Love all these takes with these ships but I headcanon Lancelot as ace (it could still work trust me).

Everyone is thirsting over him and he's like '???? I told you, I must find the holy grail'. Larry and McPhee would try to explain it to him, he'd be like 'I don't feel the same way' and angst etc. Sad times, everyone is sad actually. Then situations happen, somehow he encounters Octavius and Jedediah and they are the ones to actually explain things (takes place after movie 3, in the secret 3.5 movie where Sacagawea explain it to them because she is the braincell holder) and he goes 'ohhhhh'. Boom. Misunderstandings no more. All three have a nice chat and happy ending 🎉🎉

(I hope someone sees this and writes a fanfic about it, target audience only me)

McPhee dating Lancelot is just a concept in itself, but yknow what, I think it could work.
