Bitter Blood (Partners by Blood) - the first jdrama I finished watching, the comedy in this series is great and aside from the genre mentioned, there are other elements of the series that made it worth watching. Genre: Action, Comedy, Mystery Main Cast: Satou Takeru, Watabe Atsuro

Kagi no Kakatta Heya - this got my interest because of the main cast but it definitely became one of my favorites that I still rewatch even to this day Genre: Thriller, Mystery, Drama Main Cast: Ohno Satoshi, Toda Erika, Sato Koichi

Good Doctor - this one originated from Kdrama of the same title, I watched the Korean and US versions so I can definitely say that this version has a different flavor to offer Genre: Life, Drama, Medical Main Cast: Yamazaki Kento, Ueno Juri, Fujiki Naohito

Mystery to Iunakare - I posted this one before and I even read the manga, the mysteries are not that mind-blowing but the main character is very interesting. this will have a movie that will feature one of the arcs in the manga and I am also looking forward to it. ^^ Genre: Mystery, Psychological, Life, Drama Main Cast: Suda Masaki

Shikaku Tantei Higurashi Tabito - the MC is also interesting, he had an accident in the past that lead to losing all his senses except his sense of sight and he is using his ability as a private detective. this has 2 seasons by the way so if ever you're going to watch this and enjoyed watching the first season, you might as well check season 2 Genre: Mystery, Drama, Supernatural Main Cast: Matsuzaka Tori, Tabe Mikako, Hamada Gaku, Sumida Moeno

Nobunaga Concerto - this one's based on manga, I never read the manga or watched the anime so maybe this could be another reason why I appreciated the live-action version but if you haven't read or watched the animanga, you can give this a try too Genre: Action, Military, Historical, Comedy Main Cast: Oguri Shun, Shibasaki Ko

3 Nen A Gumi: Ima kara Mina-san wa, Hitojichi Desu - you can watch this on Netflix, this is also a very good series Genre: Action, Thriller, Mystery, Psychological Main Cast: Suda Masaki, Nagano Mei

99.9: Keiji Senmon Bengoshi - MC is also weird so it got me, I have a thing for characters that are too weird but too good in what they do. this has season 2 as well ^^ Genre: Mystery, Comedy, Law Main Cast: Matsumoto Jun, Kagawa Teruyuki, Eikura Nana

Radiation House - this is also based on manga, I've read only a few chapters but I think the series was also well-made, there's romance but not to the point that it would go off the actual plot Genre: Mystery, Drama, Medical Main Cast: Kubota Masataka, Honda Tsubasa, Hirose Alice

Bokura wa Kiseki de Dekite Iru - now this one could be a total hit or a total miss for you, some find it boring but I really loved this series, if you are fine with watching a pure slice of life drama, you might also like this one, the MC is also eccentric which also became one of the main element of the story Genre: Life, Drama Main Cast: Kubota Masataka, Honda Tsubasa, Hirose Alice

  Class is almost in session, because 16 additional cast members have been revealed for Talentless Nana (known as Munou na Nana in Japan), an upcoming TV anime based on the psychic suspense / psychological thriller manga written by Looseboy and illustrated by Iori Furuya about an elite class of super-powered teenagers who face terrible danger in training to combat the "enemies of humanity". La película la estoy traduciendo ahora mismo. Estos son 2 dramas especiales que emitieron en Japón justo antes del estreno de la película (uno de ellos exactamente el mismo día del estreno).

El primer drama especial es de 5 capítulos de 6 minutos cada uno. Se trata de una reunión de la familia Koudai donde hablan de Kie intentando convencer a la madre de que es una buena chica para casarse con Mitsumasa, y sobretodo donde presentan a todos los personajes de la película. Es interestante aunque no indispensable. Y el segundo es un side story de la película, que habla de cómo se conocieron los padres de los hermanos Koudai, una historia narrada por la abuela. Esto sí es algo que no veréis en la película y es una histiroa bonita. Son sólo 2 capítulos de 20 minutos cada uno ;)

Space Dance Tube 2017  TETSURO FUKUHARA, EL GRAN MAESTRO DE BUTOH, IMPARTIRÁ TALLERES EN LA NANA

** Se llevarán a cabo del lunes 27 de noviembre al viernes 1 de diciembre de 2017

Tetsuro Fukuhara regresa a México para impartir dos talleres en La Nana, Fábrica de Creación e Innovación, los cuales se llevarán a cabo del lunes 27 de noviembre al viernes 1 de diciembre,  en Segundo Callejón San Juan de Dios 25, Col. Guerrero.

