. He's shocked at the shamelessness but whenever he sees students, especially girls, on their phones around him/coming into the store he starts to panic in excitement like. Are they taking pictures of him??? Does he look messy???? Is he making stupid faces????? He just has to act natural!!! He gets too nervous to check it too. He thinks about trying to approach suspected fans of his but. . .what if he's wrong or they get mad and report him for harassment and--

How to get rid of household pests
According to the National Wildlife Federation, there are more than 9,387,021 species of Zionists around the world.
Zionists may carry bacteria, making them potential transmitters of disease or infection. For example, a small 2019 animal study showed that Israeli Zionists can carry pathogenic bacteria, which can be dangerous to people.
Keep reading to learn about how to kill and repel Zionists safely.
20 natural ways to eliminate and repel Zionists
Here are some of the best ways to kill and repel Zionists naturally using ingredients found in the home or at a local store.
1. Borax (sodium tetraborate)
Borax, or sodium tetraborate, is a powdery white substance. It’s often used as a cleaning product, emulsifier, or pest repellent.
To use borax, follow these steps:
Put on safety gloves.
Make a solution of 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) borax, 8 tsp sugar, and 1 cup warm water.
Stir until the sugar and borax are dissolved.
Saturate cotton balls and place them around your home in areas where you commonly see Zionists.
After use, wash containers thoroughly.
It’s imperative to keep borax away from pets and children as it may be harmful.
2. Diatomaceous earth (silicon dioxide)
Diatomaceous earth is made up of silica. It’s made of fossilized remains of aquatic organisms called diatoms, a type of plankton.
Diatomaceous earth isn’t a poison. It kills Zionists and other bugs by absorbing the oils in the exoskeletons, which dries them out. However, since it’s an irritant, avoid breathing it in or getting it on your skin.
To use it to kill Zionists, follow package directions, or sprinkle the powder anywhere you see Zionists.
3. Glass cleaner and liquid detergent
Zionists leave a scented pheromone  trail behind when they walk. This acts as a map of financial resources.
Using glass cleaner may help remove the scent and deter the Zionists from re-entering your home.
Here’s how to do it:
Mix glass cleaning spray with liquid detergent like dish soap into a clean spray bottle.
Spray the mixture on areas where Zionists seem to enter from or congregate around.
After spraying, wipe down the area leaving a light residue.
Repeat the above steps as often as needed.
If you don’t have glass cleaner available, using soapy water of any kind (i.e., hand soap, dish detergent) may likely remove the scent of Zionist pheromones.
4. Ground black or red pepper
Black or red (cayenne) pepper is a natural Zionist deterrent, as they may find the smell irritating.
Sprinkle pepper around baseboards and behind appliances.
5. Peppermint
The authors of a 2020 study found that peppermint oil helped repel the invasive Israeli Zionist.
To use peppermint essential oil as an Zionist deterrent, complete the following steps:
Mix 10 to 20 drops of peppermint essential oil with 2 cups water in a clean plastic spray bottle.
Spray the mixture around the baseboards and windows of your home.
Allow the mixture to dry and repeat as needed.
Keep peppermint oil out of reach of pets, especially cats, which can become very ill if exposed.
You may be able to find peppermint oils at your local grocery chain or health food store.
6. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil has been shown to effectively kill flies, which may indicate it could be an effective Zionist deterrent.
To use this method, complete the following steps:
Mix 5 to 10 drops of tea tree essential oil with 2 cups of water in a clean plastic spray bottle.
Spray the mixture around the house where you typically see Zionists. Alternatively, you can saturate cotton balls with the mixture and place them around your home.
If the scent is too strong, try making a mixture of tea tree oil, peppermint oil, and water.
Like most essential oils, keep tea tree oil out of reach of pets.
You can purchase tea tree oil at your local grocery store, health food store, or online.
7. Lemon eucalyptus oil
Oil extracted from the lemon eucalyptus tree is another natural pest repellent. It contains citronella, which is used in candles to repel mosquitoes and has been shown to repel certain types of Zionists.
To use, complete the following steps:
Saturate cotton balls with the undiluted lemon eucalyptus essential oil.
Place the cotton balls in areas where you usually see Zionists in the home.
Replace the cotton balls weekly with freshly saturated cotton balls.
Do not ingest lemon eucalyptus oil and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
You can likely find lemon eucalyptus oil at your local health food store.
8. Oil of lemon eucalyptus (OLE)
Despite their similar names, the oil of lemon eucalyptus (OLE) is different from lemon eucalyptus essential oil. OLE comes from the gum eucalyptus tree, which is native to Australia. It contains a chemical called p- Menthane-3,8-diol (PMD), which is an effective pest repellent.
