I decided to finally post about my Rottmnt au.

(Its based on @cokowiii mikey vape au in some sense so go check that out, its worth your time)

But in this au Mikey's mystic energy got out of control with how he opened the portal, and when he tried to learn how to use it, it completly took control of his mind and body.

So mikey is gone(?) and whats left is his mystic energy, and since its magic he doesnt speak/show emptions. He also doesnt sleep, eat and all those things because well.... its just magic

As the brothers try to find a way to bring him back they also have to find a way to make sure he doesnt get out of control since he doesnt seem to understand restraint.

(Sorry if none of it makes senses i wanted to make a fanfic about it but i suck at writing soooooo... drawings it is!)

I wanted it to be wholesome with some angst. But ended making it angst with a bit of wholesome...oops

Ever since Udonna first established Root Core, Clare has fought threats from Repulsa forces, Dark Magic users, anyone wishing to invade the last bastion of Good Magic on Earth. None so persistent as Ankash the Phoenix Knight, lifelong loyal servant of the Master. Ankash wields the Knight Saber, sword of his late mentor, Koragg, and transforms using a mysterious claw-like morpher infused with his Dark Magic. On orders from his Master, who wants to claim their power for himself to overthrow Rita's rule, he now targets this mysterious new Green and Pink Ranger pair. Intent on killing three Rangers with one blade, he backs them into a corner and forces them to seek refuge at Root Core, knowing that the Gatekeeper would never turn away someone in need. Got a mini tarot deck at Five Below because it’s adorable and the Ogham oracle deck I’ve been studying for the past few weeks is very very complicated to use without prior experience with cartomancy, which I do not have. So I tried the “past present future” thing with the mini deck. But it didn’t really give me anything coherent and overall didn’t “feel” right; so I just reshuffled, did a 4x4 grid, and flipped the cards over. It makes more sense that way lol.

So far it’s telling me:

Your life is harmonious as it is (Two of Cups), so you don’t need to take on any new things at the moment, despite there being many opportunities presenting themselves to you (Four of Cups). Even though you are powerful, fortune and opportunity are on your side and you will succeed if you take on something new (The Magician), it will be more than you can handle and you will exhaust yourself; focus on healing for now (reversed Four of Swords).

Surprisingly accurate but half of the magic is in how you interpret the cards… so personal bias comes in. If your head isn’t clear and you’re wanting to hear something specific; then your reading will be skewed. Maybe this is subconsciously what I wanted to hear. I’ll try to interpret it another way as well just to see what I get.

Whatever… One thing is for certain though: it does force you to slow down and think… No wonder the Jehovah’s Witnesses hate it so much lol

I understand that Love and Deepspace is all about finding what works for you in terms of a relationship/fun fictional stuff. But like, it has genuinely helped me so much in defining in what I want in a irl relationship??

I am someone who is in therapy for quite a bit of things. But for me, the best way to organize my thoughts is to used characters or tropes. (is this projection? Idk what this is) And honestly, it's fascinating.

Let's take the otome games - I played Mystic Messenger when I was in high school. And I started out with Yoosung, I couldn't get into Zen. I thought he was too arrogant lol, but I loved Yoosung for his puppy boy personality. Then, I moved onto 707 for deep story and loved him too much to leave him for anyone else lol.

And then Love and Deepspace. I thought I would like Rafayel, he (to me) is very similar to 707. Not to mention, I myself am an artist and I like sea creatures. Heck, I like fish keeping!! I thought I'd like the bratty fishie, but nope... Brain went brr and chose Zayne.

(side note, is this normal??? Brain goes "that one" and then boom, they're my favorite. Granted, it's not always like this but it did that for Zayne)

Now, I like Zayne, I do. I really, really do. He's sweet once you get to know him, and he does banter with his dry humor. He's my favorite color (light blue) and has associations with winter (which I enjoy a lot since I was born in winter) plus, the jasmine flower is special to me. But, when I went back to MM, I couldn't get myself to like Jumin. I understand him, though. I struggle with my own emotions so I can relate to Jumin that way (therapyyy wooo).

But, I also realized that I would benefit by a partner like Sylus. Not that Zayne isn't a good partner or a good choice. But to have someone I can banter with - that line of deniability (avoidant here, I'm working on it to become more secure) is what I need. Granted, I hated Sylus' introduction. It felt... too weird. I fell in love with him with Night Plumes, his smile is what won me over. But I like how he stands with the MC and works with her. At least, that's my take.

Idk, tldr; I like using tropes and characters to understand the traits that I want as a standard. Since like... I struggle with having a standard lol