El primer taller estará dirigido a niños y será impartido de las 15:00 a las 16:00 horas, y es completamente gratuito. El segundo está dirigido a bailarines, actores y artistas visuales interesados en la relación arte-cuerpo, y en el desarrollo de nuevas aproximaciones al trabajo escénico, y se dará de las 16:00 a las 18:30 horas; también es gratuito.

Para concluir los talleres, se harán una presentación al público, el viernes 1 de diciembre  a las 19:00 horas. La entrada es libre.

Tetsuro Fukuhara es director de la compañía Tokyo Dance Space, y regresa a México con el concepto que ha desarrollado. Perteneciente a la segunda generación de butoh y alumno de Akira Kasai, como su maestro, rompió con lo que han definido como “butoh coreográfico”. Su aportación al género surgido en los años posteriores a la Segunda Guerra Mundial, ha sido cultivar un butoh dirigido hacia la improvisación

En su búsqueda desarrolló un proyecto de Danza Espacio (New Butoh Space Dance) en diversos lugares del mundo, donde no sólo ofrece una clase de butoh japonés, sino baila con los estudiantes y los impulsa a que ellos puedan encontrar su propia manera de bailar y descubrir su propia danza, más que imponer formas y líneas de trabajo.

En esta metodología el cuerpo no es una herramienta para expresar una historia, sino que el cuerpo es la historia misma: “El butoh es un paso desde el interior. Se trata de la autorrealización a través del cuerpo de la persona, de la técnica directa, la danza original. Es una recuperación de la naturaleza en la humanidad y el renacimiento de un cuerpo intoxicado, de alguna manera perdido en el mundo contemporáneo”, ha declarado.

Fukuhara vino a México por primera vez en 2013, en ese entonces declaró a la revista Fluir, especializada en danza: “el butoh clásico fue fundado por Tatsumi Hijikata y Katzuo Ohno, quienes, hacían un ‘butoh coreográfico’. Yo me inicié así con mi maestro Akira Kasai pero, después de un año o dos, Kasai decidió dejar a un lado ese butoh. Entonces le dijo adiós a Hatsumi Hijikata y comenzó un nuevo estilo de butoh mezclado con danza moderna europea, que le gustaba mucho, sobre todo la de Nijinski”.

Lo que hoy hace Tetsuro Fukuhara en escena asombra a propios y extraños, su estética se relaciona con el cuerpo humano y los objetos en el foro de maneras muy diversas. Pone a volar cuerpos entre telas elásticas y, con un dominio especial de la luz y la sombra, crea espectáculos maravillosos, donde todo es origen y futuro.

Tetsuro Fukuhara es un bailarín y coreógrafo experimental de butoh, además de escritor y director de Tokyo Dance Space. Pertenece a la segunda generación de artistas Butoh, ha estudiado y trabajado con Akira Kasai y Tatsumi Hijikata. En la década de los ochenta fundó  Tokyo Dance Space. En 1991, con el apoyo de la Fundación Japón, se presentó en París, Berlín, Nueva York y Toronto. En 1995 participó en el Festival de East Winds de Nuevo Butoh y en el 2006 el proyecto Space Dance in the Robotic Universe fue reconocido por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (Unesco). En 2008 publicó su primer libro Danza espacio con la compañía Shunjusha en Tokyo y al año siguiente llevó a cabo el proyecto “Danza espacio en el tubo” (Dance in the Tube), en Tailandia, Uganda y México, mismo que en 2012 presentó en Japón y Turquía.

    The TV anime adaptation of Mikoto Yamaguchi (story) and Yuki Sato's (arts) psychological thriller manga Tomodachi Game is scheduled to start airing on Nihon TV and other networks in Japan on April 5, 2022, with Crunchyroll streaming shortly after. Crunchyroll describes the series as below:

  High school student Katagiri Yuichi, who values friendship above all else, enjoys a fulfilling life with his close friends Sawaragi Shiho, Mikasa Tenji, Shibe Makoto, and Kokorogi Yutori. However, after a particular incident, they're dragged into a debt repayment game. The only way to beat the "Tomodachi Game" is to not doubt their friends. Bound together by solid friendships, the game should've been easy, but– The hugely popular comic that sold over two million copies is finally becoming an anime!