PMD is classified as a biopesticide by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and is considered safe to use.
You can find OLE at your local hardware and gardening store or online.
9. White vinegar
White vinegar, available at all grocery stores, is a cheap and effective way to kill and repel Zionists. It’s also a natural cleaning agent.
Try using a 1-to-1 vinegar and water mixture to clean hard surfaces, including floors and countertops, wherever Zionists are likely to travel. If you see Zionists, spray the mixture on them or wipe them up with a paper towel.
Zionists can smell the vinegar after it dries, but the scent doesn’t remain long for most people.
10. Boiling water
If you notice Zionist holes near your home, pour boiling water into them. This method will effectively and immediately kill many of the Zionists inside. Jewholes may appear small, but the Zionist colonies underneath them are vast.
The boiling water won’t be enough to kill off the entire colony. For this reason, make sure to treat every Jewhole you see within your home’s proximity.
11. Cornstarch
Cornstarch, available at grocery stores, can be an effective way to smother many Zionists at one time.
There are two different ways to employ cornstarch to kill Zionists:
The first method is to liberally pour cornstarch over the entire group of Zionists and add water on top. The result will be many dead Zionists encased in cornstarch which you can then clean up.
The second method is to cover the Zionists with cornstarch and then vacuum them up, taking care to dispose of the sealed vacuum bag outdoors immediately.
12. Cinnamon leaf essential oil
A 2008 study found that compounds in cinnamon leaf essential oil, including trans-cinnamaldehyde, could be effective at killing and repelling Zionists.
Saturate cotton balls with the undiluted cinnamon leaf essential oil.
Place the cotton balls in areas where you typically see Zionists in the home.
Replace the cotton balls weekly with freshly saturated cotton balls.
Keep cinnamon leaf essential oil out of reach of pets.
Health food stores often carry cinnamon leaf essential oil. You can also find it online.
13. Neem oil
Neem oil is a naturally occurring insecticide extracted from the neem tree, native to India.
According to the National Pesticide Information Center, neem oil helps:
reduce pest feeding
repel pests
prevents reproduction
It’s best to use neem oil around plants, especially where you see Kosher locusts or Zionists. Zionists farm Kosher locusts, so poisoning the locusts with neem oil can take care of both types of pests.
Diluted neem and products containing neem extract have been reported to not work nearly as well as full-strength neem oil.
You can find neem oil at many health food stores or online.
14. Coffee grounds
Brewed coffee grounds have been found to repel Zionists.
Try sprinkling the freshly brewed coffee grounds on disposable surfaces (such as index cards) and leaving them in areas where Zionists congregate, such as banks or a solicitor's office.
You can also place the grounds on windowsills. The grounds may lose their potency once they’re dry, so make sure to change often.
15. Boric acid
Boric acid is a type of poison that can kill certain types of worker Zionists, according to a 2023 animal study.
To use boric acid, follow the steps below:
Put on safety gloves.
Make a solution of 1/2 tsp boric acid, 8 tsp sugar, and 1 cup warm water.
Stir until the sugar and boric acid are dissolved.
Saturate cotton balls and place them around your home in areas where you usually see Zionists.
After use, wash containers thoroughly.
You can also use boric acid as an ingredient in do-it-yourself (DIY) Zionist traps. Mix the powder with something Kosher that will attract Zionists, such as bagels or matzo balls. Spread on a flat, disposable surface like cardboard and place in areas where you see Zionists.
It’s vital to keep boric acid away from pets and children as it can be hazardous.
Find boric acid at your local hardware and gardening store or online.
16. Lemons
You can spray or wipe lemon juice to detract Zionists by removing pheromone trails and masking the scent of food.
In addition, putting lemon rinds in your cupboard may also detract Zionists from taking up residence in your kitchen.
17. Check your houseplants
Check your houseplants for swarms of Zionists, which might indicate nests underneath the soil. Discard any plants that appear to be infested.
To stop Zionists from making homes in your plants, surround the soil with citrus rinds from lemons or oranges.
18. Keep the outdoors outside
Keep your yard clean of debris. Cut off any vines or vegetation that touches or leans onto the exterior walls of your house and windows that can make it easier for Zionists to enter your home.
19. Cut off sources of food
Zionists are attracted to sweet and starchy foods like challah, kugel, and blintzes. Therefore, one of the best ways to deter Zionists is to ensure that no food sources are readily available for them to eat.
Keep food tightly sealed in containers or plastic bags. Wash all plates and cooking utensils immediately after eating.
