We conducted an interview with Mr. Hanz Tagun a USTP student. With this interview we introduce the function and features of our start up product the library management system. In this detail interview we ask question whether our product and services we would like to offer resonates with the students and the library spaces users.

Here are the questions for the services: 1. How long would you expect to be able to reserve a study space for? Would you prefer time slots (e.g., 2 hours per reservation), or flexible use?

Answer: Answer: Mr. Hans would like a much more flexible time maximum of 2-4 hrs. considering that there are more students that needs to use the study spaces. (translated answer)

2. How important is it for you to track the availability of study sits before visiting the library, and how do you think this would impact your overall library experience?

Answer: For example, kung nay tracker application kung nay vacant seat pwde ko maka adto. Murag easy to access ba unsai open sa library dapat jud nay in ana na application.

3. Would having access to real-time information about available study spaces improve your ability to optimize your time in the library? If yes, how do you envision this benefiting your study routine?

3. Would having the ability to reserve a desk or study space before arriving at the library help you optimize your study time and reduce the hassle of searching for a spot?

Answer: Yes

Insights:

With this interview with USTP student Mr. Hanz Tagun, provide valuable feedback with out proposed features and services offered with out start up idea "Library Space Management". With his responses highlight the references and expectations of students regarding the system that will enhance their library experience, specially focusing on study space reservation with flexible reservation options. Mr. Hanz also highlight the importance of tracking the availability of the seats within the library. In addition to the tracking of the availability he prefer to receive feedback and notifications through mobile device in this terms "handy" compared to a web application. The feedback from Mr. Hanz suggests that students at USTP are likely to benefit from a flexible, mobile-friendly library management system that includes real-time tracking and reservation capabilities. Such a system would alleviate common frustrations associated with finding available study spaces and optimize the overall library experience for students.

Hi! It's me again. We have already completed our BMC Presentation and as of today, we already have a prototype for the app. So this is what happened last week:

Customer Narratives, Hypothesis Tested, and Results Found

Hypothesis Tested: The customers will be delighted with the existence of an app for their orders. The Facebook page will serve as the customer feedback channel for faster and more convenient communication with the customers. The utilization of a Facebook page will be beneficial for both parties since it is an already established form of communication and it is commonly used by the target market.

Customer Narratives:

Customer 1: Nice na naay app and hopefully dali ra siya gamiton and accesible siya para sa tanan. Unta ma push jud ninyo kay for me as someone na galisod ug mata ug sayo, lisod najud kaayo mamahaw pero kung naa siguro koy groceries naa siguro koy makaon before musulod sa klase.

Customer 2: Okay ra ang app na feature pero suggest lang nako na ma connect ninyo ang app sa inyong page para bisan naa ka sa app, if naa kay gusto i feedback regarding sa imong order kay mahimo nimo siya without manually exiting sa app. Other than that, nice jud inyong idea. Unta madayon ni.

Customer 3: Diba naa moy app as you stated ganina, pero what if mag error? Dili na lugar maka order? Sayang pud sa inyo if maka encounter ug ingon ana. Pero other than that wala naman koy maingon. Padayon lang mo kay dako siyag tabang if ma push na ninyo.

Customer 4: Maayo na naa moy app pero have you considered na additional expense siya if ever need ninyo mag maintenance run? Need na ninyo i consider.

Results Found:

The customers were delighted with the fact that an app would be launched together with the start-up. However, they still have initial concerns about the usability of the app, the convenience of making feedback, the app maintenance, and costing.

2. Team's Decision:

The app will be the only channel for order placements. Feedback on the app will only cater technical concerns, not on the order itself. The Facebook page will be used for promotions, announcements, event information if there are any, and order concerns for customer service.

3. Team's Options:

a. Only utilize the app for orders

Pro: The team is focused on one thing since only one channel will be utilized for the orders.

Cons: No immediate customer feedback through the app, no backup in case the app encounters technical difficulties

b. Utilize a Facebook Page for those who cannot access the app

Pros: More accessible for others who are still learning to use the app, immediate customer feedback through direct message

Con: Additional task for the team since we will be monitoring two channels for the orders.

4. Lessons Learned:

With the things that we did for the past week/s, I learned that adding features to your start-up is not an easy feat. More features may also mean more maintenance costs. However, this does not mean that we should not add those features for us to lower maintenance costs. We just have to assess whether or not the upgrade is worth the money. As for our app, I do think it is worth the shot. With the rise of technology, I am confident that we can make it as user-friendly as possible for the convenience of our customers. Moreover, I have also learned that customer feedback is vital. As the start-up team, we may not see issues since we sometimes cannot see the whole picture. This is where customer feedback and validation come into play. These people can recognize possible challenges of the features designed for them that we sometimes cannot see. Thus, we should consider their opinions on this matter.

Single Mom siya with 2 year old kid and fvck napaka-hayop nung lalaki. He’s been cheating on her quite a few times na and he’s just using her for money. Nakaka-putangina. The woman was traumatized from the father of her child tapos mae-engage siya sa hayop na lalaki. Tangina my heart is with her. I hope she can get through this.

Bigla kong naalala yung same trauma ko from the father of my daughter. How can I continue to live with someone who physically and sexually abuses me. The trauma is so fucking real tapos

Nakaka-pang hina knowing na there are single mother’s na they are being taken advantage of. It hurts. We also deserve love, we also deserve to be happy and not used and cheated on.

It hurts fvck. It scares the hell out of me. I feel hopeless. I used to have hope kasi may mga Single Mom na talagang blessed at nahanap ang mga tamang tao para sa kanila. I use to have hope but given na nakakilala nako ng 1 User, 1 Ginawa akong option, 1 ayaw sa commitment at 1 nang ghost. I feel fucking hopeless. I just want to close myself off. Unsent letter

I was scrolling through my drafts on my personal email and stumbled upon this unsent letter I meant to send 3 years ago. This was for a previous co-worker who I unintentionally fell in love with but of course, he didn't reciprocate those feelings. I completely forgot about him but It surprised me to think that I'd been hurt like this before, it made me realize if I actually learned something from this mistake and If I ever heal from this trauma for the past 3 years. Because this still happened to me now. I'm starting to evaluate all my life choices and how to stop this pattern of saving other people while they were breaking me. I started asking myself why does it keep happening to me and what I ever did wrong to deserve this pain.

Dun ko narealize na wala ka talagang plano sakin and somehow, ginamit mo lang ako to fill that void sa sarili mo when you were empty and lonely nung nagbreak kayo ni LA. Sinisisi ko rin naman yung sarili ko kasi nagpakatanga ako sayo, akala ko iba ka, and hindi talaga kita kinilala. Akala ko baka magkakaproper farewell naman ako sa taong to, pero hindi pala. Galing mo rin mang-iwan sa ere eh. Pero baka di ko rin kasi deserve yun, kasi sino ba naman ako? Hindi naman tayo.

On a positive note naman, grateful pa rin ako dahil nakilala kita. Naging masaya naman ako sa ilang months na pagkakakilala ko sayo, sa paguusap natin. I think what I like about you is you're easy to talk to, ang sawap mong ibully haha. You felt like home, parang when I'm with you, di ako nagpepretend to be someone i'm not para lang magustuhan mo.
