We'll see what actually happens in the finale, but for now I am fully sold on my theory. If not, it's such a bizarre choice to have almost every single character end on a good note. Everyone, but two (my guess): Buck and Athena.

Aka, who we could argue are the leads for the show. Something we already had with Athena, but also something new for Buck. Athena already has a new tragic backstory, having lost her great love and the person who made her believe in love once more. Season 9 can see her growing from it. Buck has a new tragic backstory, having lost the man he considered his Dad, and losing everything good in his life, getting some happiness back, but a happiness that isn't quite his, but everyone else's. Therefore, making him feel a bit lost in life. Season 9 can see him growing from it, and working on building his own life.

I might be delulu with this one. I just think that, for now, it makes sense.

Am I the only one who's still stuck on the gg ninjas elimination day? Like Bad's conflicted nature and teasing that backfired immensily since tubbo didnt trust him anymore, which led to him going behind both his and Pierre's backs to help out green team. Tubbo desperately trying to reach out to Etoiles who rejected his offer. Was it because of pride? distrust? hopelessness? (it was because he was in smash bros tournement but shhh). Tubbo promising to Pierre that if they got eliminated he would fill up the controversial hole. How gg ninjas' performance at the egg war cemented Bad's distrust in them, and he ended up claiming his tasks, sealing their fate. How Roier almost killed Pierre at the last minute, and only didnt because they ran out of time.

But what if they hadn't ran out of time? What if Roier had managed to get that last kill? Pierre would be proven right. Tubbo, who had tried so hard to tie it, had held himself back so much only for his kindness to be taken advantaged of, once again. They shouldn't have trusted them.

Who would even take them? Could they even trust their new teamates? Green and red were conspiring with each other at the end. Would they have celebrated Blue team's death? Would they smile at the sight of that efernal fire being put out? Who would be on whose team? Bolas gave an offer to Tubbo: I'd imagine they would do it again. Etoiles would want Pierre I reckon. As for Bad: he might've been a thorn in their side, but I could see him being in Bolas (which would be cursed as fuck). After all, they did fight side by side in the egg wars (plus it would be incredibly unbalanced otherwise, and I dont think Etoiles would want that). Tina and Pac could fit either team I think

And most importantly: What would happen to our cozy little base?:((

Euro B Hissatsus Showdown

So far, when it comes to Euro B, I've already shared their visual references and their no-pixel shields (So they don't turn into webps when you try to save them). And now... Guess its the time for hissatsu lineups. Sometimes I like to take them in consideration for headcanons, sometimes not. It depends overall if I believe compliments the character in some way 🤷 Same thing with using them on fanfics and explaining their obtaining method, etc.

Since a long time I've been following Luktsu Do Inazuma, a YTber that posts gameplays on portuguese and all; but what I like the most from him are his hissatsu compilation videos, since they are very complete and the quality is excelent. You might be familiar with a video I've shared back at Chung-Yoon's headcanon post!

slightly mean post incoming. i love the fandom discords i'm in and all that but i realize so many people on them are 1) absolutely obsessed with merch and shilling money for everything (yet not for books...) which is fine but for me it's quite surreal and 2) sooooo juvenile even the adults. like borderline those stereotypes about adults who only read YA and for whom diversity (the most loose and superficial interpretation of that) trumps quality, plot or themes. and also what to me seems exaggerated "rules" for every little thing. for example if you're even thinking about talking about sex or any "dark" subject matter, you'd better spoiler everything or else. and as a person who enjoys darker stuff and discussing those things it feels so stifling and weird. idk.... it's just that every now and then i come across a comment there that makes me think "oh have i accidentally stumbled upon a discord meant for 13 year olds? i'll show myself out then"