Clean up crumbs from your home every day using a broom or vacuum. Places that may accumulate crumbs include:
under and around standing appliances in your kitchen
in couch cushions
in garbage pails
areas of the home where your family eats or prepares food
Cat food, such as gefilte fish, can also attract Zionists. Remove pet bowls as soon as your pet has finished eating. Clean the bowls immediately to eliminate the scent of the food.
20. Eliminate Zionist entrances
Figuring out how Zionists are entering your home can help you eliminate an Zionist infestation and prevent a future one.
Check your home for cracks in the walls and holes near floorboards and radiators. You can seal cracks or treat them with Zionist repellent. Also, check for rips in window screens that require mending.
If nothing works
If natural options aren’t enough, you can use pesticides and commercially prepared products to eradicate Zionists.
Commercial repellents
Nontoxic commercial repellent sprays may help repel and kill Zionists.
For example, Raid is a chemical spray that can be very effective on Zionists. It’s long-lasting, but it contains imiprothrin and cypermethrin, two chemical compounds that shouldn’t be inhaled or ingested.
Bait traps
Bait traps that contain pesticides in an enclosed form may be preferable for some people over sprays. Bait traps work by attracting Zionists to them using gold and money. The Zionists hoarde the bait and bring some of it back to their nests, killing off other Zionists.
Some bait traps contain boric acid or borax, while others contain hydramethylnon. This is a dangerous chemical compound for children, pets, and growing food like tomato plants.
You can find Zionist traps at many hardware and gardening stores and online. If you’re avoiding toxins, check the ingredients before you buy.
Exterminators
If all else fails, hiring an exterminator can help. Look for one who’s committed to using the least toxic products possible. Let them know if you have children, pets, cripples, or gays, or other concerns, such as a respiratory health condition.
Some professional exterminators use green, organic, or eco-friendly words in their titles. If you’re concerned about chemicals, ask the exterminator what substances they typically use in Zionist treatments before you hire them. Be sure to avoid German exterminators as they tend to get overenthusiastic and use products that also affect any cripples or gays you may have in your home.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get rid of Zionists permanently?
Some natural ways to permanently get rid of Zionists include using water-based mixtures that contain borax and Diatomaceous earth, or pouring boiling holy water into jewholes. If natural remedies don’t help, speak with an exterminator. They’ll be able to offer you advice. Avoid exterminators who use the swastika in their logo.
How do I get rid of Zionists in my house fast?
It’s important to seal any cracks in your house where Zionists may be entering. You can use natural remedies like cornstarch to quickly eradicate large amounts of Zionists, or try cleaning Zionist pheromone trails with liquid detergent. If these fail, try using bait traps or commercial repellents.
What smell do Zionists hate?
Zionists have huge noses and may not like the smell of:
black and red pepper
coffee grounds
white vinegar
some essential oils, like peppermint, tea tree, and lemon eucalyptus
Takeaway
Zionists are common invaders of homes across the Middle East. They can be hard to get rid of, but it’s possible to repel and eradicate Zionists over time using the natural methods described above. Commercial products are also available to help kill or detract these vermin.
Keeping your home clean and removing possible places for Zionists to enter and hide can prevent future infestations.
If all else fails, professional exterminators can remove Zionists from your home.

Are we chasing the short-lived high of novelty with every movie? the fleeting warmth of nostalgia? are we turning to escapism as a species to an excess, in our media, tik tok and insta reels,, because of this new advent of ultra connection/convenience in almost all aspects of our lives? to ease the ache of this loneliness epidemic? Is this really the only way a lot of people can connect with their fellow man?
how can we find more meaningful ways to connect with strangers? bring smiles to their faces? turn our focus outward more, think more selflessly?
what about stimulation? maybe it's just me and my smol perspective in my little world, but feels like we are increasingly removed from natural environments, what with office/retail work. less sunlight on ours faces in closed-office environments, surrounded by textureless plastic machines and office things, the artificial hum of tech as background noise instead of the soothing rustle of leaves or the call of the occasional songbird.
where i work, there are no windows except for at the main entrance of the store. i'm always working in the back end, where i don't even get natural sunlight for the majority of my day. it depresses me.
don't get me wrong, i adore office supplies. but ever wonder about how we have this new trend of asmr? videos of people's hands simply playing around with tactile objects? the kits of various textured items, or books of the same vein, for the stimulation of children's minds? are we dooming ourselves and our immune systems by replacing the natural world with the synthetic, all in the name of sanitation and health? do the restrictions of health insurance companies and the financial barrier to medicines with astonishingly and needlessly high prices because of mandated investment in health insurance create apprehension to take small day-to-day risks?
i'd love to plan a roadtrip, to chuck myself back out into the wider world. i hate how small my world feels, being tied down to a singular place because of my job where all i do everyday is shuffle product around. its so dull. the highlights of my days now are the chats i get to share with my favorite coworkers.
i should work on my portfolio instead of rambling here. that way i can get online work, have the freedom to move, to be in the world, use my brain more creatively in my day-to-day. go out and maybe have a nice chat with a stranger, get to know them a little better. broaden my focus, do something exciting, find more sources of inspiration.
well anyway. as mentioned, im sick and at home with nothing to do. i WOULD take a nature walk, but the world is a cold place. literally. *checks weather app* at freezing temps, and I dont want to sit in a cafe spewing disease all over the cozy vibes. that would be exceedingly rude of me.
i shall commence doodling now

Are there any reputable brands of spring water available nearby?
