The Mononoke Lecture Logs of Chuzenji-sensei: He Just Solves All the Mysteries

Our setting is in Tokyo in 1948, just right after the war. Kanna Kusakabe had just become a second-year at a high school when she meets the new language teacher, Akihiko Chuuzenji. Mysterious supernatural things keep happening around Kanna. Once again today, Kanna is going to open the doors to the library prep room to seek help from the surly Chuuzenji-sensei who is waiting inside. (source)

This anime is based on the Kyōgōkudō series by Kyōgoku Natsuhiko, a series about the onmyōji Akihiko "Kyōgokudō" Chūzenji.

In the first episode you can spot Chuzenji-sensei reading a copy of the book Skeletal Inside the Well by Udagawa Takashi (宇多川崇), who is a character in the book Mad Bone's Dream (狂骨の夢) by Kyōgoku Natsuhiko (source).

After Chūzenji Akihiko teaches his first class, the students immediately start gossiping about him, and one girl admires him because he reminds her of a famous literary genius:

One thing I know If the characters from the BSD novels ( Ayatsuji, Natsuhiko Kyōgoku, Hg Wells, Julio Verne, Adam, The flags - If still alive) were in the Hunting Dogs arc, Fukuchi would be long dead a long time ago.