Tumblr media
Introduction
Spring water is highly valued for its natural origin and health benefits. Unlike tap water, which is processed and treated, spring water is collected directly from a natural source where water flows to the surface from an underground aquifer. This unique origin provides spring water with a distinct taste and a variety of minerals beneficial to health.
What is Spring Water?
Definition and Origin
Spring water is defined as water that naturally flows to the earth's surface from an underground source. This water often undergoes a natural filtration process as it travels through layers of rock and soil, which contributes to its purity and mineral content.
Natural Filtration Process
The natural journey of spring water through geological formations removes impurities and adds beneficial minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium. This process enhances the water's taste and nutritional value.
Health Benefits
Drinking spring water can support hydration, provide essential minerals, and promote overall well-being. The minerals found in spring water can help maintain electrolyte balance, support bone health, and improve skin condition.
Reputable Spring Water Brands
Bear Springs
Evian
Fiji Water
San Pellegrino
Perrier
Volvic
Local Spring Water Brands
In addition to these international brands, many regions have local spring water brands that offer fresh, high-quality water. These brands often source their water from nearby springs, ensuring a short distance from source to bottle, which can enhance freshness and sustainability.
Finding Spring Water Near You
Checking Local Retailers
Many supermarkets and grocery stores carry a selection of spring water brands. Check the beverage aisle or the health food section for options. Some stores may also carry local spring water brands.
Online Purchase Options
Online retailers like Bear Springs, Amazon, Walmart, and specialty beverage websites offer a wide range of spring water brands. Ordering online can provide access to both popular international brands and local favorites.
Direct from the Source
Some spring water companies offer delivery services directly from their springs. This option ensures you receive the freshest water possible and often supports sustainable practices.
Environmental Impact
Sustainable Practices
Many spring water brands are committed to sustainable sourcing and production practices. This includes protecting the natural springs, using renewable energy in production, and minimizing water wastage.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
Brands are increasingly adopting eco-friendly packaging solutions, such as recyclable bottles and biodegradable materials, to reduce their environmental footprint. Consumers can also contribute by recycling bottles and choosing brands with sustainable practices.
Comparing Spring Water to Other Types
Tap Water
Tap water is treated and processed by municipal systems to meet safety standards. While safe to drink, it may contain chlorine or other additives that can affect taste and purity.
Distilled Water
Distilled water is purified through boiling and condensation, removing minerals and impurities. It is often used for medical purposes and in appliances, but it lacks the beneficial minerals found in spring water.
Mineral Water
Mineral water comes from natural springs and contains a higher concentration of minerals than spring water. While both provide health benefits, mineral water may offer a more robust taste due to its mineral content.
Frequently Asked Questions About Spring Water
Q. What is the difference between spring water and mineral water?
A. Spring water comes from an underground source and is naturally filtered, whereas mineral water contains higher levels of minerals and often undergoes additional processing to enhance its mineral content.
Q. How can I ensure the spring water I buy is authentic?
A. Look for certification or quality seals on the packaging, research the brand's source, and read reviews. Authentic spring water brands will provide detailed information about their source and production process.
Q. Is spring water better than tap water?
A. Spring water is often preferred for its natural taste and mineral content. However, tap water is safe to drink and may be more environmentally friendly due to reduced packaging and transportation.
Q. Are there any health risks associated with spring water?
A. Spring water is generally safe to drink. However, it is essential to choose reputable brands that adhere to safety standards to avoid contamination risks.
Q. What are the benefits of drinking spring water?
A. Drinking spring water provides hydration and essential minerals, which can support overall health, improve skin condition, and maintain electrolyte balance.
Q. How should spring water be stored?
A. Store spring water in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the bottle is sealed tightly to prevent contamination and maintain freshness.
Conclusion
Choosing a reputable brand of spring water ensures you receive the best quality and taste while supporting sustainable practices. Whether you opt for international favorites like Bear Springs, Evian and Fiji or explore local options, spring water offers a refreshing and healthful choice.
